The property was as mentioned in the description. The property was clean with two bedrooms and AC in both the rooms and the living room. One can get there without going through Tirupathi town. Overall, worth the money you pay

We were visiting Tirumala temple and we booked our stay here as we didn't find any good places at tirumala. But it was a really good decision. The place felt like home, it was spacious, clean and had a puja area. There was lift in the building, enough space to park 4-5 cars and a caretaker. He was really helpful and even helped us get in and out at odd hours. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tirupati.

We are staying in this place for the second time. The place is away from the hustle and bustle of the Temple Town. It is a quiet place with a peaceful neighborhood. The host is a very responsive and made us at home, when we stayed at her place. She gives clear instructions and she is also available to give clarifications when needed. The Self Check in, had been always smooth and hazzle free. The place is also well served by Swigy and Zomato and we didn't find any difficulty to get food of our choice. All the amenities were in a good working condition and the furniture and fixtures were well maintained and functional. On the whole we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and will make this place as our "Go to" place whenever we visit Tirupati in the future. And we strongly recommend this place to anyone who have plans to visit the Temple Town.

We had an amazing stay at Sasikala's house in Tirupati. The 2 BHK cozy house offered great amenities, complete privacy, and excellent wifi speed. The ventilation was perfect, and the location was easily accessible. It was a very good experience overall, with a hassle-free check-in and check-out process. The owner was extremely courteous and accommodating. Additionally, Swiggy and Zomato were available for online delivery, making it even more convenient. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay and good staff. the location in the Google Maps was misleading. the staff responded and guided to correct location. only con was the Geyser will work only on a sunny day.

The workers and manager was very helpful and kind to us. It was listed as cooking equipment is available but when we arrived it was not. But the manager was kind enough to arrange all our needs. Very thankful for it. Will surely recommend this place.

This is our second time staying at Madhavi’s place. It was perfect for the ten of us. Swiggy and zomato are available from good restaurants. Arjun and the other staff made sure we were comfortable and treated the seniors and the child with special needs with a lot of respect.

We stayed there for a day. And it felt like we were home. It was a really good condo as described. Friendly folks around and accessible place.
