LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Me and my family had an awesome stay. The house was great with lots of space and places to sleep. We were 8 ppl and there was more than enough room. Garage/game room was awesome I just wish it was insulated with some heat we had to wear our coats to be comfortable, of course the weather was 26F so it was expected. The rest of the house was warm and cozy. I would love to rent this same house in the summer it must be amazing with the view of the lake. One more thing is although there are 2 bathrooms its more like 1 because the second bathroom upstairs has a little door that leads to the room with the 4 beds so the other people not staying in that room didn’t use that bathroom to not get walked in on unexpectedly. Overall I still gave this place 5 stars and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed the bright open space here! Living areas are very comfortable and just as described. We will definitely be back!

Steve’s house is soooooo nice!!!! It was a girls trip that was the book last minute and we had a great time, it was very cozy. It was very peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub and we will be back!!!!!

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

Perfect location for our winter visit to North Conway area with 2 young kids! Close to skiing, restaurants, and attractions. Plenty of space for us and a well stocked kitchen so we could cook some meals at home.

One of my very best experiences at an AirBnb. Beautiful, clean apartment, can't beat the view and convenience to the beach. I really enjoyed being there in the off-season. I hope I can stay there again.

We needed a place to stay for the Eastern States 20 mile and half marathon event. Very pleased with the location. A quick walk to the beautiful beach and the finish line of the event we were in town for was at the Hampden Beach State Park right across the street. Sharon’s place was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. She greeted me upon arrival which was also a bonus. Would stay there again if we are ever in the area again.

Second year in a row staying at this house and second year in a row having a great time. It’s a perfect Sunapee family ski trip place, lots of rooms and space and fun to be had. Thanks again Josh and Margarita!

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

Tara was a great host, which any questions she got back to us with the answers almost immediately. The home was just as beautiful as the view and was a quick distance to the center of town. Fantastic place to gather with family for a cozy weekend in the woods. Most definitely will be staying with her listing again in the future!

Our family of 11 stayed at Judy’s place for the weekend with multigenerational family members from the ages of 2 to 82 along with our 2 fur babies. There were so many games, toys, books, a multifunctional pool table and arcade games to keep all of us having fun all weekend long. So much so that we only left the house Saturday evening to go to dinner. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve large breakfasts and dinner. The dishwasher and washing machine are an added amenity that we loved having. As soon as we entered the home we were grateful for so many hooks and boot trays to accommodate our outerwear. God willing we will gift this weekend away for our children, grandchildren, and in laws again next year as their Christmas gift. Thank you Judy for supplying a wonderful home for us to make incredible family memories.

Awesome place to stay and close to Cranmore. 5 min car ride was very convenient. There were some damages upon our arrival but everything was great. Recommended.

Great anemities, all of us had a good time in the area! Very comfortable for a whole group of people as well!

I stayed at the Tiny House with my significant other and our dog for a small, private getaway during our anniversary. It was a nice, cozy little home for us which we all enjoyed. It was also great to be right next to a grocery store and near downtown Keene for food and activities.

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

Absolutely incredible place! Tons of room, bathrooms for each bedroom was a big hit. Amazing location. Views were magnificent after 8 inches of snow and some freezing rain. Perfect excuse to not leave the house and enjoy the peaceful serenity over a nice margarita. Fall views must be totally awesome. Don’t need to bring anything except you, your friends and some food. The home has everything you need, all set and ready to go, and I mean everything you’ll need. The house manager Teri was an absolute peach. Her connection to the house and knowledge of the local history was amazing. 5 STARS doesn’t do this place justice. Already planning a return visit.

The place is clearly well taken care of with attention to detail. This would be a great place any time of year. Miriam and the home were very accommodating. I would return to this location with great peace of mind.

Our stay was incredible! Jim was responsive and flexible, and even offered a late checkout with snowy weather. He was considerate of our party and very welcoming! The bed situation was better than expected. We were very close to the wedding venue we were attending and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We loved it and actually wished we could have spent more time there!

You couldn’t ask for better hosts! Everything we needed was there and it was actually better than listed! The beds that we thought were going to be twins were doubles, so we were super comfy! The kitchen table was the perfect place for our two families to gather together and enjoyed our time by the wood burning stove. There is SO much to do in the area! I highly recommend this property!

Great place for a large family! Having so many separate bedrooms was ideal. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice. We were a bit uncertain about the driveway, but figured it out. Would recommend for a group or large family!
