Wow, what a gem this place is! The location is incredibly convenient - everything you need is nearby, from food and groceries to laundry services. Plus, it’s just a short ride away from all the must-see spots in Cebu City, which was a huge bonus for us. We were a group of seven, and there was definitely enough room for more people. The bathrooms were clean, the showers worked perfectly, the bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. The neighborhood was also nice - quiet, peaceful, and safe. A huge shoutout to Ma'am Marj and Sir Jojo, who made our stay feel so welcoming. They were both super accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time we visit Cebu! Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

The entire stay was great, with all the basic amenities provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The room had a nice view of the pool, adding a relaxing ambiance to the stay. The unit owner was very accommodating and flexible, making check-in and check-out smooth and convenient. Overall, it was a great choice for a short getaway, offering both comfort and convenience.

Had a wonderful stay here! Will definitely save it and come back whenever I’m in Cebu. Yuri and Mary are both very friendly and responsive hosts. The place has basically everything you need, comfortable bed, great internet, desk, tv Netflix etc. I was working and traveling and felt like this has been the best place I’ve been in so far in the Philippines. Great host and wonderful condo studio unit. Easy access to necessities. 7/11 below of the condo if you need anything. Perfect spot for Sinulog as you have a great view of the parade from the condo windows itself — You don’t need to race through the busy crowds if you don’t want to. Host is very easy to talk to!! Здравствуйте!Жилье отличное ,все необходимые вещи есть ,есть стиральная машинка ,есть балкон ,кондиционер работает тихо,в квартире очень уютно,комната разделена шкафом,очень удобно если один человек спит то другой может находиться во второй половине,балкон выходит на оживленную часть парка ,но в комнате не слышно шума с улицы!В квартире все чисто ,белье свежее ,приятный запах!в душевой комнате имеются средства для душа ,на кухне все есть необходимое ,я за свою практику побывал во многих местах -и по опыту скажу что жилье соответствует высшей оценки ,цена -соответствует!самое главное что хозяйка прекрасная девушка,которая на связи 24/7 ,Ах да мой совет для того кто будет снимать жилье-рядом есть услуги стирки -250 пессо за 2 кг 😬,так что пользуйтесь стиральной машинкой которая находится в квартире,стоит на балконе -отлично стирает !Хозяйке желаю хороших клиентов-она заслуживает этого !Удачи всем и пусть Бог бережет вас !
