Everything perfect! Excellent place to stay .

The place was beautiful just as described but the location was simply superb! Attractions, malls & restaurants all close by. Great amenities at the place, too! Washer & dryer was an added plus. Super safe neighborhood to walk around anytime including at night. But there was Dorina, the perfect host who made sure that our stay in Tirana was a seamless and memorable experience!

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Kozmas Appartment. Via schlüsselcode konnten wir ganz flexibel mitten in der Nacht Anreisen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Bei Fragen haben wir innerhalb von wenigen Minuten eine Antwort bekommen. Parken ist möglich, man muss eventuell 1-2 Runden drehen. Alles nötige ist fussläufig erreichbar. Restaurant, Supermärkte, Bäcker, Museen, Bars etc. Man ist quasi mitten im Geschehen, trotzdem ist die Gegend ruhig. Man hört nichts in der Wohnung. Wir können wirklich nichts bemängeln. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir können jedem dieses Appartment zu 100% empfehlen. Alles nötige ist dort, wie in der Beschreibung. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

My girlfriend and I absolutely enjoyed our stay in Tirana. The studios are very close to the city center and we could walk everywhere, especially to all the main sights - a perfect location. We felt right at home, the apartment was amazing, including all the necessary amenities and super clean & well organised. We are definitely going to come back!

Me alojé en un apartamento maravilloso durante mi estancia y la experiencia fue absolutamente impecable. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, bien decorado y muy cómodo, ofreciendo un ambiente acogedor desde el primer momento. La cocina estaba completamente equipada, lo que facilitó la preparación de mis propias comidas. Las camas eran muy cómodas y el baño estaba bien provisto con toallas y productos de calidad. El internet funcionaba de manera excelente, lo que fue muy útil. La ubicación era ideal, cerca de todos los servicios y atracciones principales, lo que facilitó mucho la movilidad. Además, el propietario fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier consulta. Definitivamente recomendaría este apartamento a cualquier persona que busque una estancia de calidad y confort. Una experiencia excepcional en todos los aspectos

Ο χώρος ήταν τακτοποιημένος και καθαρός, η τοποθεσία ιδανικη. Εύκολα προσβάσιμο και με τα πόδια το κέντρο από το σπίτι και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ φιλική, επικοινωνιακή και πρόθυμη να λύσει οποιαδήποτε απορία. Θα το πρότεινα τόσο για οικογένειες όσο και για μεγάλες παρέες που θέλουν να δούνε τα Τιρανα.

Bir gün aralıkla iki gece Tiran'da Arbana'nın yerinde konakladık. Giriş talimatları çok açıklayıcıydı konumu bulmakta sorun yaşamadık. Evin konumu bizim için oldukça güzeldi. Şehrin gezilecek lokasyonları için tam orta noktadaydı. Hem turistik lokasyonlara hemde avm gibi lokasyonlara yakındı. Eve yakın gece açık olan bir pizzacıda vardı. Her şey görseldeki gibiydi, ev temel ihtiyaçların tamamına sahipti ve temizdi. Isıtma yeterliydi ev kısa sürede ısındı. Bizim için en önemlisi park sorunu yaşamamaktı evin kendine ait bir park alanı olduğu için yaşamadık ertesi günde müsaitlik durumuna göre gezerken aracı park halinde bırakmamıza olanak sağladı. İletişim kurmak oldukça kolaydı ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her an Arbana ile iletişim kurabildik. Kalabalık gruplar içinde uygundu biz 4 kişi konakladık. Tiran'a tekrar gelecek olsaydım yeniden burayı tercih ederdim.

Nice apartment in the city centre. Easy check-in. Everything went smoothly and host got in touch to check. The wifi didnt work but fortunately they had back up WiFi. Great place. Would consider again if I'm ever in Tiranë.

The house was exactly as described—nice, cozy, and truly felt like home. Our host was very easy to communicate with and incredibly responsive. Whenever we needed anything, she was quick to assist and ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a great stay and truly appreciated the hospitality. Thank you!

I am deeply grateful to the very kind host. It was my first time in Albania, but thanks to Mr.Flamur, I had a very comfortable stay. He kindly accommodated several of our requests and even recommended some great restaurants. Thanks to him, we made many wonderful memories. The accommodation was centrally located, and there was a 24-hour supermarket in the same building, which was very convenient. If I have the chance, I would love to stay here again.

The appartament was very clean, and the location is perfect. You have all a few minutes walking. Egest has been so attentive to help. Its a very good option to visit Tirana.
