This location was great, the host was amazing very communicative. When I first arrived I was lost due to the address being wrong however the host called me right away and gave me the correct instructions upon entry into the home. The area is a tad bit underdeveloped… but overall the experience was good. The Airbnb was up to date and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

El lugar cumplió todas nuestras expectativas y es fiel a lo que se muestra en las fotografías. Es verdaderamente encantador y acogedor. Desde nuestra llegada, la señora Silvia nos recibió con gran amabilidad y atención. Nos explicó todo lo que había en el lugar de manera clara, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más placentera. Además, apreciamos que la decoración estaba en sintonía con la época del año, lo que añadió un toque especial. La señora Silvia siempre estuvo dispuesta a atender nuestras necesidades, y le agradecemos sinceramente por su cordialidad y atención. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveríamos. ¡Nos vemos en 2025! ¡Muchas gracias!

Muchas gracias a Isaac y su familia es primera ves que nos hospedamos en su casa y quedamos muy contentos por su atencion y sorprendidos por la vista que ofrece desde las ventanas, esperamos regresar pronto y por supuesto volver a hospedarnos con ellos!!! Ah y muy importante el poder estacionarnos en el driveway de la propiedad y que este bien seguro el auto nos da un plus de relajacion.. Thank you Isaac…

Kathy was very on point with the responses. Jorge was on site for anything you needed. Really nice guy he took us back and forth for Baja beach fest. Would really go back again and stay here for another occasion. There was some ants in the restroom but other than everything else was clean

Very quiet neighborhood

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, Juan Antonio estuvo siempre pendiente de lo que necesitamos, el espacio estuvo muy cómodo y el plus fue la vista y la terraza que esta muy bonita, tiene serios problemas de humedad por lo que tuvimos que utilizar varas de incienso para disfrazar el aroma, la televisión no funcionaba de manera correcta no podíamos encenderla sin embargo Antonio nos apoyo y cuando pudo funcionar de repente se veia todo borroso Antonio nos explico que era por el tema de la humedad .

This beachfront BnB was absolutely stunning! The location couldn’t have been better—right on the beach—and it was the perfect fit for our group of 10. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scenic and spacious stay!

Todo súper bien en mi estancia! Tiene todas las amenidades, horno, frigobar, plancha, secadora. Eduardo muy amable y tuvo la disponibilidad de trasladarme a mi citas a CAS y Consulado, lo cual es un plus.

The establishment was exceptionally well-maintained, featuring spotless interiors and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at ease right away. Security measures were clearly implemented, providing a reassuring sense of safety throughout my stay. The service was excellent; they promptly responded to any questions I had.

We love staying at Mayanin's lovely home in Punta Azul. The roof deck was especially lovely. Accommodations were very nice, big showers. Could accommodate 2 couples very nicely. Great place for dogs! Punta Azul is a growing private community that I highly recommend if you want some privacy, serenity and safety that Punta Azul offers.

Great home, had a good time with the family in a safe area, it has a beautiful view !

Muy buena ubicación, muy tranquilo todo organizado y atención inmediata y fácil de entrar y de las mejores estancias.

Todo en orden, limpio y agradable. Muy amplio los espacios, cuenta con todo lo necesario y mas. La cochera para dos autos esta genial. Todas las personas que asistimos quedamos satisfechas.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Andrea was very sweet and friendly and was quick to respond. The views are beautiful and it is located in a great location near everything.

This place is very clean and feels at home. My friends and I enjoy staying in this Condo! It’s a in private area, everything was easy access and safe.

Absolutely amazing experience! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Pacific Ocean, making for breathtaking views and easy beach access. The property is huge, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The shower was fantastic, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’ll be back in Tijuana in July and will definitely be booking this place again!

The condo was great. The host was amazing. The building and condo are super secure and very nice. We loved it. The views of the city at night are spectacular. I highly recommend this place for all ages and families!!
