The apartment was very clean and updated. It was a short distance to walk to the Indian River which was a lovely stroll.

This apartment looked just like the listing. It was very clean and spacious. It is an apartment building and therefore you have neighbors which we heard but overall, a nice place to stay. Grocery store within walking distance and Magic Kingdom within a 15 min drive.

Has a really nice couple of days here. The area is quiet and the place is cozy and well furnished. Really well stocked kitchen for people who prefer to cook at home, pretty much any supplies you need are there!

We had an early morning flight the next day and this accommodation was great. Stephanie was a great host. The accommodation was perfect and convenient for what we needed.

Sherman and Marlene are two of the most kind and hospitable people which makes for an enjoyable and pleasant stay at their perfect spot by the ocean. These two have become more to us then hosts,they have become special friends. Marlene goes out of her way to make sure you get to experience the perfect vacation. The sights and sounds we experience are wonderful,the walks on the beach, the natural beauty, experiencing the gorgeous sunrises is breathtaking ,along with coffee and Marlene's coffee cake sure tops it off. Again thank you so much for all you did for us in 2025,we already anticipate our next vacation with you.

Our second time in this place and I will definitely return every time we can. Myrnaly was always accessible and accommodation is pristine clean. Everything was great. Though it doesn’t have central ac, the two units kept it decent. I was comfortable and will stay again. Just recommend that the shower inner liner gets replaced as it’s a little dirty.

Sonia has quick and helpful responses to any of my questions and the neighborhood/place feels super safe, aesthetically pleasing, and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful visit! :)

Gary cozy apartment is a perfect way to put it! Spacious, clean, stocked, and in a great location. You just can’t beat the price! We’ll definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

Jennifer's place is close to all of the happenings in Winter Park but it is also private with a nice little outside sitting area for guests, a highly functional space with an extra large bathroom, all of the necessities, and easy to follow instructions. Overall a great value.

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment is great, perfect for what we needed. The hotel is beautiful with a big pool and lounge area. AC worked great and there was plenty of bedding and extra blankets for our stay. The hosts were super friendly and flexible with check-in/checkout which made for a very peaceful last morning. 10/10 would recommend and we will be staying again next time we’re in Orlando!

Ryan’s place was clean, easy to access, and had amenities that are difficult to find in other Airbnb’s. It was easy to find, access, and he was very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. I picked the location because of how close it was to where I wanted to be (Audubon Park, Thornton Park, Lake Eola, etc) and where I wanted to go (close to I-4 to get to the Space coast, and for others, easy to get to any of the parks). The hot tub was great and having access to the yard and deck was so nice. The ability to do laundry was a huuuuge plus. The block itself is quiet and full of beautiful foliage and so close to easily one of the best parks in Orlando (Lake Eola). Easy to park across from the unit itself and go in and out. I would recommend it and will probably seek it out the next time I come down.

This was a great place to stay, definitely made our disney trip easier since its close by and has a lot of things to do around the area, the host was very responsive. The place itself was clean, overall a great experience. Will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay. Everything communicated clearly and well ahead of time. Check in and check out was easy. The place was great. Had everything we needed and then some. The in unit laundry works out awesome. Pool area is clean and fun. Great location everything is a short drive away. Would highly recommended to anyone going to stay in the Orlando area! 5 stars. A++!!

What an amazing stay! Super cozy with a beautiful view. So close to the Disney parks. Joaquin was so informative & made things easy for us. Would definitely stay again 😊
