We made the trek from Texas to watch our son and his buddies participate in a marathon at The White Sands Missile Range. When we opened the door to the house, we were all in complete awe of how spacious the house was! It was clean, decorated very well, it had useful kitchen supplies for cooking and baking. I honestly didn’t realize it had a 4th bedroom and the extra plus was that I had my own bathroom too!! It’s always scary booking an unknown house in an unknown area but hands down, this was the best and most comfortable stay we have ever had! The host was responsive, sweet and helpful too! The backyard was really nice as well, the views of the mountains are just indescribable!!! Thank you for helping us make our spring break very memorable, if we are ever in the area again, I will 100% book this house again!!!! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in Cloudcroft. The house was very clean and was the most organized Airbnb we have stayed in…everything was labeled for when we decided to make food at the house which made preparation easy. It was a truly cozy and pleasant stay.

We had a great stay. Location is nice on the golf course with a view of the mountains. And convenient to White Sands National Park. The house was very nice, comfortable and clean inside. We dusted off the outside furniture and really enjoyed sitting and eating dinner outside in the evenings.

Carmen’s place is just like the photos. It’s a single wide, one bedroom trailer. She has the sofa made into an extra bed in the living room, two comfy recliners and a nice sized tv. The backside porch is pleasant with a grill, chairs and a patio warmer. Overall, it was a good place to stay. The heater definitely makes a lot of noise, as one of the reviewers said, but we slept through the sound. Very close to highway 82, which goes right through Cloudcroft.

it was a nice cabin. We enjoyed our stay. If you put the place in your Navigation it may talk you the back way and you might end up on back roads for a while. but the place is wonderful

The house and location were perfect! The house was close to everything which made it easy to go grab food and stuff. Overall house and experience were great!

This was the perfect venue for my wedding. My guests and I booked every cabin Josh and Donald had available and each one was lovely. It's extremely scenic and peaceful. I loved the giant decks a sunrise soak in the hot tub was exactly what I needed after the stress of planning the wedding. They were super responsive when I had any questions about the venue or the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this cabin and any cabin available through Timberon Condos. Plus, food from Connie's Deli in town was great and we loved the service we received at the High Country Bar & Grill. Just a great stay overall.

This was a dream for our two families— the kids were entertained from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Emmanuel is a very kind and thoughtful host— he was quick to respond and helped make our stay exceptional. Would definitely stay here again!

Property Manager came to say Hi and to check on us ! Property was immaculate and location was amazing! Beautiful view and cabin had a great look, very unique! I thought I had lost my wallet and they were extremely responsive and went the extra mile to go check If I had left it behind. Will book next time!

the place was great, made for an awesome getaway, we could see deer walking around from the porch in the early morning. host was amazing, cell service in the area is pretty bad and I made the mistake not writing down the wifi password beforehand but because they have a doorbell camera the hosts were able to communicate with me and help me get inside despite this. had they not been so responsive and helpful I would have found myself having to travel to an area with public wifi to check in. I cannot commend them enough for being so helpful in that situation.

We stayed with Stephanie on the way to and in the way back from a mission trip. It was a great stay! Stephanie was very responsive and welcoming. The place had plenty of room for our group of 17 and it was really helpful for Stephanie to be right above us in case we had any questions!

We enjoyed our stay. The surrounding was beautiful. The cabin was everything they advertised and more. Great host!!!!! Always responded to my emails. Left us a hand written note welcoming us to the cabin. So we would recommend the stay here.

Wonderful place to stay with the family. Loved seeing the deer and elk. Waking up in the mountains is so soothing.

We absolutely loved staying in this cabin. Walking distance to the little village downtown, gorgeous surroundings, cozy fireplace, very comfy beds and stocked with everything we needed to cook well. This place is a gem.

This is a wonderful, private, and remote site with everything you need. Just remember to bring couple items if below are needed for your typical travel: - hair dryer (we didn't see one) - soap, toothpaste, and hair products (to suit your preference)

Susan was amazing. When we messed up the booking, she worked with us to correct our mistake. She was friendly and responsive. The house was perfect for our group. The kids loved the game room and the beautiful area. The house was perfect and the neighborhood was beautiful. We loved every moment here and don’t want to leave! We will definitely rent this place again!

Instructions on how to arrive were clear and specific and once we got there we were pleasantly surprised at how cozy everything was. Central climate control was effective and easy to use, beds were clean and comfortable, kitchen was spotless and bathrooms were perfect! Since the location is so far away from stores, bringing your own food is essential. The cabin had all the utensils and cooking equipment that you’d normally need (pots, pans, baking sheets, appliances, etc). One downside is that the internet is a bit slow, however it is to be expected being so secluded. So if you’re looking to disconnect, it’s great! But you might have trouble loading steaming services. Due to fire restrictions we were unable to grill / make a fire outside so we cannot speak to those amenities. Overall the cabin was cozy, comfy and a perfect getaway to the great outdoors.
