My friends and I (group of 8 ladies) stayed here for one night at the end of our girls trip vacation in Costa Rica. Lily’s house is absolutely gorgeous. We all had plenty of room and enjoyed our last day in CR. It is close enough to walk to a Fresh Market. The grounds keeper, Nery, was available for any of our questions and very helpful and friendly. It was very close to the airport. Loved our time there and we all wished we could have spent another day or two there to enjoy the beautiful house.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este Airbnb en Alajuela, Costa Rica. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del aeropuerto pero en una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente a otros viajeros.

Three of us stayed at Wanderlust to celebrate the upcoming wedding of a friend. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Highlights of the accommodations were the incredibly comfortable beds, the peaceful atmosphere and the fantastic hot tub. What really makes this place stand out is Jai. Jai could not have done more to make our stay a magical occasion. She provided us with impeccable food and drink recommendations, connected us with local, trustworthy transportation and bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. Jai really is a special treat. We all hope to be back someday.

Súper lindo el apartamento y la piscina es muy cerca del apartamento! Hay gimnasio también q la par de la piscina!

Moonshine Inn was great! It was comfortable and quiet, and the pool was nice! It was convenient to all of the attractions in Manuel Antonio. Nothing was more than a few minutes’ drive away. Martin and Lorena were excellent hosts. They provided lots of great local information, helped book tours, and even arranged to deliver an item my daughter left. We had a great trip. Don’t miss the guided nature walk. It was phenomenal, and we saw so many animals! Enjoy!

we loved the location !! Large appartement with everything we needed. 5 minutes to nice restaurants and shops. Phil and Annik were greatxat recomanding places to visit and were very responsive. Would definitly go back.

Great stay for one night in San Jose Costa Rica before adventuring into the countryside. Thanks for all the support checking in and for infants!

We had a wonderful stay though very brief as we just needed a stopover place to spend the night on our drive. The host could not have been more responsive and the Airbnb was very comfortable and clean. We wish that we had been able to stay longer! Highly recommend!!

Nice loft in peaceful neighborhood and with an amazing view. Had all amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Si buscas una experiencia inmersiva en la naturaleza sin alejarte demasiado de la comodidad, este es el lugar ideal. Aunque está a solo unos metros de la carretera y al lado de un supermercado, una vez dentro de la propiedad te sientes rodeado de vegetación, con vistas a plantas y árboles, tal como se muestra en las fotos. Es importante tener en cuenta que no hay ventanas convencionales, sino mosquiteros o rejillas antimosquitos, lo que permite una conexión más directa con el entorno. La experiencia de desconexión es muy agradable y el ventilador en la habitación fue de gran ayuda, ya que el calor y la humedad pueden ser intensos. Un detalle hermoso es que por las mañanas diferentes tipos de aves visitan el Airbnb, haciendo que la estancia sea aún más especial. Además, el alojamiento cuenta con estacionamiento, lo cual es un plus. En general, una excelente opción para quienes buscan un contacto auténtico con la naturaleza sin renunciar a la comodidad

Absolutely incredible place to stay for a honeymoon :) we were there for just over a week, and we really loved our little home base. Jan was so helpful with recommendations and even booked our reservation for Manuel Antonio with her Costa Rican debit card since we couldn't do it ourselves. With as helpful as she was, she also gave us total privacy and communicated very effectively with us. I know the person before us mentioned insect issues, but we had no complaints whatsoever and were there for an extended period of time. We were able to see hummingbirds, scarlet macaws, lizards, and other varieties of birds which made just sitting by the pool a fun experience. The shading was perfect for the pool too. You could decide if you wanted to sit in the shade or the sun depending how you feel. The AC cools down the bedroom very fast when arriving home. The private driveway is convenient too. We loved our stay so much! We would certainly consider coming back if in town!

