My wife and I enjoyed our winter anniversary stay at the cabin. It was clean and cozy. We enjoyed time by the fire place, free streaming services, and the Keurig(bring bottled water for coffee). The area around the cabin was very walkable in a development with two lakes. It was close to amenities like Walmart (we had to purchase wash clothes and firewood), the interstate and food. We recommend to bring your own pillow if you like them soft. The water pressure was fine in the kitchen but low in the bathroom. Jessica was easily reached to work out any questions. If you are looking for a cozy, comfortable cabin close to everything, stay with Jessica. We would stay again.

Perfect location for a girls trip! The place was amazing, and the host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I adored this place! It was in a beautiful location that was very peaceful, which was just what we were looking for. It was a nice escape from the city where we are from. It was a very friendly community and the lake was a walk away. We were fortunate enough to be during a snowstorm and it made everything mystical and cozy. We got to stay in, cook a nice meal, watch movies and see the snow fall! The place was absolutely beautiful and everything you could imagine/hope for as a cabin in the poconos. It had absolutely everything we needed and more! The pictures don’t even do the beauty and warmth of this home justice! Magda was very welcoming, attentive to our needs, and quick with her responses. We felt at home and would love to come back and enjoy another getaway in this dreamy woodsy wonder.

Our family has stayed at Arek's house three times before this trip. The location is great. The house is at the deeper end of the lake, so you can easily swim from the shore. There are three kayaks and a rowboat to use on the lake. The deck is a great place to drink coffee in the morning and eat dinner at night. For creature comforts the beds are super comfortable and the wifi is speedy fast. We will definitely stay there again.

We were very comfortable and Wills place had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. We enjoyed the game room with our kids and appreciated the fenced yard for our dogs. There was some extreme weather (snow, ice, rain and wind) and the house was warm and well insulated! We plan to be back.

Amazing people. My children and I needed a place to stay while there was an issue at home. They were extremely accommodating and even offered to move their own stay at the home to accommodate me. If I could give 10 stars I would. Great house, great people!!! There are other homes available all over the place but not rented from people like THEM !!! If you have options… pick this one.

My family and I had a very nice time at the home which we booked in order to ski at Camelback and Shawnee Mountain. 20 min away from both locations. Javier and Mariela were great with communication. Checking in with us to make sure we were having a good time and if we needed anything. Overall great home. Clean and cozy. Thank you for a seamless experience.

Maggie was the best host! She was super responsive and accommodating. She made sure we made it to the property safely and without any problems. Any time I had a question she was very quick to respond. We loved this house and it was perfect for our bigger group for a weekend trip!

Right when you walk in you are met with a cozy clean vibe that makes you feel right at home! Extremely clean well kept up with rental that looked exactly like the pictures but better! The host was extremely responsive as I had a few questions over the days that we were there. She was super helpful and very easy to talk to. Our Poconos trip couldn’t have been any better!

Louise was responsive, thorough, and very friendly from start to finish. She sent out local things to do and everything was clear.

The best house for a large group! Plenty of bedrooms, big spaces for your entire group to hang out, and a huge dinner table for you all to share. We loved the basement and all the entertainment it had to offer - it was impossible to be bored. We hope to come back next year!

Nancy’s space was exactly as described and she was an excellent host. The chalet was perfect for our group ski trip and Nancy was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it enough! The space is incredibly spacious, clean, and modern. The attention to detail in the design made it feel both comfortable and luxurious. Surrounded by beautiful woods, the setting was peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to relax. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. I felt right at home the moment I walked in. If you’re looking for a getaway that combines comfort with natural beauty, this place is a must. I would absolutely love to return in the future!

Felt like home! While many rentals can feel sterile and commercial, this beautiful home felt like you were truly at your families’ weekend ski home. Everything was wonderfully furnished, the beds incredibly comfortable and the hot tub was clean and new. Will definitely be back!

The blue chalet was exactly as described and as pictured. Everything was clean, organized, and stocked to suit all our needs. Vera was quickly responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. The location is in close proximity to Camelback, the outlets, and downtown East Stroudsburg. I highly recommend this listing!

We had a fabulous stay at Kristen’s beautiful home! The complex is expansive, easy to navigate and the homes are nicely spaced out so you have a sense of privacy. Roads are very well marked, paved and maintained (we arrived in the snow and the roads were cleared quite quickly so we were able to walk and enjoy the area). The home is just lovely. Kitchen has everything you need, bedrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are great (heated tile floor downstair bath - very nice in February) and the beautiful great room with a large fireplace and views in all directions. Don’t hesitate to book this great home. We look forward to another visit for certain.

The house was nice we stayed over new years and It was a nice place together as a group. Each room has its own A/C system and controls, slightly outdated in that regard but allows more customization in that regard. House had no problems staying heated. A large communal space makes it great for larger groups. An older house but that somewhat adds to the retreat experience at the lake and surrounding attractions. I would stay here again. HOA had a lot of rules regarding use of the lake, but as it was winter that didn't affect our stay. Great communication from the host. They have a nicely prepared book of local attractions and places to eat. Thanks for the great stay!

This was our second stay at The Golden Owl and it has become our favorite spot in the Poconos. Great location for winter and summer holidays, super cozy and clean home, and plenty of space for the kids and adults to hang comfortably. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful lake front home! It had every amenity we could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. We loved the cozy fireplaces and felt right at home! It was exactly the perfect little retreat we were hoping for and even got to see some beautiful deer & an adorable beaver! The hot tub and hammock were an added bonus to our snowy relaxing adventure! Everything was spotlessly clean, even my dog couldn’t find a crumb or dust bunny on the floor. Our pup loved his stay too and was very comfortable! We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful retreat! Seeing the gorgeous frozen lake and the freshly fallen snow looked like something from a winter fairy tale! Perfect Stay for Families – Well-Equipped Kitchen & Tons of Fun for Kids! We had an amazing stay at doc’s Lake Oasis. The hosts Sarah and George were amazing and provided us with every detail of information we needed to have a great time away from home. They updated us with weather, amenities inside and outside of the home, activities to do around and everything else needed. They were amazing and accommodated special requests and were helpful throughout the stay. The kitchen was one of the best we’ve ever had in a rental—fully stocked with everything you could need, from quality cookware to sharp knives, appliances and even kid-friendly dishes. It made cooking meals so easy and enjoyable. Sustainable vacation with enough plates, mugs and cutlery so you can stay away from using disposable stuff. For families with kids, this place is a dream. One of my favorite places to spend Thanksgiving with my family. The place was AMAZING and what a view. Everything was a 10 plus. I would definitely come back during the summer.
