We loved our stay here - the sunsets are beautiful! The balcony has a lovely view of the ocean and sunset! The building is super safe and secure which we appreciated. The apartment looks like the pictures and was clean. We throughly enjoyed both the pool and jacuzzi during our stay. The only thing I’d suggest is if you’d like to enjoy the fitness center you might have to ask the host to give access to that in the key card because the security guard told us the key card only lets you in the specific floor you’re staying at. We didn’t need to use it during our stay so it wasn’t an issue for us. But just a heads up if you are hoping to use it. We would definitely come back again! And I’ve already recommended it to friends who are coming to the area soon.

Loved our stay. We enjoyed the amenities, and it's easy access to the beach. Location was just a few minutes from Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. Would definitely comeback.

Thank you Dustin for an amazing stay. I’ve stayed in Las Olas before, but really enjoyed this view and the room. I had everything I needed for the trip there in the room and was able to enjoy my time with family. Highly recommend this room regardless if you are with family, friends or your significant other.

A dream getaway. The space is beautiful and clean. Bedrooms are just like the pictures and mattresses are so comfortable. Construction is a little in the way of the view but not enough to bother. Private beach is in walking distance of the condo and so pretty. Indoor pool was nice and peaceful. Outside pool is gorgeous and the views are amazing. Angela was the best host! Always quick to respond to every message I sent and so kind. Checking in with security was super simple and also so helpful making sure we didn’t get lost. Will definitely recommend to friends and I look forward to staying again.

Daniel was really amazing. My GPS took me to the totally wrong place and Daniel was immediately available and talked me through step by step from where the GPS took me to where the unit was located. La Playas is arguably the most festive Saturday night place in Tijuana, but Daniel's place is located just far enough from all the action to be very quiet, so that you can enjoy the sounds of the waves, the ocean breeze and the amazing view, but close enough to the music, restaurants and bars to easily walk there. The area is safe, and on a Saturday at 4PM we were able to get a parking spot right in front of the door to the unit. Daniel stuck with us while we settled in, figured out the internet and Chrome casting to the TV. We chose to get take out Mariscos and enjoy the sound of the beach. Perfect night!

Enjoyed my stay . Felt safe. It was on a the higher end for being Playas Tijuana but it is what it is. Overall it was a good .

Zaira's house in Villa Lepro is great. The house is right on the beach with access and is only 10 minutes from downtown Rosarito. This is our 2nd time staying at this house and will be back very soon.

Absolutely beautiful! The condo itself was very clean & had security watching over the guests by the poolside area which gave a very relaxed feeling.

Viviana & Marcos were great hosts. They were excellent in communicating and answering all of our questions. The home was exactly as described. We were welcomed and given a walkthrough, and we found everything we needed. The location was great and secure. We had such an amazing time that we have found our home away from home. Thank you!

This was the perfect beach home for the family! We spent a week in paradise, with the sounds of the ocean waves to wake up to each morning, and a view from the house that pictures don’t do justice! Before our vacation was even over, we already booked another week for the fall!! And plan on returning next year as well for a couple of weeks in the summer! Imperial Beach isn’t a big tourist town, it’s mostly just the local community. So it makes it even more peaceful and tranquil. The kids were able to freely run in and out from the beach to the house, with the huge window allowing us to always have eyes on them. And don’t forget to stop for ice cream at Cowabunga!! The owner John was so nice and even took the trash cans down for us. It was nice knowing there was somebody right next door to keep an eye out on us if needed. And the seashell shop is a must visit too! Literally just across the street. Amazing family owned shop. Our new home away from home!! Thank you so much!!

Cristina’s place was wonderful! You truly feel at home from the first moment you walk in. The location is private and homely. There were times when we were the only people at the beach. Christina was super responsive at all times and met all accommodations. We will definitely be coming back!

Place was AMAZING!!! Pictures did not do this place justice. Place had everything you need from cooking to extra towels and blankets. This place felt very homey and had outstanding views. The family and I even got to see dolphins in the morning! To top it all off, the neighbors were so nice and welcoming. It was great! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and will be coming back in the near future.

Very nice condo with a great ocean view. There are many such in Rosarito, but this one stands out because of the furnishings. The bed, the sofa, and the dining area chairs were all very comfortable. The kitchen had nice flatware, dishes, and pots and pans, though it could have used some dish towels, especially given that the dishwasher was unavailable. But the bathrooms were very nice, there were lots of hangers in the master bedroom's walk thru closet, and the Q-tip canisters were a very nice touch. Security was top notch, and other building staff were very nice too.

Bowe was wonderful with communication and making sure I got in ok. The place is wonderful, bed is comfy, gorgeous view and a wonderful ocean sound at night. I’m excited to have found a home away from home for future visits!

We loved our stay. It was perfect and relaxing. Walkable to restaurants and entertainment. Amazing view. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset from the balcony. It has everything that you need. You can uber from there and also UberEats. We are definitely coming back.

Betsy has thought of everything. We had all we needed for our weekend stay and more! All of the cabinets are labeled so it was easy to find everything and her home was very clean. The views are stunning and the property grounds are immaculate and safe. The location is peaceful and perfect, within walking and driving distance to all of the wonderful local areas of interest that we like to visit during our trips to Baja. My husband, 3 year old, and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Diana’s condo is beautiful, and in a great location! It is very comfortable, and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with supplies. The view of the ocean was wonderful. It’s slightly outside of the main part of Rosarito, which made it quiet and peaceful, and getting into Rosarito was a very easy, quick drive. We would absolutely stay here again!
