Oscar was a very accommodating and responsive host. The Apartment was very clean and just as described. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property. Spectacular Views. Comfortable for our group of seven. Great restaurants within walking distance & many others a few miles away. There is a beach within walking distance, as well. Small shells & sea glass were scattered along the coastline. The water is not safe to swim, but there are some tide pools to enjoy. There are other beaches nearby, as well. We felt safe & enjoyed our time at this house; we would definitely stay here again .

Amazing home in an amazing location, steps away from the beach! The house was clean and nice and cool. The outdoor space was lovely and the beach chairs and umbrellas came in handy. Overall an amazing stay, thanks again!

Rafi is a fantastic host and incredibly responsive and helpful. He was able to provide recommendations for things to do and, when the garage door opener stopped working, he had a handyman over installing a new one the very next day. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the backyard and pool make it easy to send lots of time at the house. I think the one downside is the location. There is a beach fairly close but it isn't very nice and while there are some restaurants within a 15 minute walk, walking around isn't the easiest because everyone parks on the sidewalks. But if you have a car it's perfect.

First time in Puerto Rico and will come back to Marisols home when we return! Had 7 adults and had more than enough space. Spent every morning in the pool and one day spent all day there. Best air bnb I’ve stayed at by far

Mom’s House was by far one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in while on vacation. It was so comfortable and felt like a home away from home. I came to Puerto Rico with my three sisters and our mother to celebrate my 36th birthday all the way from Virginia and we were in love the first day. It was very spacious and accommodating for the five of us. Pedro our host, was very friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to visit Puerto Rico again because I will definitely be booking Mom’s House.

We had a great stay here. The place was clean and in great condition. There’s lots of space for your entire group. The neighborhood was cute and felt safe. We were able to walk to restaurants and bars just outside of the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed having the private pool in the backyard and plenty of outdoor seating. The outside pool bathroom was a bonus also. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were much appreciated. We even left a nice beach mat to add to the amenities for future guests! Convenient to San Juan and SJU airport, but traffic can sometimes hold you up so be mindful of that. We had no issues getting Ubers to San Juan for nightlife but there are limited drivers and sometimes it takes a while.

I recently stayed at Jose’s property and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described . Thank you, Jose, for your outstanding hospitality!

Great Airbnb with creative design, A/C minisplits throughout, and beautiful garden along river. Grassy river bank is great for morning walks and exercise workouts. Peaceful apartment in a residential neighborhood.... near baseball field and walkable to breakfast pastry place. Washer and dryer in apartment or closer laundromat would have been useful. Kitchen could use herbs and spices, steel spatulas, and metal scrubber sponge for pans... to feel more like home. Otherwise, great place.

Mateo, the host, was extremely professional and polite. I had one question and he answered it clearly and directly The place was also very good, right on the beach while being walkable to many nice places 11/10 would recommend both the house and the host. Great experience

I came for a few days & it was comforting to know that after a fun day out I had some where comfortable to go back to! Communication, cleanliness, space, surroundings etc. Everything was great! Especially being able to sit outside, soak up some sun & use the pool & just relax! The surrounding beaches were beautiful & it wasn’t a far drive from the airport or to Old San Juan & neighboring cities/towns. I would definitely recommend & rebook here!

Was exactly how described and pictured. Diana was proactive in giving me instructions how to arrive. She was also very responsive.

Great host great place to stay

Lugar fascinante hermoso impecable con un toque de lujo excelente ubicación. Pero el estacionamiento es solo para autos pequeños es muy incómodo, las habitaciones fabulosas la cocina me enamoro, areas de descanso super cómodas recomendado al 1000% y su propietaria super responsable responde de inmediato super diligente. Nos veremos nuevamente me encantó!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless upon arrival, with every room meticulously cleaned and well-maintained. It truly felt fresh and welcoming. From kitchen essentials to comfortable bedding and even some thoughtful extras. The attention to detail made my stay both comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and well-equipped home!

This was a great place to stay with many great restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The water was beautiful, the beach is just steps away from the rear of the condo. The building is currently under construction but we never heard any noise being located so high within the building. Great place to stay, a perfect central point between the Airport and Old San Juan for sightseeing.

Me and my five girlfriends stayed here on our spring break and it was wonderful! The location was perfect we were all very comfortable and loved having a home to cook and hang out at!! It was very clean, the AC worked great, and host was easy to contact and so kind! Felt very safe here:)

Great location 5 minute walk to beach if that , they did provide beach towels which was great. 15 min walk to la placita. So many surrounding bars and restaurants you will not be bored. Had extra things like sun block and soap with was very helpful when we ran out . Happy they had a broom because it does get sandy. I would say just the bathroom had to be tidied up a little more not sure who stayed before us but their lashes were left and there were some soiled areas but I can see how that could have been easily missed. I was a little disappointed with the fact that the sofa couch had no linen to put on it so we had to share a bed which wasn’t a huge deal but when your paying for two beds the expectation is that they would have linen for both. Other than that it was amazing would highly recommend, great location , great food and amazing people in that area.

Booked last minute to meet family for Spring Break! Paul was very responsive, provided recommendations and the place was really nice and looked just like the photos. Would def book again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect very central to all of San Juan and Condado. The space was spotless and incredibly clean, and the area felt safe and convenient. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our trip, always available if we needed anything. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at Vivian’s. This Airbnb was probably my most favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The views from the balcony were exquisite, the atmosphere, and the vibes were immaculate. This location is perfect for a visit to Puerto Rico, It’s very walkable and close to pretty much everything. If I were to come back to Puerto Rico again, which I definitely plan to, I would try my best to stay at Vivian’s Airbnb 💗

Margarita's condo was really a great place to relax and reload as we spent time in San Juan city and also spent time relaxing in Dorado. The ocean view and sound right from the cozy balcony is stunning and worth every second out there. There's a nice little beach to walk on very close or if you're a surfer, to surf (no swimming per se...the waves are BIG!). Margarita also provides great restaurant and local tips in the rentals guide. We recommend this great location for a family get away.
