We expected a budget unit but the unit exceeded our expectations. Every thing was brand new and beautifully furnished and clean. The location, whilst at the front on the main road, was extremely quiet! Highly recommend!

The unit is close to Noosa and there’s a pub next door. There’s shops nearby. The unit is on two levels so be aware if someone has mobility issues. Each bedroom has its own en-suite. No keys to worry about losing, keypad access to garage, property and unit b

The apartment is in an efficiently run holiday complex which is really well located at the top end of Gympie Terrace. You are close enough to walk to everything but during the crazy period over Xmas you’re not overrun by people and cars. Checkin was extremely quick and easy and the place was clean and turned over nicely. Also nice that they had turned on the AC and cooled the place down for our arrival. Wifi was a bit unreliable but that’s a negligible issue. During the Xmas and New Year period all accommodation in Noosa costs triple what it normally should but this place was priced better than the other options around the popular Gympie Terrace area.

We had such an amazing stay at Summer Salt. Great access to the beach and 12 minute walk to the surf club for dinner. Heaps of amenities and the layout meant each family unit was able to have their own space and private bathrooms. The place is really nicely laid out, where 3 main internal entertaining areas are open plan meaning you can keep an eye on everyone and little kids if needed. Penny was a proactive host and made sure we had all the information we needed with plenty of time in advance. Even offered an early check in!

Great place, everything was neat and tidy,great for our puppy to run around,easy to get to Eateries etc. would highly recommend , and we will try to return some day Thank you Tom, Tina & Freddie

We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Alles was aanwezig. De opdeling van de woning is raar. Maar dit heeft ons uiteindelijk niet gestoord. De keuken was enorm uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. De lekkere hapjes in de koelkast waren een leuke extra.

Love the property and the street, it's friendly and walkable. The property is safe, fenced for dogs and homely. Lake Cootharabah is my happy place and has been for many years.

Nice place to stay for a few days, great location

A fantastic stay in Noosa. A pristinely clean house, very well maintained with everything we needed for a long stay. Tina is a great host, very friendly with great communication and she made sure we were comfortable from the start. She made us and our dogs feel very welcome. The house and pool are very private, set in a peaceful neighbourhood in an excellent location. We’d certainly recommend Tina’s place and perhaps we’ll get the chance to stay there again.

Excellent apartments - just wished we were able to stay longer than the 4 nights to enjoy all the facilities. Everything written in the description for this complex is 100% accurate. The views are breathtaking, particularly the sunrises. We had a top level apartment which also had a spacious, well furnished roof terrace. I imagine the lower apartments are equally spacious and bright with similar views. The complex is so clean, tidy & peaceful which is testament to the attention for detail by the hosts, Nathalie & Paul. Words can't say enough.

Fantastic stay with our Australian extended family, beautiful grounds and very well designed beach house. The kitchen is very well stocked and the BBQ area is a very nice addition for al fresco dining. Every one took advantage of the lovely plunge pool to cool off. The beach and restaurants / cafes are only a 5’ walk and the pool and we did a fair bit of hiking in Noosa National Park. We will definitely be back in the area and if available will rent this property again. The only “downside” is the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom above the pool. Beach towels were not provided and it would nice to have a set ready (at the checkout we were advised to ask for beach towels at the checkin so will do whenever we return)

Lovely unit, close to Hastings Street but far enough away so you’re not right in the midst of the hustle. Great position on the ground floor, overlooking pool and canal. Walking distance to local restaurants. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

The cleaning fee was a bit high...the house was amazing..but the cleaning fee made the cost high

The waterslide and pool are a hit with the kids! After reading some reviews, we felt nervous about the safety regulations and warnings but it is a perfectly functional and FUN slide and simply to be used with adequate supervision - like any pool. Nearly every bedroom had its own air conditioning and the two that didn’t were perfectly positioned outside a common room with an air con system. Tim and team were gracious hosts.

What a wonderful place to spend a few days! Jim & Helyn could not have been more welcoming or friendly! The apartment was beautiful with a big balcony each end- just perfect! We made use of the pool and enjoyed relaxing in the sun with our books! Had a wonderful sunset cruise on the river, a beautiful breakfast at Depot and good cocktails at the boat house. Would definitely recommend!