Would rent here again without hesitation! The location is great. We loved being close to town and things to do but still having all the jungle vibes! We saw lots of monkeys right in the back yard! Alex and Glen were both very friendly. We also did the mangrove Kayak tour with Alex & Goldie (his pup)! Would highly recommend that tour! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

La estadía fue excelente. La casa es super comoda. La cocina esta muy bien equipada. Todo funciona perfecto. La piscina impecable. Nick fue muy amable y atento. La ubicacion es muy buena. yo trabajo desde casa asi que internet es clave para mi y funcionó perfecto . Seguro volveré. Me senti muy cómoda

Matthew and his team were phenomenal. The house was also great and matches the description. Our stay was private and peaceful. A beautiful quiet location but still only a 5 minute drive to downtown Jaco. For the price I don’t believe there is a better choice. Plenty of towels, hot water and the air conditioning worked well. Some of us needed to access emails etc. the wifi worked well and the speeds were fine as well. The living room and master bedroom have tv’s. The pool vibes were awesome while drinking a cold beer looking at the surrounding mountain ranges. They made the transportation very easy for us to and from the airport. We also had a rental car waiting for us when we arrived to the house for a reasonable price. Go book this place you wont regret it. Pura Vida!

Una típica quinra de recreo con una cada cómoda muy limpia y bien equipada. El área social excelente. Hicimos BBQ y se pasa muy bien en la piscina. De noche sumamente especial con luces y todo lo necesario. Vamos y ducha al aire libre también. Un 10! Muy comunicativos los anfitriones.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Amanecer! The home was beautiful with stunning views, spacious interiors, and fantastic wildlife sightings—monkeys, green macaws, and lizards. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and attractions. While the beds were a bit firmer than we’re used to, the air conditioners kept the space cool and comfortable. The quality for the price was exceptional. What truly stood out was the property manager, Luis. He was attentive, friendly, and resposive when we needed assistance. After we checked out, we realized someone in our group had forgotten their passport at the property—just hours before our flight. Luis quickly arranged a courier to deliver it to the airport. Though we had to stay an extra day in Costa Rica, his kindness and dedication made all the difference. He even checked in to ensure we got home safely. We’re so grateful for the outstanding service and highly recommend this Airbnb. We would definitely stay here again! Pura Vida! 🌴🦜❤️

Truly one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed. It’s even more beautiful than the photos, has everything you might need, and is tucked away and private while also conveniently located. Watching monkeys and macaws from the deck and pool each day was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. We were traveling with a baby and a toddler and Gretel’s space was accommodating.

La casa es hermosa, super espaciosa y tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla bien en familia o con amigos. La cocina está muy bien equipada para cocinar. Fuimos con mi hija de 6 años y la piscina estaba perfecta para ella, no es muy honda. Es pet friendly (pagando un fee) y hay bastante espacio al aire libre para los perritos. La playa está muy cerca. Cerca de la casa está un pequeño centro comercial donde hay un supermercado y encuentras de todo. También hay restaurantes por si no quieres cocinar.

We absolutely loved staying here. Everything was magical and sitting outside was relaxing. We saw so many animals while staying there and the kids loved the pool! We had a grocery store and Soda walking distance away. Antonio was a gem. He did not speak English but he made sure everything was pristine. He is a true gem and willing to help direct parking and open the gate for us Some tips to help others….everything here is similar to the states. No suicide showers and lots of power plugs. Really the only issue we had is the upper bedrooms were too light and it gets bright early. Wasn’t a huge problem for us because we got up early to do activities while it was cool. We loved our stay! This place has ALL of the Pura Vida vibes.

Very close to the beach with great shaded areas to sit. Amazing sunrises and sunsets! Low tide was awesome, lots of exploring, and enjoying the tide pools. High tide there are great waves for surfing! Very quiet during the week, busier on the weekend. We had the pleasure of a local band practicing on the beach!! Area is safe for walking, there are a few of great places to eat, and a small supermarket within walking distance. Yes there are local dogs that wander, and sometimes they bark, certainly didn’t encounter any aggressive ones. The house is clean, pool is clean, bed is comfortable and air conditioners work well. If you like to cook some meals while on vacation, bring what you need(oil, salt, pepper, spices) Could use a few more utensils for cooking(spatula, tongs..) a couple tea towels. Overall a great location, with a very nice property manager on site. This is our second visit, we would likely return to stay again. Thanks Lorenzo for the hospitality!!
