We were in town for Thanksgiving visiting family with our dogs for 4 nights. Communication with host was great. The house was very clean, well furnished (we cooked the Thanksgiving meal there), recently renovated kitchen (huge kitchen island) with high end appliances, and yes there are 6 bedrooms (some small but nice). Rooms are split between three floors so everyone had room/privacy. Backyard with pool was great, lots of space for dogs, everything is fenced in but the front which was not a problem as the house is on a dead-end street with very little traffic. This is definitely a superhost home, all your condiments, lots of nice touches and snacks/gifts. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to family in Chicago. House is locate between 41 and 94 making travel around Chicago easy.

The house was perfect for the five of us. Kate has great attention to detail and is fantastic to work with. The house was very clean and kid friendly for our 15 month old. If you're looking for a welcoming house with a great host I can't recommend this one enough!

Nice house with updates. We used all four bedrooms, so everyone had their own space. Kitchen and living room looked nice, but a bit cozy if everyone was in the space at the same time. There was a large breakfast nook/counter in the kitchen instead of a table. More dishes, mugs, etc. in the kitchen would have been nice. The coffee maker and provided K-cups were great! Would definitely stay again if it's available when we are in the area again.

We had a great stay!! The house was perfect for the five of us and our dog, with enough space for all of us to feel comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was the best part! Melissa was super prompt when it seemed like the heat to the pool wasn’t running and we were back in there in no time - the heated water was perfect for this fall weather! We also tried some of the recommended spots and overall, this was exactly the quick getaway we needed!

Amazing stay! This place has everything you need for both short and long visits. The location is extremely safe and convenient with shops within walking distance. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire property, especially the game room and TV room which were perfect for entertainment. Moiz, the host, was very kind and quick to respond to any needs we had. Thank you for everything! We would definitely stay here again

This home was super cozy for my big family. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the way it is set up makes you feel right at home. This home had everything we needed. TV’s, kitchen items, recommendations, and even fun family games and activities to do. Every time I visit the area I’ll be checking to see if it’s available. 10/10

House was lovely. I enjoyed the homes decor. Every day I woke up with something else I loved. The house had everything we needed. Only thing I wished the pool heater was working and the pillows were flat. I would definitely stay here again.

Let me start by saying that I have rented several Airbnb homes but this experience was by far the best. Cullen was a very personable and gracious host. The house was nicely decorated, had comfortable beds, and was well stocked with towels and paper products. There was also a basket of assorted snacks and a handwritten welcome note upon our arrival. There was plenty of room for our party and a good amount of parking outside. Since our visit was in January we couldn't take advantage of the backyard amenities but they appear to be very nice for a summer backyard bbq and great family fun. All this said, Cullen and his home are a 10 out of 10 that we definitely recommend !

Very pleasant stay over Thanksgiving while visiting family. Quiet, peaceful lake setting (even though it was very cold out and no swimming in the lake at 20 degrees!).. It was a good place to rest after the noise and activity of our large family 3 day gathering!

We enjoyed preparing pizzas from scratch in the perfectly sized kitchen with our adult kids who live in Chicago and their friends. There was plenty of space to sit around the spacious kitchen island and talk while cooking. The whole experience was made even better by using the Wolf stove top and Bosch wall-mount oven, which produced perfectly crisp crust and tasty toppings. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful while providing everything we needed within walking distance. Parking was also easy. We had no trouble finding a space in front of the house all 4 days we were there. As a special bonus, a new chocolate cafe opened a few days ago (Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser Cafe) and is just a short walk away! We had a great time in this lovely home.

Kelly’s place was wonderful. There’s a lot to enjoy here from a wonderful backyard with a fire pit, a lovely front porch, a chill side porch with a grill, a second floor balcony, and a sun room. The place was perfectly clean when I got there and they so nicely left out plenty of clean towels and sweatshirts for myself and my friends. I would definitely stay again if I came back to the area!

The location alone makes this home worth booking. Add that there’s ample room for family/friends and it’s a gem in the middle of a great Chicago neighborhood. We were a group of six and loved every minute.

Stayed here for a bachelorette and was greeted with a lovely customized message for our bride, music, and a lovely home! Clean, spacious, accommodating for a whole gaggle of gals - and that’s tough to do! We especially appreciated how close the house is to Wrigleyville’s food and bars and some great coffee shops, all while still being far enough away to be quiet at night so we could sleep. Very kind host who let us check out late and made sure we were doing ok the entire time. Overall, so so wonderful! Thank you :)

Fantastic place in an awesome location. Very walkable part of town and a great spot to easily get to Wrigley Field. Found a number of great bars and restaurants in walking distance during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay with Jehu in Itasca! I grew up there in my childhood and her home made us feel so cared for and comforted. It is beautifully laid out, well appointed and so convenient for travelers that want to stay in the suburbs but have easy access to the city and airport. I plan to stay often when I return!

It was nice, quiet and peaceful place. Great place to relax and unwind. Loved my stay, the house had a very homey feel to it.

This is the 2nd time this year we rented from Michael. He continued to impress with the responsiveness. This time we filled the whole house, all bedrooms and both floors, 12 in total, mix of kids and adults. We decorated for Christmas, made it feel like we were home for the holidays. We walked all around the neighborhood, got coffee in the morning, fresh bread from a fabulous bakery in Downtown Oak Park and always felt safe and enjoyed the friendly neighborhood. The home and bedrooms were warm when you wanted them warm during the day and cool at night to sleep in. Kitchens were well equipped and all the appliances worked perfectly. The tankless water heater was a blessing when we were all trying to get out for a family event. At one point we realized that we were out of trash bags on Christmas morning. Michael had them there in less than 30 minutes. Over the top responsiveness. Being 10 minutes from the Eisenhower makes this convenient to either Downtown or Oak Brook.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our Spring Break. We last minute booked this home, and checked in 45 later but you would have never known by how welcoming Vytauta made it. Beds were very comfortable, backyard was great, we felt right at home.

Great having pool table, wall mounted TV, and games in lower level. Appreciated comfortable beds, ample supply of glasses, bowls, flatware, and plates &, large dining space. Clean home, safe & quiet neighborhood, with easy access to major roads & O'Hare. Host provided clear & simple check in instructions

Clean and kid friendly! Just as described. Perfect place to hang our Easter vacation with our group of 13!! Everyone felt comfortable and accommodated. Only thing I’d change if I could, more pillows! We’re a pillow loving family. Otherwise everything was great!!

We had an absolutely lovely time! We took a family trip and the house was perfect for 6 adults and 5 kids. The beach was super close to walk to. The large house was perfect for everyone to have their own space. The spacious living room/kitchen was a great place to spend family time cooking, playing games, eating, etc where we could all be together but doing separate things. There were plenty of towels for everyone for that many days which surprised me! Inga had thought of everything! There was all the extras you might need too like cooking basics, sunscreen, flashlight, bug spray, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas! And the espresso machine was also a hit with our family! Thank you so much Inga for having us!! We made memories that will last a lifetime in your beautiful home!

Cathy was a great host, very responsive! House was great, it accommodated our family size perfect. The only thing in my opinion that was missing was washer and dryer access in the home. We were traveling with toddlers and couldn’t wash a load of clothes. But aside from that everything else was great.

This place is absolutely beautiful! The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s in a nice and peaceful area. House was very clean and the “How to” book was very helpful. Nancy was very responsive and even accommodated my group to allow early check-in. If there is one thing I would point out is the hot water temp. It’s very very hot to the point where it stings, so please be careful not to burn yourselves. On the other hand, the water never gets cold when taking a hot shower lol. I highly recommend booking!
