My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Noemi’s place. Communication was clear and kind from the moment I booked our stay. Yes, Noemi does stay next door while visitors occupy her home, however she did not bother us AT ALL. We only saw her 3 times during our 5 day stay, when we arrived, when we were leaving, and once to move our car over for her husband. Her home was peaceful, comfortable, and clean, inside and out. The backyard view was our favorite. Way better than the pictures! The wildlife was a beautiful sight to see. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this place to our friends and family. I can’t forget, Noemi was even kind enough to make a happy birthday banner for my boyfriend before we arrived. She also was great at recommending local spots to eat, shop, or just have fun. Very thoughtful. Can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay, good location for the event we had in Bayamón. Quiet and peaceful area. Very clean and comfortable.

Very nice condo located on a surfing beach in Dorado. Spacious and comfortable, everything was as described. Easy access to resorts in area which we took advantage of on our last day before heading back to San Juan for our flights which worked great for us. We also appreciated having a very responsive host.

Great place to stay right next to the beach. Not too far from San Juan if you want to go into the city, but not too far from more private beaches if you go west. Perfect location to explore the island!

We had a wonderful 8-day stay in Puerto Rico, and this place exceeded all our expectations. The host was absolutely terrific—communication was prompt, friendly, and accommodating. We really appreciated the thoughtful details and amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. From the helpful local recommendations to the clear instructions for the home’s tech, everything was well-organized. The beach gear (coolers, towels, beach balls, etc.), sunscreen, and various charging cables were a nice touch that showed the host’s dedication to making guests feel comfortable. It’s these little things that truly made our experience memorable. The property itself was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—just 20 minutes from Old San Juan and the airport, and only a few minutes from amazing restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Thank you for making our trip so special!
