The condo had everything we needed and the service was great. There were activities available throughout the week of a diverse variety. The location is just minutes away (no matter what time of day) from the Animal Kingdom back entrance where all of the parks can be accessed with minimal traffic. Brooke was very helpful in letting us know exactly what to do do when we arrived. I was extremely pleased with our experience and I can be a tough judge!

My only issue which was resolved by a modest refund, is that the pool was closed due to renovations and the dryer quit working. Garrett was understanding and helpful. Close to parks and a spacious living quarters. The other pool was a little far to walk for my girlfriend. But we ended up having a good experience.

The condo is beautiful with a great view from the Lanai. Katharine and Gilberto were very responsive and very helpful. We asked for a few things to help with cooking and we received them the very next day Likewise, when the blender broke, a new one arrived the following day. The condo is huge and was very quiet. There was nothing better than getting up in the morning and having coffee on the Lanai while overlooking the water! We will be going back!

Excellent location, hosts were great at communicating and allowed our large group to check in a little early. You can’t get a better location for visiting cocoa beach- you are right near everything! We rented a large transit van to haul a group of 9 and parking was tricky since it’s a one way but if you are a fair driver you won’t have any issues and a car or SUV would be a breeze. Pool was warm and fantastic if it was windy or cool at the beach. Lots to do nearby with a walk or short drive. Beach gear was very appreciated and we rented additional gear from A1A rentals who were also fantastic! We would definitely rent from Monique & Sal again!! Thank you!!!!!

The condo matched the pictures exactly. It was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The amenities at Windsor Palms are very nice. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

This condo was PERFECT! Upon entering, we knew it was going to be our "home away from home." It immediately felt warm and welcoming. It is clean, bright, tastefully decorated and well stocked with all the essentials. It is situated in a nice, quiet location within the gated community of Windsor Palm Resort. Parks, restaurants, shopping and golf courses are all close by and easy to get to. Orange Lake Golf was our favorite! We cannot say enough great things about our host, Marney. She was so gracious in welcoming us to her home. She was super helpful and answered all our questions in a timely manner. She communicated details about the resort and check-in was a breeze. We would very much love to return to Florida in the future and would certainly make this condo our "home away from home" again.

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

We had a great stay at the unit. It has a great view of the marina, and a tiki restaurant downstairs which made it easy for a quick dinner. The unit was clean and had all new furnishings. We will stay here again if available.

It was a fabulous Thanksgiving… From the moment we walked in, we were so happy we chose Chris’s place. She thinks of every detail from coffee options and wine fridge to lovely robes and everything you need for the beach. Bring your flip flops & swim suits and she has everything else waiting in the closet for you. She has a beach wagon, several chairs, small cooler, umbrella, beach tote, toys, boogie boards. You’re all set! The entire place was meticulously clean and uncluttered, very comfortable furniture. The balconies!! One balcony gives a wonderful morning view of the sunrise glistening on the water & sun on your face as you enjoy your coffee. The other illuminates the river off in the distance with the colors of sunset. We went to The Dolphin for dinner one night based on a “fun” recommendation from Chris & it was a very fun vibe with live music, a great view and yummy. The beach was wonderful and convenient to the room. Chris was super flexible & helpful and is a terrific host.

Very spacious and clean, nice garage and parking space, felt very locked in with gates and parking deck garage doors close, close to the beach and nice restaurants and things around and not too far from Daytona either, enjoyed the stay and condo was super nice would for sure stay again, pool was nice as well and hot tub just water was warm for 90 degree weather in the pool, other than that no issues at all, great price for 3 night stay and owner of the property was great as well helped out by extending the check out time when we needed it. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon hopefully.

Amazing little spot if you are in the Orlando area. Pristine air b&b. I walked into a freshly clean condo with soft music playing on the tv, lights turned on and a plate of snack waiting for me. Communication was wonderful and the door was peaceful and homey. Absolutely would stay here again.

Jonathan and Nicole’s place was amazing! We experienced the most beautiful sunrises right from our balcony. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—it was clean and spacious. The area was quiet and charming, with great restaurants nearby. The hosts were very responsible, shared recommendations on places to visit, and always responded quickly to our questions. Thank you for this wonderful stay—it was awesome!

This was my second time staying at Danny’s place and I’m already looking forward to staying again next winter! Danny is an awesome host! He’s easy to talk to and responds very quickly! The condo has everything you could need and the area is wonderful! I really enjoyed staying at Danny’s and can’t wait to go back!

This review is for the beach getaway in cocoa beach. Natalie is a superior host and amazingly responsive to any needs. This unit has great beach access, is conveniently located to Cocoa Beach and surrounding areas and is well appointed for short or long term stay. Perfect in every way.

We have 3 children and this place was great for our family. It had everything we needed and more, location was great, and hosts communicated well. Highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed staying at this place! Travis described it perfectly and there was plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 kids 10, 7, 5). Pool was amazing with slides for the kids and most places were within 5-10 min drive. If you have kids and are doing Disney, don’t bother bringing a stroller. They have a double stroller that comfortably fit my kids (rotating seats). Excellent place and we will be back again in this condo!

Doris' place is a great location and close proximity from where we were headed. There were also plenty of restaurants and other shops/stores in the area which made it that much better. My daughters really enjoyed the pool and were happy about having a say in this selection. Most definitely a must visit.

Mark’s place was great. Easy to find and very easy self check in. Very close to all amenities and the property is easy to get around. Mark was helpful and responsive with any questions we had. I would not hesitate to book Mark’s place again.
