We had a great stay in Javiers home. It was a perfect location in old San Juan being within walking distance of the centre with wonderful restaurants, bars and shops, yet quiet and peaceful with a great terrace on top with a hot tub. There was loads of room for our grown up family of five. Javier is a super host, he was so welcoming and gave us tons of information and recommendations for restaurants, bars and activities. We would definitely love to return and we highly recommend Javier’s wonderful home.

House was spotless and in an amazing location while being private in a gated community. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting San Juan.

The apartment was as described. Beautiful view of the water and walking distance to park/beach. The only downside is the location doesn't have much to do or restaurants or access to stores for essentials that is walking distance.

Cyrus and his place were top notch, standing out among the many many Airbnb rentals I’ve stayed in over the years. Cyrus left extensive instructions and information, including a 10 minute video tour of the entry procedures and quirks of the old but charming apartment. The patios, views (watch the sunset at home!) and location absolutely could not be beat, and the spaces were comfortable and clean and stylishly appointed. Would absolutely rent again. Thank you, Cyrus!

We had a perfect stay here. The private patio and pool area were just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Mariano could not be nicer and is very easy to reach. We felt pampered and relaxed the moment we arrived. He was very accommodating regarding our departure, allowing us to store our luggage after check out. I highly recommend this spot. Truly a great location with easy walking to restaurants and stores.

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

My friends and I stayed here for a week over spring break. We loved the location—the building is quiet and feels extremely safe. Yayra was a great host, missing no details and making sure we had a comfortable stay. Overall, we thought it was in a perfect area for relaxation yet close enough to nightlife. The unit was comfortable, and it was excellent value for the money. We would stay here again!

Demi and Andrei's home is ideal. Its location is perfect. The property is ideal. The AC and WiFi work really well. And their home has all the essentials. We would definitely stay here again.

Osvaldo was an incredible, responsive host! The space was incredibly clean and homey with great amenities. I stayed with my 5 best friends and we had such a blast with this space, in such a great location. I would recommend for everyone to stay in Osvaldo’s place again!! :)

Clean, comfortable, and in a great location!

What a wonderful place! I can’t recommend it enough. The location is perfect. The breeze on the terrace was perfect. The view incredible. Close to sights, food, pharmacy and grocery. People say one day is enough in San Juan but that is because they are not staying in the middle of it!

The location is amazing!! Sitting on the deck watching the waves, swimming in the ocean, easy uber to old San Juan….it was all lovely. Marcos was very responsive and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

Perfect location in Condado. Just a couple of blocks to the beach. Restaurants, grocery store, 24/7 pharmacy, coffee shop, all within 2 blocks. Great view from the balcony. The kitchen is a bit limited, there's no oven and not a ton of things to cook with but it's manageable. I would definitely stay again.

Great location! Right in the heart of Condado. 2 min walk to beach. Check in was easy. House was very clean and looked just like the photos. Would definitely recommend. Id love to book for my next stay in PR!! Thank you!

Everything was as described. There was construction happening in pool area but didn’t bother me at all. Entry to beach super easy but I recommend walking down a few blocks to the better side of the beach where water super clear and lots of sun. Plenty of restaurants on the street but if you want the best restaurants I recommend taking a Uber to other locations outside the area. Overall great experience for me and my wife.

First time visit to Puerto Rico was incredible, all thanks to our stay at Maitee's Airbnb! Incredible location to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and Condado Beach. 24/7 security and multiple key fob entrances made for a very secure stay. Views from the 19th floor were incredible and breathtaking as well to see the city and beach! Will absolutely be back and can't wait to stay at Maitee's again!

very cute little apartment and in easy walking distance to the beach + many restaurants and shops. the apartment complex does not let you walk in or out in a swim suit though even though we are by the beach, and the guards are very strict about it, so make sure you wear coverups.

Everything was as expected. Ray was very responsive any time we have an issue or a question. It’s a good location for easy access to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Wil’s villa is updated beautifully . It’s bright, welcoming and extremely clean. Its quiet and peaceful but close to stores and restaurants. The villa has everything you need for a fun beach getaway. There are beach chairs and beach towels . The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The beds are very comfortable. We had a great time and would not hesitate to book again.

We had a fabulous stay at Talia and Pablo’s place in San Juan!! Girls trip of 12 for our spring break and it was a perfect spot for us. Clean, just like the photos, spacious, and beautiful. Felt very safe in the punta las marias neighborhood. Pablo is very responsive and was a phenomenal host!!!!! 10/10 recommend!!
