My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Noemi’s place. Communication was clear and kind from the moment I booked our stay. Yes, Noemi does stay next door while visitors occupy her home, however she did not bother us AT ALL. We only saw her 3 times during our 5 day stay, when we arrived, when we were leaving, and once to move our car over for her husband. Her home was peaceful, comfortable, and clean, inside and out. The backyard view was our favorite. Way better than the pictures! The wildlife was a beautiful sight to see. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this place to our friends and family. I can’t forget, Noemi was even kind enough to make a happy birthday banner for my boyfriend before we arrived. She also was great at recommending local spots to eat, shop, or just have fun. Very thoughtful. Can’t wait to return!

Oscar was a great host and even helped me set up a surprise for my boyfriends birthday! We had no issues with cleanliness or anything not working. the ac was perfect. the neighborhood was in a good area and felt safe. close to beaches, casino, and a good amount of stores and restaurants

Great stay every thing was 100 % accurate in the description and the place was very clean . Good air conditioning in the rooms as well as the living room and kitchen area . Would stay again well worth it .

Juan and Jerymar were excellent and responsive hosts during our stay in Puerto Rico. Many of the amenities they had came handy on our trip especially for the beach (beach towels, chairs, tent, cooler). The rooms (3) and bathrooms (2.5) were more than enough space to accommodate the five of us. The pool in the back was a nice touch to cool off at the end of a day of festivities. It was also nice having a dedicated parking space for peace of mind. One issue was the sound of roosters next door (which may just be an Island norm tbh but if you’re a light sleeper, bring earbuds). Also, the linens (shower curtains/sheets) could use some upgrading. This was my first trip to Puerto Rico and I think this is a great location if you want to be away from busier areas and would like privacy. Not a lot to do in the area. For reference it’s 7 min to casa Bacardi, 25 min to the airport SJU and about 27 min from Old San Juan. I highly recommend a rental car for convenience.

My stay was so relaxing and peaceful everything and more then what I was expecting the pool and backyard was my favorite place to be the host was always helpful and always responded fast everything was nice and friendly and easy to find I’ll be booking again very soon I don’t have anything negative or bad to say about this place will be back thank you guys so much

Joan’s place in Toa Baja, PR was in a gated community with ample space to rest, relax and refresh. You will feel safe and I even walked to the grocery store. I do recommend renting a car to ensure you visit various locations in PR as we did and can’t wait to go back. The house was comfortable and having a nice outdoor terrace and pool area was a plus. The hammock outside provided the perfect comfort for midday naps. Convenience of washer and dryer and all rooms have A/C. The bed I slept on was very comfy and did not miss my bed at home as I slept great each night. The house was equipped with items to prepare and serve meals and also it is worth to have a solar powered house when traveling for 1 week. We are grateful for the responsiveness, attentiveness and time and care we received. Thank you and house and host is highly recommended! Thank you so much for great hospitality!

We're actually front the area, so we were out and about. But the time we spent at the house was very comfortable. The proximity to the beach is amazing and even though the main strip is across the street, it was still quiet. Looking forward to visiting this house again...

Comunicación fácil y la casa estupenda.

Definitivamente volvería es una casa preciosa, todo funciona, ala perfección, la piscina bella el jacusi es perfecto, el aire acondicionado funciona bien. Tiene televisión inteligente en todos los cuarto es perfecta la recomiendo. Está privada y puedes dejar tu coche adentro lo cual es excelente!! La cocina tiene todo y el espacio de la casa es perfecto!! Segura y tranquila!! Una joya..

Apartment is beautiful and neighborhood has no shortage of restaurants to grab a bite to eat or you can take advantage of nearby supermarket and cook in the apartment. You will need a rental car to get around to other areas in Puerto Rico.

The house is perfect for a family look just like the pictures , the third bedroom is downstairs …. It’s BEAUTIFUL! Loved this place honestly very convenient and actually close to everything! Host is amazing and very responsive ! Highly recommend this home.

Jessica's ace is exactly what we needed. We were there for an anniversary party, very close to venue. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Jessica is a great host, she is quick to respond. I would not doub in staying here. Assigned parking was a plus for us.

Great place to stay, good location for the event we had in Bayamón. Quiet and peaceful area. Very clean and comfortable.

Lovely home, just as described and pictured. Right in the small town of Candelaria. Each bedroom included AC and TV. 3rd bedroom off bathroom is open meaning there is no door, still comfortable. Living/dinning room is an open comfortable space which also includes AC with TV. Home is gated and parking space inside gate. The home was clean... I would definitely rent this home again.
