This location is EVERYTHING! Beautiful views of the ocean and a short walk down to the beach and coffee shop/restaurant. Our family of 4 (2 kids, 2 adults) stayed here for 3 nights for Spring Break in March. Typical OR coast meant it was rainy a lot. Very cozy place to play games and watch the ocean. We appreciated the washer/dryer for when we came back from the beach all wet. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The one drawback: we stayed in Tranquility 2, so the middle floor of the building. Our third night there were tenants above us and their footsteps were quite loud. The building is just older and sounds carried.

A lovable little getaway spot with lots of places to work and enjoy the scenery. We really appreciate the furniture and desk space and lots of USB power ports all over the unit. A great place to be creative and write and work.

This place was such a nice getaway. The views from each window were remarkable! Super clean and easy access to the hot tub with a perfect ocean view. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. It was a lovely place, with a great view, and steps to the beach. The property manager was fantastic, very communicative, and responded instantly. We will definitely come back.

The property was very clean, and well maintained. The listing is accurate like the pictures even the views, they were amazing. The host is very responsive and all instructions were easy to understand. The property had all the amenities and fully stocked kitchen appliances was a plus for us. My family had a great time and unforgettable time at the property and close surroundings. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful location with a view of ocean, along with many amenities not even listed, makes this condo a perfect place to stay when visiting Rockaway Beach. We will be back to stay again in the future!

My wife, our two-year-old daughter, our mini doodle, and I loved this cozy place for our nine-year anniversary. It was nice and quiet, and we appreciated the thoughtful decorations, such as fresh flowers and faux plants, since we have many plants at home. The space is furnished with great books and other decor, and it has walkable access to Tunnel Beach, which connects to another beach through a tunnel in a headland. Oceanside is a charming coastal city with many outdoor attractions to explore, and we look forward to returning to explore more of it.

It's an older unit, but you have amazing views of the ocean so who's looking around inside? It was pretty hot/stuffy when we arrived and I did not see any air conditioning option. But open the windows and use the fan and it cools down nicely. It's walkable to the downtown, which is a fun collection of shops and restaurants. Even karaoke on Fri and Sat nights. Oh, and a free coffee drink on the host our first morning! Overall, we had a great time.

This home was incredible! It was super clean and the amenities were fantastic. It had everything a vacation home should have. The owners were very helpful in giving us good recommendations for our family. My kids already want to go back.

We traveled from Montana with another family to adventure the area during our kids spring break. The house accommodated everyone (8 people) very well! We were able cook meals here often and take in the ocean views. Very quick walk (across a busy street) to the beach. The beds are super comfy and having 3 full bathrooms was a plus. This house was exactly what we needed!

This is my third time staying (once with all adults and twice with families with varying ages of kids) and we plan to come back again. You can’t beat the views, beach access , large enough house for big group, and overall beautiful and clean home. The kids and adults have a blast in the game room and theatre. It’s close enough to town, but also far enough away to enjoy the privacy and quiet surroundings. The hot tub overlooks the ocean and was the crowd favorite. All in all a beautiful house, great hosts, and the making for a memorable trip every time we come! My kids always say this is their favorite trip of the year (even the year we went to Disney!).

We loved our stay at James’s place. The view is incredible! The house is sooo comfortable. We went to relax for a few days and it definitely delivered. Thank you so much!!

We needed a place to stay in an emergency and Karen helped us out-- on Christmas Day! Beautiful house in a quiet community with both beach and forest views.

Not enough space to say how perfect this place was! Quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean, loaded with amenities, tastefully decorated, uncluttered, and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped, and the two fireplaces added to the restful ambiance. Just a very short walk to the beach which never had anyone on it!!!. One of the few places on the west coast where you can have a fire on the beach and although not directly next to the surf you can constantly hear it from the house. Having the outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus (although we never used it), and the surround garden is so pretty and peaceful. Ample off street parking for 3 vehicles. There is even an outside spigot to wash off those sandy feet and toys. The house is adjacent to the Oregon Park's "Sitka Sedge", one of the best hiking trails in the area which gives new meaning to the term "enchanted forest". Kayakers will enjoy Whalen Island recreation area just 1 mile from the house; just be sure to check the tide charts! Just perfect!

Great location! It's just over the sand dune to the beach and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. The Salal house was comfortable and cozy whether it was raining or sunny, and you always get a mix on the Oregon coast. We truly enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the sunshine. Kim was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, zero complaints. Comfortable place to sleep and rest after a long day of activities. Ocean view is a huge plus. We greatly enjoyed our weekend staying here and would come again.

Such a cute and cozy place! The walk to the beach was so close and the outdoor river seating was a sweet addition. We got to watch a baby elephant seal float around in the river from the porch! Tastefully decorated home, and a fully supplied kitchen for cooking.

An amazing stay with an amazing view! The view alone was worth it. Walking along the beach was magical. It’s a short walk to the beach and the store/ market in town as some great sandwiches, food, coffee etc. The space itself was spotless and perfect for a weekend trip. Book it! You won’t regret it.

Another wonderful stay at The Flamingo! This is becoming our favorite place to get away and relax. The Chelan’s location can’t be beat and the views are breathtaking. And the hosts have provided so many nice touches. There are throws for snuggling up to watch the waves from the sofa, yummy-smelling toiletries in the bath, poofy pillows and linens on the bed; a visit here is like staying with a thoughtful friend. The condo feels cottage-like and homey. We will be back! Thank you, Kristin and Christi for your responsiveness and hospitality.

really enjoyed staying with KC And Melanie for the second time. it's always so beautiful from the airbnb the perfect view of proposal rock and walkable to the beach and ghost forest can't wait to be back again next year or sooner.

This was our second stay at Angela's. Great place, perfect location, comfortable, everything we need for a stay at the coast. My son loved the beach toys, we loved the kitchen with all the amenities, and the sound of the waves so close. Our senior pup was happy and tired each day. We hope to return to this little gem again and again! Thank you, Angela!

We had a great stay at Victor’s! Waking up to the sound of give waves and view was serene! I’ll pick this place again if I return and I’m planning to comeback more often bc we couldn’t see everything around because of the rain. This place is located perfectly to explore both northern and southern coast..
