What a gem!! The pictures don't do the place justice! It was even better than anticipated and the view was great! So many big windows to take in the views! Right on the ocean! Beautiful big covered deck to hang out on and watch the storms. I only wish we could've stayed longer. It was super clean, had everything we needed and I'm sure Kris would've helped us had we had any needs. It seemed like there could be other rental units on the property but it felt very homey, private, and very peaceful. I loved the uniquely landscaped areas and beautiful flowers. If I was brave enough I would've inquired about the surfboard things I saw there. Maybe a Minnesota girl could've learned to surf?? Definitely recommended Kris' place and will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

We absolutely love staying here and have been doing so every year since 2018. Sherman and Marlene are the best hosts we have every come across in the 100+ Airbnb's stays we have booked over the years. This is the place that we use to judge all the other airbnb places we stay at. So far, no other place we have stayed at has even come close to Sherman and Marlene's place.

Thank you so much for this time in your place. The location was like a heaven for us. Everything was fine and we truly enjoyed our time. I hope we are able to come one day.

Erin’s home is the perfect spot to vacation to when you are in the mood to be near the beach. Within five minutes, you’re dipping your toes in the sand while watching the sun rise. This beach stay was by far the best one I’ve ever had, and I felt at home the entire time.

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot by the Melbourne beach. Just walk across the street (crosswalks available) and you're there! You can rent lay-out type beach chairs with giant umbrellas a little further down the beach, just bring cash and give them a random (fake) room number lol. There is a full-size fridge and a microwave, but not much else in the kitchen (kinda set up like a huge hotel room) so if you prefer to mostly eat out and eat cold stuff from the fridge this is the perfect spot for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend to weekend stay there. Our favorite eating/bar spots to visit were Squid Lips...and especially The Shack. The Shack has great vibes and everyone there is just there to have a good time, I suggest trying the strawberry daiquiri if you like sweet. If you love amazing pizza and cheesy bread I highly suggest this small eat-in pizza joint "Straight Outta Philly" Melbourne, 4250 N Wickham Rd. I picked it because they had the best internet picture, did not dissapoint!

Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Excellent location, location, location! Diego was extremely communicative and responsive. Clean and nice fenced backyard for our dogs. We will stay again!

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

We went there to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We had a great weekend at the beach. the place is huge, inside and outside. Had everything we needed for a beach getaway.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! We absolutely loved everything about it!! The home is spotless, and the hosts have thought of everything a guest could want or need. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space; the swim spa and fire pit were so relaxing in the evenings. The separate “bungalow” gave our older children a little bit of separate space and was perfect for our family. Will definitely be looking to book here again! Hosts were incredibly friendly and extremely responsive with minor issues/questions that came up. The addition of the golf cart was a huge bonus to our stay.

We had a wonderful spring break in our condo!! The pool and beach access was super convenient, the location on beach was quiet and secluded, but close to fabulous restaurants! The condo was super clean and child friendly, and we didn’t run into any neighbors on our floor the entire stay! Highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the whole Florida experience! Beach, pool, great restaurants, and close to Orlando for theme parks and airports.. Mark was great at quickly answering questions and was even able to make special arrangements for us based on our travel times. 10/10 stars!

Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

My family & I couldn’t be happier with our experience here! We came to New Smyrna for a family wedding, and all 7 of us loved everything about this property. It was clean, convenient & comfortable and had every detail and amenity we could want including awesome instructions about everything from parking to using the TV and beyond. Our hosts were super friendly and responsive, and the area is great. If we ever come back to New Smyrna, there’s no other place we would rather stay - It was perfect!

Everything was wonderful about our stay. We had a beautiful view, a pool, beachfront, ocean… what more could you ask for? Ashley was a great host and literally thought of every detail. Plenty of towels, blankets, and even board games. We’d definitely stay here again! I can’t wait until the stairs are repaired from the hurricane damage- that was the only thing that wasn’t perfect, but it was completely out of the host’s control.

Great location. Easy access to beach. We were lucky we could check in early and use the beach that day. Good communication with Lori and she had everything ready for us. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cindy and Sheri’s! We were looking for a few days of relaxation after our first trip to Disney. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Just a few steps from the beach, was great for our kids and our tired feet. Condo was stocked with all of the beach essentials- adult and kid chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, shovels, buckets, beach games, towels, etc! Excellent communication, clean , comfy beds, beautiful beach (check out rocket launch schedules!), quick drive to restaurants, grocery, mini golf etc. Would love to return!

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views, and so comfortable! I loved having a very well-equipped kitchen, and Erica provided lots of conveniences that made the trip super enjoyable.
