This place is a great little weekend getaway, even during the winter! The tiny home is very cute, the farm animals are even cuter, and the host is very communicative and welcoming! I would definitely come back here in the spring or summer to see more of the surrounding area! We had a great time!

My second time at this house- first time with my family! It was perfect for us and the kids. It’s so cozy and the beds were so comfortable. My kids didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to come back!

Penney is great. We have stayed a coupe times and plan to be back. We have family nearby and have a family we bring. The space is cozy and home like. We like that we can cook and do laundry. Kids have separate space. A dinner table to eat together at and play cards. Perfect getaway.

We loved the stay. The sauna was a highlight. It was clean and new and nice. Rachel was responsive and kind. The space was spacious and comfy. We would stay again!

Now I know the reason that someone mentioned they want to give 10000/5 stars. Yes, this place was special. As Zeb explained, no Wifi and no running water at this time, but that was not important to me and my wife. I saw thousands of stars (including 5-6shooting stars), enjoyed bonfire, walk around with our dog, very calm and private surrounding, everything was perfect and we had unforgettable time. Zeb and Suzi both were so nice and kind. They do anything they can do for guests. I really appreciated that. Also great access to Ithaca. I will definitely recommend to my friends and Airbnb users. Thank you again Zeb and Suzi !

I genuinely don't have a single complaint, and I was very pleased by the coziness. Everything exceeded my expectations, and made for a perfect winter get away. Heating was definitely not an issue, as there were heaters in every room on pre-set comfortable timers. The kitchen was very well stocked and felt very home-like. The bed also gave me a great night of sleep and felt amazing on my back. Easy 5/5 stars for me, would love to stay here again!!

This place lends one privacy, peace, and calm. If you like watching deer walk by or seeing birds and squirrels, this is the ideal location. The location is close to hiking trails and it is easy to get to downtown Ithaca. Very nice place to decompress.

We found this to be an excellent space in a terrific location for visiting Ithaca and Ithaca College. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious, Lorene’s apartment fit our needs perfectly!

I’ll be honest, after several bad Airbnb experiences, I had pretty much sworn them off. However, a couple of weeks ago I found myself in a situation where booking one made way more sense than a hotel, and Kathy’s listing convinced me. I am so glad I took the chance because it was awesome! Everything about it was exactly what I needed. Quiet and peaceful with easy access to town. Everything worked, was clean, and comfortable. This is what Airbnb was meant to be but has too often strayed from. No crazy rules, fees or chores to be done. I really enjoyed the campfire, deck and hot tub, along with being able to sit quietly by the river. I would absolutely stay here again!
