We had a great stay! The hosts were very kind and responsive – communication was fast and helpful every time we needed something. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located close to the beach, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. Highly recommended!

הגענו לחופשה משפחתית משפחה של 12 נפשות: מבוגרים וילדים. הבית היה נקי מאוד, מזמין ונעים. המרחב המשותף היה גדול ומרווח. החדרים היו נוחים ונעימים. המארחים היו אדיבים, תגובתיים ונחמדים מאוד. נהנו מכל רגע!

Wir waren als 4-köpfige familie mit kids 5 und 7 jährig dort und das haus sowie die lage sind perfekt. der strand ist in unmitelbarer nähe und das wasser dort sehr klar und sauber. alle unsere fragen wurden von der gastgeberin sehr schnell beantwortet. wir buchen wieder und können eine klare empfehlung abgeben.

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Sehr gute Lage, sauber und großzügige Räume. Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut- von den Handtüchern bis zu den Wäscheklammern, von Sonnenschirm über Waschmittel bis zu Duschgel- alles vorhanden. Wunderschöner Strand ca 2 Minuten Gehweg entfernt, schöne Strandbar vorhanden. Hilfreicher Gastgeber, Auto empfehlenswert, sehr netter, zyprischer Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 3 km weit weg Ausgezeichnete Fischtaverne ist leicht fußläufig erreichbar.

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

We stayed at this Airbnb for six nights and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was perfect for our budget. It’s located in a lovely, quiet area. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions prior to our arrival and even leaving us a few groceries to get started, which was especially appreciated as we arrived very late - such a thoughtful gesture! There was honestly nothing we would change about our stay. Everything was clean, very well-equipped, and just as described. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable stay in the area.

Beautiful apartment and view

Definitely an Airbnb worth spending time in! Tony is really responsive and accommodating, helping with operation of the amenities and going out of his way to improve our experience. It's a great space to stay for a good few days so you can enjoy where you stay and cyprus altogether!

O anfitrião é muito atencioso e responde super rápido ,a casa é bem grande boa varanda é ótimos itens de cozinha , a televisão é um pouco antiga senti falta de poder ver um filme por Netflix e Amazon , como a tv é antiga não tem essa função , sentimos frios nos últimos dias também não tinha aquecedor , e por último o vizinho de cima é bem barulhento em horários após 22 e também logo pela manhã , apesar desses poucos imprevistos eu indico o apartamento , e toda gentileza do anfitrião

Very smart and pristine apartment. Toufic couldn’t be any more helpful. Access to the apartment is very easy. There is a small supermarket within a 10 minute walk.

Great accommodation. I booked it for the second time. Now there’s a nice terrace added. In the evening, the apartment is a bit dark. Electricity has to be paid separately. From the new terrace, you have a great view of the sea. I would book the accommodation again.

Great Stay with lovely surroundings. We came from the Turkish side and our host and the natives are always very nice. Clear instructions, brand new building with high standards. We love Cyprus and can highly recommend the location. Thank you very much

We had a fantastic stay! I honestly think the photos don’t do it justice! In person it’s so much more beautiful! You have everything you need and the view is to die for, especially the sunsets and sunrise! I really really appreciate her flexible check in schedule! We had an issue with a previous booking where we had to leave immediately and we had to find another accommodation in the evening, and she was able to fix it so we can come there! I couldn’t thank you enough for that!! Overall it was an amazing stay, and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Evde Bulunmayan eşyaları talep Üzerine getirdiler. adanın kendinden kaynaklı su sıkıntısı yaşadık sular çok az akıyordu ve ev güneş enerjisiyle ısındığı için gittiğimiz mevsimi itibari ile Sular ısınmadı. Ev sahibi yandaki evi de bizim için açarak elektrikli şofben bulunan başka bir banyoyu Kullanmamızı sağladı. Küçük aksilikler dışında olumlu bir konaklamayı da kendine teşekkür ederiz

It was a very pleasant stay in this apartment. We were there a month, and are satisfied. The area is very calm, close to Daoudi beach, there's a supermarket nearby (but anyway food and products delivery is very good in Limassol). The apartment is convenient, with everything you may need, with nice balcony and a parking spot. Loutmila is very responsive.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the self-check-in process was smooth and easy. Agnes was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Lieber Savvas, Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, in deiner Wohnung als Gäste übernachten zu können. Schon beim Ankommen war die präzise Beschreibung/Video Chat eine große Hilfe, sodass wir die Wohnung im 1. Stock schnell und problemlos finden konnten. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön – modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Balkon einfach ein Traum. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die Küchenausstattung war hervorragend – vielen Dank für die überlassene Grundausstattung mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig etc. Auch die Elektroadapter und waren eine echte Erleichterung. Die Atmosphäre in der Wohnung ist sehr einladend, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wie zu Hause. Die Betten waren wunderbar bequem, und das Badezimmer entsprach einem hohen Standard. Die detaillierten Anweisungen für den Aufenthalt und den Checkout waren verständlich. Vielen Dank noch für den Rotwein und die wunderschöne Zeit in deiner Wohnung – wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Luise & Henning

We had an absolutely wonderful 3 week stay at Alexis airbnb in Nicosia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. Alexis was incredibly hospitable, providing detailed information about the property and the local area, and was always available to assist with any questions or needs. The location of the apartment was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it was still conveniently close to all the major attractions and amenities. Overall, our stay at Alexis apartment exceeded our expectations. The combination of a fantastic host, a comfortable and well appointed apartment, and an excellent location made for an unforgettable experience.
