Oscar was a very accommodating and responsive host. The Apartment was very clean and just as described. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again.

Love the place it was very nice and welcomed. It was great for what we needed it for very nice and clean. The owners were very sensitive to what we needed. I will come back and stay again very close to everything that we needed restaurants, the military base and the beaches, especially the bakeries. It is 100% and I will give it a 20 stars all around.

This is the perfect place to stay with family especially if you are familiar with Bayamon. We stayed 1 week at Carmen’s place to visit family in Bayamon, and it was perfect. Carmen’s place is perfect for families. The home is so clean, welcoming and the instructions for check in and check out were very clear. Carmen was 100% responsive to our needs and we will be staying here again! Something to note: please be mindful of the neighbors and neighborhood. This place is perfect for clean and quiet people. 10/10 recommended! Gracias Carmen y Hector nos encanto su hogar!

The property is immaculately maintained, evoking a tropical ambiance reminiscent of a beach theme. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the space accurately reflects the provided descriptions and photographs. Notably, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan ensured a comfortable temperature. The neighborhood is remarkably quiet, although limited activities are available in the immediate area. However, nearby attractions can be easily accessed via Uber, with fares approximating $17. Our stay was an authentic Puerto Rican experience, which we thoroughly enjoyed with our family. One delightful aspect was the nightly visit from a friendly cat, who would join us on the porch, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

We had a great stay here. The place was clean and in great condition. There’s lots of space for your entire group. The neighborhood was cute and felt safe. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars just outside of the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed having the private pool in the backyard and plenty of outdoor seating. The outside pool bathroom was a bonus also. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were much appreciated. We even left a nice beach mat to add to the amenities for future guests! Convenient to San Juan and SJU airport, but traffic can sometimes hold you up so be mindful of that. We had no issues getting Ubers to San Juan for nightlife but there are limited drivers and sometimes it takes a while.

Loved the place and location and very easy to access and very nice and quite neighborhood ..

This was a group of 4 friends and we immediately loved the Jewel of Levittown. The patio is very sunny and we spent our mornings out there having a cup or two of coffee and evenings with a glass or two of wine. Both beds are comfortable and everyone slept well. The space was spotless when we arrived and looked just like the pictures. Thoughtful touches, like a cooler and umbrella for the beach were appreciated and used frequently. LaRhonda was very quick to respond with any questions we had and was so pleasant to deal with.

Sonia’s place was a find! Not only CLEAN, but excellent location and so easy to find. Lovely linens and plenty of towels. The bathroom is huge with excellent shower and hot water and water pressure. Parking on the property was also a plus as many rentals in PR don’t have on site parking. Had a couple of questions and Sonia responds within minutes and was so friendly and gracious. Having a pool was definitely a nice plus. Was traveling with my daughter and always felt completely safe. You will not regret staying at Sonia’s!!!

I loved staying at this place with my family. The place is amazing! Very well maintained and is a plus it has solar panels. Lots of restaurants, stores, park and beaches nearby. The host was very welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to stay in Puerto Rico! Very peaceful. Evelyn was quick to respond and also provided the air bnb with plenty of necessities. Whenever I’m back in Puerto Rico, I’ll only book here!

Eddie, his wife, and son-in-law were amazing! We got lost pretty late at night and Eddie/his son-in-law did an amazing job guiding us to the Airbnb! Eddie gave us great recommendation and the little store they owned near by was awesome! Thank you so much for getting my daughter a birthday cake and balloons! The cake was not only thoughtful, but delicious! We enjoyed the hammocks and the place was spotless. The shower was hot for all three showers and it was just so comfortable. We also enjoyed the arcade games! Absolutely will stay again and sharing with everyone we know!

Me and my five girlfriends stayed here on our spring break and it was wonderful! The location was perfect we were all very comfortable and loved having a home to cook and hang out at!! It was very clean, the AC worked great, and host was easy to contact and so kind! Felt very safe here:)

Our 4 night stay at Jose’s place was perfect. Jose was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a minor issue with the internet, but Jose was able to get that resolved quickly. The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed the beach and walked or uber to local eateries for dinner. I would recommend this place.

Pat's place is exactly as it is listed. The area has a superb relaxing vibe and is just across the street from a small semi-private beach. Further down the block are many restaurants and bars that you can enjoy day or night. The location is situated in a very short driving distance from Old San Juan, Isla Verde and Carolina. We returned every night after 9pm and always had a parking spot available. The air conditioning and shower heat was perfect! Would definitely stay with Pat the next time we visit! 😁

Jose’s place was a wonderful place for us to stay while discovering San Juan! While we were not in the apartment much, when we were, we were so pleased with how quiet, calm, and relaxing the space was. For it being 87 degrees everyday during our stay, we were never too hot and often would have to turn the AC off because it was too strong, which is definitely a great problem to have in Puerto Rico!! There are many, many things within walking distance to the apartment, and Old San Juan is a just very short and cheap uber ride away. Jose was amazing during our stay and always answered questions lightning fast and even provided amazing recommendations to near by restaurants! He also was very accommodating to us checking in early and out late. This apartment is the perfect choice for those who plan on discovering all the amazing things Puerto Rico has to offer!!

Yoly was just amazing! Very welcoming and responsive. Her and husband are around if you have questions about what to do or where to go. The location is absolutely breath taking and 100% worth the stay. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean, can’t get any better then that! Can’t wait to come back!

Mr. Sergio was a great host, the Airbnb was very clean and safe. We were a party of 5 and the Airbnb had everything we needed and more, you can tell he puts effort into making sure his guest have all the amenities needed. The AC worked great, TV’s were a nice addition, beds were comfortable, he included many towels-beach and shower, mirrors, and more. There was a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and all the little things, like febreeze and extra toilet paper. One trivial thing we encountered were the shower doors not having a complete door or curtain (it was more of a half door), but we didn’t mind. Also, one of the showers had slightly cooler water, but it wasn’t bad at all or impactful on our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb and would 100% recommend it to others looking for a place that is 2 minutes to the beach, safe, and near great local spots.

Yvette’s condo was a perfect place for my wife and I’s anniversary getaway. The place was immaculate and quaint, which is exactly what we wanted. We did not have any intention of staying in a place beyond sleeping and having morning coffee because we wanted to explore as much of San Juan and other parts of Puerto Rico as possible, and this place was a perfect resting spot for that. You will have a great place and experience if you have the opportunity to book this condo!
