Great space with huge backyard! Kitchen was well stocked with staples and any equipment you could dream of. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time and enjoyed every minute. Kids had a blast. Wayne was very responsive and helpful. So glad we chose to spend our weekend here.

This place is beautiful and SO homey! It was the perfect weekend getaway spot to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday! Little did I know, I’d be leaving with a FIANCÉ! He popped the question out on the dock, surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the lake! Lauren was very friendly and helpful! We had lot of fun playing ping pong and table hockey when we weren’t fishing. We will DEFINITELY be back in the future!🤍

The home was one of a kind. The different levels made it feel like we were not on top of each other. Loved the space. Wish it was not cold and rainy so we could have enjoyed the pool but we will be back in the summer.

Had a great stay at this adorable home near Lake Monticello/Bob Sandlin. Easy entry with a keypad. The property was beautifully maintained with lots of room to spread out and relax, the house itself was exactly as pictured. Very peaceful area that is off the beaten path. Host was friendly, and communicative. Would highly recommend this property for a relaxing escape near Mt Pleasant. About 20 min to either the interstate or main town area.

Beautiful lake-house, just like the pictures. Plus Skip is a great host, he was very accommodating and very flexible with our requests. The house is at such a great location, me and my family enjoyed every bit of it. Skip is an absolutely amazing host, would definitely love to come back here probably for few more days as the house is just perfect to get away and have a relaxing holiday.

The cottage was exactly as pictures show! Absolutely lovey for an anniversary get away! The cottage was spotless everything in its place! Must stop in the local stores everyone is so friendly! Promise Land Bakery A M A Z I N G and the owner is the sweetest. Their quiche and homemade graham crackers are a must have! Taco Dive is a fun atmosphere and allows puppies! Their shrimp tacos are the best!

This is such a beautiful place. The shared dock is such a wonderful treat to have - we were able to catch some white bass right when we arrived! The bed is SO comfortable! The perfect mini vacay if you are in the city. The bridge does have some noise since it’s close, but nothing compared to the city. There are no curtains in the bedrooms so be prepared to rise with the sun - I loved this but my husband did not lol so keep that in mind when booking. 🤩 This was such a Wonderful place and Kathleen is great!!! If you are looking for that home away from home kind of feeling, this place has it. Thanks so much!

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and how close to the water it was. The bed was very comfortable and there was even coffe available fir my husband, we forgot to pack some. The only cons in our opinion was the lack of a path down the hill to the cabin. This could be a problem for those with mobility issues or if the ground was wet.

Beautiful location. Peaceful. A relaxing retreat for our family. We love this cabin but we’ve noticed somethings have been broken and not fixed which was a bit sad. So yes we see the repairs that need to be addressed but we love this cabin since it was a part of our family for so long and we are thankful to be able to visit.

This is a truly stunning location—cozy, meticulously maintained, and featuring a delightful home theme. The windows and decks offer breathtaking views of the water, complemented by beautifully tended pathways and a pristine yard leading to the shoreline. It’s conveniently easy to find and just a short distance from excellent local dining options.

We loved our stay. Perfect lakeside house for the family. Great location, wonderful house, and great host. What more could you want? We will be staying with Mia again.

Had a great time there. We were able to tie our boat up to the boat slips at night. Very clean lodging. The Cove next door had good food and drinks and was super convenient. We will stay again during the spring .

The family and I enjoyed our time staying in a tiny home. It was nice, clean, and peaceful. The local restaurants are great and will definitely be staying here again, if it's available, my next trip back to the area.
