The apartment is beautifully restored. The furnishings are excellent, the kitchen is well stocked, pots and pans are relatively new, the mattress is firm and comfortable, linens and bathroom are pristine, the Internet and cable services are excellent and fast. There are many thoughtful attributes. The town of Spencer was convenient for our needs too. Thank you, Christian!

This was a GREAT find, close to Ithaca for anyone visiting the gorges, Ithaca college, or Cornell. For our family, it was a great place to stay while visiting my father over the holidays! Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and kid friendly with very responsive and accommodating hosts. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great place to experience the Finger Lakes. 5 min to downtown Trumansburg and 15 min to downtown Ithaca. Great location for hikes, parks, wineries and restaurants.

I really can't say enough positive things about Max's beautiful home in Groton, NY! The house is spacious, well-maintained, and updated in a way that makes it easy to live in while preserving the original charm, beauty and character of the home. The kitchen/dining area is by far the best arranged and most well equipped I have ever experienced in a rental home, with beautiful and plentiful dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, utensils, cookware, an 8 quart Instapot, and modern appliances. Living areas and bedrooms are so spacious and comfortable, with plenty of towels and bed linens, big screen tvs and Alexa throughout the house. What a great home for our family of 4 generations to make holiday memories in! We hope to return during warmer times to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor areas as well!

Apollos Praise was an absolute delight to stay at. It provided my friends and I easy access to both sides of the Lake while we visited the Wineries. The Space was roomy and accommodating for us to relax, and play games at the end of the evening while enjoying a meal we prepared in the kitchen. Julia and Kelby were friendly and responsive. They made check-in easy and answered any questions I had! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had a great time. The house was well maintained and exactly as described. There was plenty of space throughout. We would definitely stay at this house again.

we come up to the finger lakes at least once a year. this year we had a much bigger group then usual. Tristan's place was perfect for the weekend. We would definitely love to come back.

We loved this place. It is gorgeous, bright, modern, comfortable, and clean. Great location- walkable to town, super easy to get to Ithaca College, and near the bigger shops and amenities. Rachel was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We hope to return!
