Alloggio in ottima posizione, molto vicino a 2 fermate della Metro C. Il parcheggio a disposizione è un lusso per la zona. Inoltre l’appartamento è veramente molto silenzioso. Host veramente gentile e cordiale, sempre disponibile nonostante gli imprevisti occorsi

Ha sido una estancia estupenda. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y era tal como se describe en la web. Fiorella fue muy amable y receptiva con nosotros en todo momento, lo que hizo nuestra estancia mucho más cómoda. El apartamento está a 10 minutos andando de la estación de metro de Malatesta y tiene varias paradas de autobús en los alrededores, por lo que hay muchas opciones para moverse por la ciudad. Además, es una zona tranquila con varios bares y restaurantes, ¡así que todo genial! :)

Es cierto que no esta en el centro de Roma . pero hay una parada de bus justo a 20 metros y en unos 25 minutos estas en la zona turistica por excelencia. Supermercado al lado de la casa con productos de calidad y a buen precio

Le voyage chez Gordon s’est très bien passé, son appartement est propre, bien équipé, et très bien situé. Gordon est un hôte réactif et arrangeant. Merci beaucoup pour ce voyage

El alojamiento es justo a lo descrito, ubicaciòn excelente con transporte público (bus) en la puerta de la vivienda y de paso frecuente, distancia al centro en menos de 15’, la vivienda en cuestiòn muy acogedora para grupos amplios y familias, todo perfecto y Roma es preciosa, muchas gracias!!!!

친절한 호스트. 내 집처럼 편안했어요. 체크인은 직접 만나서 열쇠를 주고 안내해 줍니다. 침실, 거실, 발코니가 있어서 좋아요. 침구가 깨끗해요. 가스레인지를 사용할 때 라이터나 성냥이 필요해요. 인터넷 와이파이 속도가 빨라요. 전망이 좋아요. 주차장이 넓고 안전해요. 집이 추운편이에요.

Manuel's Airbnb, was super, right next to the beach to watch sunset it's a shame I was only there for one night as it was really comfortable and everything was great. you get coffee and refreshments in the room and it makes you feel at home.

It was perfect! Marianna is a very kind person, she was always avaiable to help us whenever we needed. And the accomodation had everything necessary to make us comfortable. The metro station is really near the apartament, and there's a market you can access just going downstairs and turning to the right. I would certainly recommend this accomodation to anyone who wants to spend a good time in Rome!

Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

The apartment is located in a very good place. The apartment is very spacious with the patio on the rooftop. Gras was very responsive.

Ciao Fabio, his apartment was spotlessly clean and well located for attractions to walk to or for access to the Metro. Communication from Fabio was absolutely brilliant and with clear instruction for check-in, departure and lots of tips for sightseeing and locations. Highly recommended apartment and Grazie Fabio.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely AirBnB in Rome! The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-located. Although it was in Tiburtina, the major sightseeing spots near the Colosseum were easily accessible, and we had no trouble getting around. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only challenge we faced was with the hot water – it took a bit of effort to get it working properly by restarting the geyser in the dry balcony, and even then, adjusting the temperature on the tap was a bit tricky, but it worked out in-the end. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall comfort and quality of the house. Despite that, everything else was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome! I would highly recommend this home.

O apartamento é bem localizado, funcional e está em ótimas condições. A Sônia é uma ótima anfitriã, solícita, gentil, deu várias dicas úteis sobre o comércio próximo. Nos deixou bem a vontade e foi bastante flexível. Gostamos muito da estadia e recomendamos fortemente.

Simply lovely! The location is perfect: close to everything with easy access to buses and away from most tourists. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, stylish, and has everything you need plus more. The jacuzzi tub is a lifesaver after all the exploring. We were so thankful for this place and highly recommend it!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est magnifique, traversant, équipé, calme dans un quartier sûr. Le café à 2 rues de l’appartement fait du bon café et de bons snacks, nous y sommes allés 3 fois dans la semaine. Le lit est hyper confortable, un vrai cocon, le linge de lit en coton était doux et les coussins meilleurs que les miens chez moi… J’ai dormi comme un bébé. Le métro est à moins de 10 minutes, les lignes de bus à proximité (5 minutes) rayonnent vers toute la ville. Je recommande fortement l’appartement de Giacomo. Merci pour tout !

L’alloggio é davvero bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, ampio, con una terrazza splendida (sfruttabile in qualsiasi stagione). Unico piccolissimo difetto, che poi si trasformerà in un enorme pregio, é la sua posizione… se non si conosce la città di Roma, la prima volta non è semplice da trovare, persino Google Maps aveva difficoltà… ma una volta trovato, sarà nella posizione perfetta per visitare il centro storico ! Soprattutto, offrendo una terrazza splendida, é in grado di regalarti relax e benessere dopo una lunga giornata ! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio ! Ideale per qualsiasi tipologia di viaggiatore !

We were very thankful to have found this place. It was a 5 mins walk to Garbatella station, and the host was so sweet to let us check in early. The place was amazing, it was so new, clean and has that perfect bath tub which helped ease our legs from the long walks in the day! Even a washer & dryer machine that came in handy. After touring Italy across few cities, this remains our favorite Airbnb and I would recommend this place to everyone. Will rebook if I’m back in Rome!

Siamo stati qui due volte a distanza di 5 mesi. Ottimo appartmento in una zona tranquilla, facile parcheggio e non troppo distante dal centro. Entrambe le volte ottima comunicazione da parte dell'host. Consigliatissimo.

Excellent location to access the Vatican and surrounding area! The Castel D’Angelo was a great site to visit as well. Great food nearby. Some tv noise from the neighbors and the train station nearby so bring earplugs! Loved that this was also on the first floor, not a ton of stairs to climb. Thank you for providing breakfast goodies too!

Our stay was fantastic. Also provided clear easy to follow instructions. He was waiting for us at our arrival, which was a relief after our long travel time. Aldo was proactive in communicating and made sure everything for our arrival would work out. He checked us in, gave us some neighborhood tips, and made sure we had what we needed. During our stay the water heater broke and Aldo quickly did all he could to make it right - and rnded up getting it fixed the next day. He could not have handled this better - thanks! The apartment was spotless - even the Jacuzzi- which was unexpected. The location is right in the middle of Trastevere, very convenient.

Anna Rita was very responsive from the start, providing all the information we needed. The location is excellent—very central and within walking distance of many famous Roman sights, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment overlooks a courtyard, making it very quiet. The apartment itself feels spotless, and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for a short stay. Bath tubs are a bit challenging for a quick shower, but squeaky clean and new. Overall, it’s a fantastic place, and we would definitely recommend it!
