This place is special. Coming from the desert regions of the western U.S., there's something magical about a deep forest setting with moss-covered rocks and giant redwoods right outside the door. It was exactly what we were looking for as a home base for our Oregon coast hiking trip. Many thanks to the hosts for being friendly, proactive, and helping us have a fantastic vacation!

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

This is my third time staying (once with all adults and twice with families with varying ages of kids) and we plan to come back again. You can’t beat the views, beach access , large enough house for big group, and overall beautiful and clean home. The kids and adults have a blast in the game room and theatre. It’s close enough to town, but also far enough away to enjoy the privacy and quiet surroundings. The hot tub overlooks the ocean and was the crowd favorite. All in all a beautiful house, great hosts, and the making for a memorable trip every time we come! My kids always say this is their favorite trip of the year (even the year we went to Disney!).

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Beach House. It was so welcoming with its cozy beach vibe and the beautiful views of the ocean from the living room, deck and several of the bedrooms. The layout of the house made it easy to gather together for games and meals. The bedrooms located on 3 different levels and the private back deck made it easy to have some time to yourself. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with cookware and plenty of dishes for serving a large group. All of this and only steps away from the long, open beach. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us.

The his house was perfect for our 3 families, plenty of space, beds, dinnerware, and seating. We had a great time, it’s very close to the beach and a few restaurants! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you!

This was a beautiful home! If you are on the fence and not sure if you wanna book this location, book it! My husband and I find it really hard to relax when away from home, but being here just made us feel so at home! So many thoughtful touches to the home Fishing is literally right at your footsteps. The home was clean, we had everything we needed, a fully stocked kitchen, bed was comfortable, lounging in the living room was comfortable. We highly recommend this location. Karie was so accommodating and helpful in every way a guest would hope their host would be. We will return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My mom, sister, daughter, and I truly enjoyed our stay! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful nature made it a perfect retreat. Our hosts gave us the best communication. My second time staying here and would definitely stay again!

This quaint little cottage is tucked away just off US 101 and provided us a perfect place from which to explore the Northern coast of Oregon. There are lots of quirky vintage items which we got a kick out of, like the record player, the old wooden labyrinth game, the globes, and the plethora of VHS tapes. It was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub at night. You can hear the crashing of the Pacific Ocean just a few blocks away while soaking in the backyard. Very cool. A note for older or less balanced folks… the bathtub/shower requires a sure foot. I wouldn’t recommend it for people with bad knees or poor balance. For couples, small families, solo travelers, and everyone else, this is a great stay. Very cute and cozy.

My daughter and I enjoyed a brief stay at the Knotty Pine. The homey cabin is a short walk to the beach. It was cold when we arrived but we found the 3 wall heaters and, in about an hour or so, the cabin was toasty warm. In the morning we climbed up to the deck in the tree and enjoyed a hot cup of tea in the cold rain- totally worth the chill to see the amazing view! Thank you, Rory!

We had a great stay at Kathleen & Dan’s! The house was very clean & had good space for us. They have a good selection of movies & games. We were in a good, private location to be able to access different things in Rockaway & to get on the road for other coastal towns. There’s a yummy coffee drive thru right nearby too. 😊

We had a great stay at the Sea Gypsy! The house is very comfortable and we would stay there again. The location is very close to the beach and Cape Kiwanda, we enjoyed exploring Bob Straub State Park, which was less than 5 minutes driving and definitely walkable from the house. The master bedroom was spacious with it's own bathroom and had such wonderfully soft sheets! The kitchen was well-equipped with good-quality pots and pans. Families with kids might want to bring their own plastic plates/ bowls/ cups for kids. Otherwise it was family-friendly and the kids enjoying the games available. Thank you for hosting us!

Deb was an excellent communicator and prepared us with all of the information we needed to check in. Unfortunately the property we were to stay at had a last minute plumbing issue that was completely unexpected. Deb called us right away to let us know the situation and gave us the option to cancel. At that point we'd already come down a day early so were willing to wait to see if the plumbing issue could be resolved before we were to check in. The plumber was unable to fix the problem in time and Deb did her best to provide us with other options for a place to stay that night, but ultimately we decided to cancel. She was very gracious about our decision and we received a full refund. We gave her 5 star ratings for her excellent customer service. We did not actually stay in the home.

Shhh…best everyone doesn’t know about this great, fun location, and laid back town. Dennis’s place was clean and located by so many accessible beaches and misty walks in the woods. Would love to come back and explore more.

Our stay was so relaxing and the view was exceptional. We saw 20+ blue heron feeding in the bay! There were lots of other birds too. Allison and Forrest met us when we arrived to meet our doggie and us. They were very respectful to give us our privacy while we stayed downstairs. They were also quick to respond if we needed anything. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. We will come back for more visits! Thankyou.

This place is exactly as described. Very comfortable to be in. Great layout and a quick walk to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for. Kevin is an amazing host.

Janie and Ginnie's awesome beach house was an ideal stay for our family during spring break. On check-in - the house was freshly cleaned, with an abundance of towels/toiletries and all the amenities included in their listing. Everything was in working order/as expected. The house is a short walk (via easy to navigate trail/path or via main roads) to the beach and main part of town. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend!

A hidden gem! Wonderful, spacious home with everything you need to have a relaxing and renewing trip at the beach. The EV charger was a particular highlight for us. The house is easy to find, sits privately in the center of its own large lot and is central to everything (beach, restaurants, stores, trails, etc). The beds were comfortable and the hosts were incredibly friendly. We will definitely be booking this home again in the future!

Gorgeous little oasis right off the highway. The home felt so cozy and safe. I loved the thoughtful touches and decor. I would absolutely stay here again!

What an amazing Airbnb! Me and my bridesmaids actually got ready there on the morning of my wedding, and it was such a perfect place to do so! Beautifully decorated and lots of natural light. Close to everything in Pacific City. Just be aware that if you are planning on meeting up with friends at the airbnb, there is only room for 3 cars and no street parking is allowed.

This was our first Airbnb experience. Our stay was very pleasant. Communication with Micheal was super good. Responses were quick and helpful. The house was very well equipped for our use. We cooked breakfasts and dinners with no problem. Sleeping accommodations were plenty comfortable. Thought the sailing and marine decor was a great added plus. We would definitely like to stay again on a future trip to the area.

Colin's place was Amazing, great location, love the spiral staircase and liked that our 3 kids had their own room and 3 beds in it. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the vaulted ceiling in the family room. loved the location of only being a couple blocks away from the beach. great restaurants and a market/gift shop. IWe would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. it.
