Great house! It had all the amenities listed. It was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there. Great location-very close to restaurants and shopping. Will was great to work with-very responsive. We actually got there earlier than expected and he let us go ahead and check in. Would love to stay there again if ever back in Mississippi!

A beautiful cabin surrounded by such beautiful scenery. So nice & cozy. The perfect little place to get away & relax. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

What a blessing to have found Jennifer and Oliver’s AirBnB!!! It was the perfect home away from home for our family of three during our college tour of Ole Miss! Jennifer is the epitome of southern hospitality with such graciousness and warmth in opening up her gorgeous home to others! Perfection in every sense of the word!!! We will be staying here every time we visit Oxford when we come to see our daughter in college! Could not have asked for a better first time experience visiting this lovely town! Fell in love with the people and location!!! Spic and span clean home, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and bath, amazing deck with fire pit…just no complaints whatsoever!!! Thank you, Jennifer and Oliver, for your friendship and for welcoming us into your relaxing home! We are forever grateful!!! Ashley was a fantastic host. Responded to me within minutes every time I asked a question. Check in was simple and the place was in a great neighborhood. We were so close to everything you’d want to do in Oxford. The house was very neat and clean. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Phillps airbnb was just as described. Peaceful and private location. No surroundings neighbors except the cemetery next door 😂 but everything was fine 5-10 minutes drive into town. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. I do recommend this home. Will stay again whenever i visit my home town again.

Has a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday! Was our second time saying here. The swimming pool was great. The gas heater was lit on our arrival, giving the home a glowing and welcoming warmth on a very cold day. Having everything we could’ve needed for preparing meals was perfect. The house is like a mini museum with all of pictures showcasing Mr. Boo’s life and experiences. We will return.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo near the Ole Miss baseball field! The location was perfect—just a short distance from the stadium and in a quiet, peaceful community. The space was beautifully set up for two couples, with comfortable beds and two full-sized bathrooms that would be great for larger families as well. The condo was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. We did have an issue with the water heater, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and had it replaced the very next morning—great communication and service! Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Oxford. We’d definitely stay here again!
