My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Noemi’s place. Communication was clear and kind from the moment I booked our stay. Yes, Noemi does stay next door while visitors occupy her home, however she did not bother us AT ALL. We only saw her 3 times during our 5 day stay, when we arrived, when we were leaving, and once to move our car over for her husband. Her home was peaceful, comfortable, and clean, inside and out. The backyard view was our favorite. Way better than the pictures! The wildlife was a beautiful sight to see. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this place to our friends and family. I can’t forget, Noemi was even kind enough to make a happy birthday banner for my boyfriend before we arrived. She also was great at recommending local spots to eat, shop, or just have fun. Very thoughtful. Can’t wait to return!

Joselyne's place was a perfect fit for us. We loved coming back from a long day of out. It has everything you will need. Very conveniently located and easy to find. Definitely a place I want to stay at again on our next trip back to PR.

Camilo's place was beautiful. plenty of games to play. Plenty of space. Well stocked beach needs!! only con was WATER PRESSURE especially if 2 of the showers were being used at the same time. The hot tubs were a bit confusing to get started on our own and took a full day to warm up. VERY STRICT 10PM QUIET TIME. Other than those minor hiccups it was very nice and spacious with ac in every room. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK. THANK YOU FOR EVERY THING.

Stayed for a weekend with girlfriend as a Valentines Day trip. Spot was very quaint, clean, and closed off with gate and privacy fence for hot tub. Location is only 20 minutes away from San Juan. Plenty of local food spots and businesses within the area. Felt secure and safe with gate. David was responsive with any questions or issues within a timely manner. Would definitely come back here using this place!

It's a very nice house. It has an AC and a TV. It's very peaceful. It has everything we need, including a supermarket, restaurant, and retail stores nearby. Overall, it's a wonderful house.

I would def book this again when visiting San Juan. Bayamón is not far from all the touristy San Juan night life and day activities. This location was peaceful on a dead end street I loved my master bedroom and the beautiful yard with swings and flowers. This place is well taken care of and def would rebook when coming to PR. We had a rental so getting groceries and getting around was easy.

Cesar and Yamila place is beautiful, extremely clean, quiet and just as described. We had a great time, specially because location was very convenient for us. The only complaint we have is that the water heater didn't work, only for one day. Cesar said he called for service so hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Miguel was a wonderful host. The place was wonderful. The pool had a shallow end that our 4 and 6 yo could stand and they enjoyed it a lot

Great stay! Debora was super responsive and helpful. The area is gated and very private, which made for a super relaxing, quiet experience. The beach in walking distance is small but pretty nice, but definitely not a vast sandy beach if you’re looking for that. The kitchen is super well stocked for cooking. Overall, I think it’s a great pick for its value for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

When we arrived we found out our Airbnb had been canceled. We searched for a new one and found Yvonne’s! She was very accommodating and able to help us last minute. She even met us at the house and showed us around. She was helpful with recommendations as well! Property is close to the beach and has peaceful backyard to relax by pool!

This house worked out well for our family of 8 and our grown children. Everyone had plenty of space. The outdoor space was amazing! I had read that there were no beach towels in previous reviews, I assumed there might’ve been some added, but TAKE YOUR BEACH TOWELS. Also, I’m sure it said this and I didn’t remember, but there is no oven! Great house, for a great time!

This home was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. The amenities were top-notch, and every little detail was thoughtfully provided. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the location was great—just a short drive to attractions. We liked parking and staying on a busy street - felt safe. Jocelyn responded quickly to questions and gave great instructions for getting into the place.

Namil house was very peaceful from the minute my son and I walked in it felt like home. Everything was clean and organized. I had a very small issue with the pool and the very next day maintenance came early in the morning. Namil was very helpful and communicated very well it didn’t matter the time she was there to respond. I have no complaints. And I plan on staying there again or to book any other properties from Namil. I’m also very happy I was able to rent from a Puerto Rican living on the island. Gracias por todo.

Amazing home loved it a lot would definitely recommend

This was a great centralized place to stay while balancing visiting family and enjoying vacation as a family. The roosters woke us up every morning and the coquis sang us to sleep at night which reminded my husband of his childhood. The space was equipt with everything we needed and any issues or questions we had were addressed quickly. Lots to do on the Main Street within walking distance and a free beach less than 5 minutes away. We would love to stay again!

El apartamento cumplió con nuestras espectativas, lo reservamos para una noche antes de un evento muy temprano en el área y éramos 8 personas. Tiene todo lo necesario para un buen descanso. la ubicación está muy buena pues hay dos supermercados muy cerca, buenos restaurantes para comer, fast foods y el balneario está a menos de 10 minutos en carro. El área de la piscina me encantó, el grill estaba limpio y listo para usar, y me gustó mucho que tiene privacidad. Tiene parking para varios carros y no es en la calle. Me quedaría otra vez y lo recomiendo.

I'll first start by saying this place was beautiful! I have found it very hard in the past to score a cute, clean, and safe Airbnb in Puerto Rico without breaking out the big bucks. However, this place is cute, clean, and safe, all for a very reasonable price. I was also extremely happy that there was hot water, as that has also been a struggle to find in my past experiences. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen has everything you need! It is perfect for a couple's getaway. I will say that there is not much to do in Levittown except drink at the multiple bars or walk to the dirtiest beach I've ever seen. If you are planning on driving to San Juan, be prepared for a 30-40 min drive as traffic is horrible and spending a lot of money if you plan to use Uber. Overall, the Airbnb was awesome, try to visit the more popular beaches for cleanliness, and visit the rock bar and grill for the best food and drinks in town!
