We had a lovely stay at Tea's. The house is fully equipped, cosy and pet friendly. The garden is spacious, Tea and her family were so kind to share with us pomegranades and grapes from the harvest of the garden. The shared terrace is very nice and faces directly the fenced garden making it ideal for pets too. It is a short walk to the beach, minimarkets and restaurants. During off peak season, I would recommend a car as some restaurants and shops may be closed, however there are nice agrotourism to explore in the area all year long. Communication was great, Tea was truly kind and responsive. Would definitely go back again.

Great host! Went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The place is big enough for a fair few people. Lovely view from the balcony in the morning

It was a pleasure to stay at Rovenas place for a long weekend with my family. We all leave abroad with our parents living in Albania so for us time together as a complete family is precious and staying at Rovenas place made it feel like home. She was also very clear with instructions, very responsive, proactive and always happy to help. She suggested a great local restaurant. The place is as shown on photos with the spacious terrace being the highlight and feels peaceful especially at this time of the year. Loads of coffee places, restaurants etc nearby with the beach being less than 5 min walk. We are particularly grateful to Rovena for extending the check out time and accommodating our proposed time. We left with great memories and hope to be back soon one day. Thank you Rovena.

Erg fijne en warm welkom door de host. De buitenplaats is heerlijk privé en ruim. Aan alles gedacht, bijvoorbeeld airco aangezet, koffie en anti mug! Het huisjes is 15 meter van het strand. 2de douche buiten is fijn voor als je van het strand af komt.

Everything went great - host very open and helpful, place looks better than on the pictures. Enough room for parking, clean swimming pool as well as the whole place. We have obtained a lot of recommendations which was super helpful.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in grundsätzlich gepflegter Anlage. Wir waren am Ende der Saison da, so dass es sehr wenig andere Gäste in dem Valamar-Komplex gab und der Strand abschnittsweise verwahrlost wirkte (Müllproblem). Es waren immerhin noch zwei Restaurants geöffnet, so dass wir auch abends versorgt waren, wenngleich die Küche im Apartment auch alle Möglichkeiten zur Selbstverpflegung bietet. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was unbeatable for us, close to a nice section of the Durrës beach and a variety of shops and restaurants, and out of the city centre itself but very well-connected by cheap, local bus. There is a proper supermarket in the building itself and another one across the street. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The view from the balcony is great, and the laundry machine and drying rack were very practical to have. We did miss a coffee machine and microwave, as well as more variety in sizes of pots and pans, which would make the kitchen more complete - but it's fine for cooking simple meals. The Wi-Fi struggled occasionally, but as we were not working, it wasn't a problem for us. All in all, I would recommend this as a nice place to stay in Durrës!

Egnisa’s place was amazing with stunning views which made me fall in love with Durres. She is extremely responsive.Apartment is right by the beach, you can enjoy the sun from the balcony overlooking the beach. We took long walks down the beach , get back to the apartment and go downstairs for a meal. It’s conveniently located. There is an entire band of different restaurants by the seaside (downstairs from the apartment). Amazing restaurants with different pricing ranges that will suit everyone’s budget and experienced the friendliest people.There are many grocery shops “markets” where you can buy food to cook, souvenirs, alcohol,etc, Egnisa has an equipped kitchen so we could also make our own meals on some days. I would recommend Egnisa’s place to anyone visiting Durres.

Eglantina was amazing from the get go. She was very helpful and communicative. The Apartment is very nice and spacious. It’s located more or less in the city centre and everything is a 5 min drive from it. Will definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Kristina’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, cozy atmosphere. Kristina was an exceptional host—always responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. If you love a quiet and homely stay, this is the perfect place for you. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Would love to visit again!

Nada's place is very well decorated and is very clean and well lit. The kitchen is well equipped with all basic things required. The balcony is also very nice and a good place to relax. The hosts are extremely good with communication and are always responsive and helpful with everything.

Loved the stay in this apartment! We booked it for a long stay and were very happy with our choice. It is exactly as you see on pictures. The design is quite nice, the apartment is spacious and comfortable. There is everything you need in terms of utensils and appliances for cooking. There is also a washing machine, 2 air conditioners, great oven etc. The terrace and the view from it is amazing and it was quite lovely to be able to tan on a sunny day without leaving the apartment. The location is very good, you’ve got the seaside right across the street, so you can take long walks with great scenery right after leaving the building. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, recommend going to Alternative restaurant in the district and trying local fish or chicken soup! Their bread is very good. Tomas is a great host, he’s done everything he could to support our seamless check-in and pleasant stay. We loved it here and would definitely want to come back!

The place was perfect, on the third floor. Peaceful and worth it. Everything was clean and just like the pictures.

Vaso was there for our every need! Many things to say thank you for… the WINDOWS were clean!! We have travelled for years, Country after Country, etc ,etc. This is not something that the average guest would notice but in our many travels when a person keeps their windows clean you KNOW the unit is clean:) The bed was extremely comfortable!!! Traveling for 3 months into our 5 month journey, a good quality bed is a most welcome gift! The location is absolutely perfect! Terrace is our favorite place!! Views of everything and we saw 2 nights of fireworks that were incredible. We saw the twice yr blessing for Muslim Men ( end of March) Sunday March 30th. An amazing sight of men in prayer and worship. What an honor to witness. We need to cook while traveling for 5 months. Kitchen was ok… even though a dish rack is above the sink in the cabinet maybe a dish rack for pot/pan/ cutlery would be good! Vaso does have his guests best interest at heart. Will return to Vaso’s apartment!

Stella was very helpfull, kind, communicative. Her apartment is designed with style and we felt very welcome due to some cosy details. It is a quiet place, withing walking distance to the centre of town, many local shops and cafes just around the corner. The apartment had benefits of a hotel (clean, new, stylish) with the benefits of a private accomodation (flexible check in, extra help, well equiped). ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect location! Eateries and grocery right around the corner, place for pick up from when you take tours or get taxi pick up (Sky 2 Hotel) is across the street. Host was very attentive and responsive.

Arion was a wonderful host. He met us when we arrived and made sure we were settled. He even left water and snacks for us in the kitchen. The location was perfect, many restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the city center. Upon leaving Arion also arranged for a Taxi to pick us up and take us to the airport.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Orest. Das Appartement war sauber und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Lage ist ruhig aber das Zentrum fußläufig innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Gleich nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Laden bei dem man sich mit dem nötigsten eindecken kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

It was indeed a place and would recommend to anyone anytime. Look forward to patronising again.
