Great place to stay. Clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay, easy to get to and absolutely beautiful views. We chose this location specifically for its central location for our three nights on the coast. Studio size was perfect for my young daughter and I, and grateful to have had separate beds! All appliances needed were available, and a ton of DVD movie choices (along with streaming channels). A little disappointed the crossing bridge to access the beach had come down at some point, so accessing the beach required going all the way to the end of the parking lot, over a road bridge, then back along the creek’s edge. Not so big of a deal, just less convenient. Looking forward to another stay sometime in the future!

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. It was a lovely place, with a great view, and steps to the beach. The property manager was fantastic, very communicative, and responded instantly. We will definitely come back.

The property was very clean, and well maintained. The listing is accurate like the pictures even the views, they were amazing. The host is very responsive and all instructions were easy to understand. The property had all the amenities and fully stocked kitchen appliances was a plus for us. My family had a great time and unforgettable time at the property and close surroundings. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful town to stay in when you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle.

It's an older unit, but you have amazing views of the ocean so who's looking around inside? It was pretty hot/stuffy when we arrived and I did not see any air conditioning option. But open the windows and use the fan and it cools down nicely. It's walkable to the downtown, which is a fun collection of shops and restaurants. Even karaoke on Fri and Sat nights. Oh, and a free coffee drink on the host our first morning! Overall, we had a great time.

A beautiful spot, with ocean views! great access to the beach. there is a little local market and restaurant right on site that had delicious food, plenty of gluten free options. The space is very thought out, it's tiny but utilized very well. the bed was surprisingly really comfortable for a murphy bed! we cooked a lovely meal in the kitchen and drank coffee outside each morning. There was a strong musty smell that we needed to have an essential oil difduser to help with, and left the back door open while we slept for air flow. With that being said, its an old building right on the water, and its a first floor apartment so I was not surprised. The apartment felt very clean. Neskowin is a really lovely beach!

We loved our stay at the Surfside. The house has a ton of charm and plenty of space to spread out but also be together. Really nice being walkable to beach access.

Beautiful place to stay! Beach access was phenomenal. We have been coming to rockaway for years and this was one of the best stays we have had. Lots a clean linens, towels and supplies. Hot tub was awesome and frequently used. Upstairs space is a little awkward to get to, as you have to walk through a bedroom to where the stairs begin (this is listed in his description so not a surprise), but once you get up there it is comfy and has toys and great supplies. Also had a high chair in the bedroom which was nice. Nice patio space and so nice to have washer and dryer on site. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. This house has a nice open living area, lots of space for our large family, and was well stocked, with a beautiful view. It was also very comfortable and clean. We especially loved the coffee bar set up. There was a binder with local recommendations for food and activities which was very appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was just as described. Perfectly situated right on the river. If you like to fish this is the place. It is not however a place for small children. There is not a yard and the steep stairs to the river could be problematic for older guests. There is a nice deck. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and open to the great room. The stairs to one of the bedrooms is a ship’s ladder. The one bathroom is on the main floor and it is nice. There is another bedroom right across from the bathroom on the main floor. It has bunk beds but the bottom bunk is probably a double. The kitchen is well equipped, but no dishwasher. Joseph gives a lot of instructions around the very steep drive. Please read carefully he is not exaggerating! We have an all wheel drive SUV and had no issues. Joseph is very responsive. I had a perceived issue and he immediately was trying to resolve the problem. He was kind and understanding. This property is in a beautiful setting and very private. Would stay again.

What a great place! The lake house is so tranquil and private, and a short walk/drive down the road for coast access. The water views from the house are absolutely spectacular and you can watch the birds for hours. The kitchen had all the cooking gear you could need, the beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean, and all the games were a treat to have around on a rainy day. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

We booked a second annual trip to Manzanita specifically to stay at Sarah’s place because of how wonderful it is! The house is easily accessible, well stocked with all items, comfortable and SO aesthetically pleasing! It’s minutes from the beach and has a wonderful view, all while feeling private despite being right next to other homes. I cannot recommend this place enough, and Sarah as a proactive, accommodating and helpful host! We would love to come back next year!

Katie’s home was worth the trip and money we spent. Felt so cozy and such a beautiful home. Peaceful and quiet, and we loved that Katie had a binder set up with not only instructions and the rules, but tons of great recommendations on dinners, hikes, and much more! My family and I will definitely be coming back! ⭐️

An amazing stay with an amazing view! The view alone was worth it. Walking along the beach was magical. It’s a short walk to the beach and the store/ market in town as some great sandwiches, food, coffee etc. The space itself was spotless and perfect for a weekend trip. Book it! You won’t regret it.

Another wonderful stay at The Flamingo! This is becoming our favorite place to get away and relax. The Chelan’s location can’t be beat and the views are breathtaking. And the hosts have provided so many nice touches. There are throws for snuggling up to watch the waves from the sofa, yummy-smelling toiletries in the bath, poofy pillows and linens on the bed; a visit here is like staying with a thoughtful friend. The condo feels cottage-like and homey. We will be back! Thank you, Kristin and Christi for your responsiveness and hospitality.

really enjoyed staying with KC And Melanie for the second time. it's always so beautiful from the airbnb the perfect view of proposal rock and walkable to the beach and ghost forest can't wait to be back again next year or sooner.

Super pleased! We were very happy to spend a night here. Exclaimed "WOW" upon entering. Spectacular views. Big windows. Spacious unit. Well equipped large kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Nice touch to have extra bathroom amenities. Terrific showers. Responsive host. We would like to return and stay several nights. Definitely a new favorite spot on the Oregon coast.

This was our second stay at Angela's. Great place, perfect location, comfortable, everything we need for a stay at the coast. My son loved the beach toys, we loved the kitchen with all the amenities, and the sound of the waves so close. Our senior pup was happy and tired each day. We hope to return to this little gem again and again! Thank you, Angela!

What a great place! It was perfect for the three of us. Very clean, nice furniture, amazing bathroom, comfy beds and pillows! Having a bath in the huge jet tub while listening to the ocean was absolute heaven! Waking up in the morning and having a coffee while looking out those giant windows was so relaxing. Some fantastic touches….coffee pot and French press with coffee grounds, sugar, flour, spices, good quality pots and pans, Brita water jug, ziplock bags, tea, oil, beach towels, shared washer and dryer (in great shape). The parking was quite tight so if you are choosing what vehicle to take, try to take your smaller one. Ended up on the street one night but no big deal because the street parking clears out pretty early so there’s room right outside the building. The beach was great for rock hounding (as many people were doing). We didn’t even end up going up to Agate Beach because our beach was so full of agates! Amazing annual trip for us. We had a great stay at Victor’s! Waking up to the sound of give waves and view was serene! I’ll pick this place again if I return and I’m planning to comeback more often bc we couldn’t see everything around because of the rain. This place is located perfectly to explore both northern and southern coast..

When you first enter it’s obvious a lot of thought and care went into furnishing and decorating this home. I love that it was a simple, elegant decor. It’s exceptionally clean. I rarely sleep well away from home but the bed is one of the best I’ve ever slept in and I slept very well every night. It was very hard not to take a pillow 😊 I meant to look and see what kind they were. The linens and towels are very high-quality. The kitchen seems to be furnished with everything you could possibly need. They are very generous with the amenities, including an awesome tea and coffee bar, beach chairs and towels, puzzles, games etc. The hosts were very quick to respond to any inquiries and will do their best to make sure your stay is great. Highly recommended.
