The whole place was pristine… so fresh & clean. The kids loved the upper deck & even said the bed on the pull out sofa was “comfy”. Our host was always quick to respond & sent us detailed instructions on arrival morning. We will definitely stay again.

This place is worth the money!!! It is a great location and very peaceful. Less than 10 minutes from Ellijay. And Savannah is an excellent host. She had everything you need plus snacks and drinks. We seriously only needed clothes (although there is a washer and dryer). We will most definitely be back!!

This is a wonderful location!! The Ocoee people!! Come stay here and enjoy the outdoors with a touch of city life for those who need it!

If you’re ever in the mineral bluff area with a loved one and need a welcoming and private place to stay , this is definitely the spot for you ! Everything from the “southern hospitality” all the way to loving companionship from Coco will make you feel just at home ! My fiancé and I were looking to get away from the world for the weekend and Karen and Greg were nothing shy of magnificent ! They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of ! We had a great short overnight stay to Dahlonega and picked the rental bc of its proximity to downtown where we were focusing our trip. It was way bigger than expected. Easy to find and very very clean and comfortable. Parking situation was nice too. It’s a good 10 minute up hill walking to the town square passing BEAUTIFUL historic homes!! One of our favorite parts! But being in the crisp air after a great dinner and wine was the perfect way to start and end the evening. Host communication was top tier. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. We will definitely be back!

The most important thing to me was met. The home was extremely clean absolutely spotless. Pamela’s home was very comfortable. She thought of everything, the home was completely stocked with snacks and everything I needed to be comfortable. She always communicated quickly. She was very helpful. I felt safe and close to lots of restaurants and nearby stores. I will definitely stay again.

Our family loved staying here! It was comfortable inside and the amenities were exactly as described. The views outside make it so special, the porch felt like being in a treehouse! We'd love to stay here again.

The pros: The home was awesome and had plenty of room. The view was beautiful and peaceful. It was the first place we stayed that had an actual baby bed; this was a welcomed blessing. It had plenty of blankets and towels for everyone and was extremely clean. We would definately stay here again. The cons: No king size beds for the adults. Parking was a challenge and it does not have a private drive. It also needed a coffee maker for pods and we would have enjoyed more couches on the main floor with recliners verses the straight back chairs. The towels also needed some fabric softner - they were really rough (small details). Overall: Excellent home and host experience. It is well worth the rental price!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was pretty cold, but well worth it. Being on the lake, makes me want to come back, with the boat, in the summer, to fully enjoy it. Great place, and will hopefully be back.

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful place. Amy was really great, and the condo was perfect for our group. Would definitely love to come back for another stay!

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

The place was clean, cozy, and absolutely exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice! The property was gorgeous and we even got to feed the trout off of the bridge! The hosts checked in on us on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking to hike, there are plenty of good hikes within 20ish minutes of the place which was super convenient. It was the perfect place for a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. We loved every minute!

This is our 2nd time staying at Leonard’s Airbnb and it was just as great as the last. Wonderful place makes you feel right at home and the host is very friendly! I will continue to book this Airbnb on my trips to Helen!
