We had the pleasure of staying at the Horse Farm House for four nights, a peaceful retreat beside a creek. The sound of flowing water and views of roaming animals, including Dexter the pony, Effie the donkey, and nearby horses, created a serene atmosphere. The house, rich in history with original furniture, made our stay even more special. A farm tour allowed us to feed and interact with the animals, and my daughter, studying equine massage therapy, had the chance to massage Dexter and walk him to the creek. Hunter, the owner, was warm and accommodating, and the farm’s support for animal rescues added meaning to our visit. The experience far exceeded any hotel stay, and we plan to return, possibly to Hunter’s other property, the Country Cowboy Mansion. Highly recommend for a genuine farm experience.

Maddy’s place was wonderful! I appreciated the balance of privacy and proximity to downtown and hiking trails. The dogs loved the free space to roam safely away from the road! Inside was so comfortable and homey and well curated. Maddy is super responsive and sweet! Overall I felt right at home and the views were serene-can’t wait to visit again.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and he absolutely loved it! The place itself is very clean and has everything you’ll need for the perfect getaway. The kitchen is stocked for preparing meals, the furniture is comfortable, and the view is amazing! There’s even a washer and dryer incase you need it. Not only was there a beautiful Mountain View, we also got to enjoy the sight of highland cows in the distance! We definitely recommend booking this place!

I was traveling with two friends to a dog show. The house was perfect for us, washer/dryer, fenced yard and we loved having the full kitchen. Ceiling fans and other fans provided made for a restful night.

Bruce’s place is great if you are visiting the Ithaca region. The home was warm and welcoming and Bruce is a great host. Would definitely return if we are in the area.

Had a great time at Joe's place. The home was very comfortable and clean with all the necessary items provided. Would highly recommend!

Very comfortable beds, it was the perfect place for a lot of friends to gather for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful and the firepit felt very special. Pool table was a HUGE plus. We saw turkeys!!

Had a wonderful stay and really appreciated how responsive Lindsey was. The house matched the pictures exactly and we felt right at home.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at Alicia and Franks place! What an absolutely stunning property and views, with rolling hills overlooking picturesque views right from the back porch. Frank was outside to greet us when we arrived and made our check in beyond smooth. The amenities were beyond what we expected! They really thought of everything you could need for a quick peaceful getaway. We are planning another trip to Watkins in the summer and will absolutely be booking with Alicia and Frank again- thank you guys so much!!

Suzanne’s place was super clean and comfortable in a lovely setting. Saw gorgeous sunsets every evening and appreciated the views of birds and a young buck out the kitchen window over breakfast. Very comfortable beds and cozy bedding. Suzanne was very welcoming and helpful.

This was our third year in a row staying at Jagadish's place for Thanksgiving. We love it!

Clean and spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood with many amenities. Way more affordable than any hotel. Host quickly replied with any questions.

Beautiful Victorian home that you will feel comfortable in the moment you walk through the door. Jennifer was excellent at communicating and even provided fresh ground coffee and milk for the morning. Beds and linens were very comfortable and home is very clean.

Kim is a wonderful host. She has developed a beautiful living space in aside her home and it is very spacious, simple and feels like a "home". The space is very clean and bright. She is an outstanding communicator, very responsive and does her utmost to ensure your comfort. The location is quiet, removed from the village of Ithaca yet close enough to commute without issue. Everything went according to what is listed on the website. I would stay here again! Thank-you.

If you are visiting The Southern Tier of NY, Diane’s place is where you must stay. This gorgeous loft-style, upscale home is also perfect for parents visiting their kids at Ithaca College or Cornell. It is incredibly spacious, but feels homey too. I was visiting my son for Christmas, and we enjoyed a very special holiday together here. The kitchen is amazing and stocked with Everything!! I actually didn’t even rent a car & walked to shops and restaurants even in December with no problem. The bed is very comfortable, nice large bathtub and modern laundry. Diane is incredibly kind and responds immediately to any requests. Highly Recommend!

Jenny’s airbnb was amazing and felt like home! Jenny is an amazing host and would love to stay here again in the future! The time I stayed in Jenny’s airbnb was nicely located close to the veterinary school where I had to be for in-person class and clinical rotations! Jenny helped me so much in navigating the bus routes and if I needed anything was very responsive to my messages and texts! I loved my stay and recommend staying at Jenny’s Airbnb if you are visiting Ithaca!

I'm so glad we stayed at Charlie's place. It was huge, spotless and perfect, with the lovely coffee shop and restaurant making this the best place to stay in the area!

Such an amazing stay! Our original place canceled last minute and Caitlin’s place was so perfect for what we needed. So clean and so many useful amenities. Walking distance to the lifts and a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again:)

We loved our stay at Rachel’s place! The sauna was so nice. I was working remotely and the internet worked well. Rachel was so welcoming, helpful and communicative. She did so much to make our stay great. highly recommend! also love the location! thank you!!

Lovely cabin that was perfect for our family! I would definitely come back!

Our family had a most delightful stay! We were traveling with three children and their eyes completely lit up when they saw the bunk beds on the third floor. We found the property a breeze to get in. It was very clean and the kitchen served us quite well. We loved how close this condo was to Greek Peak and we got to see a stunning sunrise our first morning there. I think our favorite part, however, was hanging out around the gas fireplace in the evenings. So peaceful after a busy day! Thank you for being a part of our happy memories!

Jose's place is a very comfortable place ,I would recommended it .Communication is very quick and friendly.If I ever come back to Binghamton I surely will stay at Jose's place again.
