I felt so privileged to have such a gorgeous apartment right in the centre of the city and easily walkable to everywhere I needed to be. The apartment was spotless, full of light and airy with a perfect little kitchen, gorgeous big bathroom and cosy bedroom. I had everything I needed and was especially grateful for the 3 pin adapter/cable. As a single woman staying alone I was really happy to have a secure gate I could lock as well as a bolt on the door. Dario was so helpful, staying in contact, providing precise directions and having no problem letting me in the minute I arrived even though I was a little later than expected.

The apartment was cozy and clean and in a quiet area. Services and restaurants nearby. The historic center is easily accessible by escalator. I received good directions and Chiara answered all my questions quickly.

Do not hesitate to book this. We loved it. It’s a wonderful place close to the main center. Seemed bigger than the photos. Everything was very comfortable and very quiet. Alessandro and his daughter’s met us for check-in and insured we had everything we needed for our stay. He also offered many local tips and suggestions. We asked him many questions during our state and he was very friendly and responsive. :) We hope to come again!

Appartamento incredibilmente moderno e curato, luminoso e tecnologico. Comodo il parcheggio interno. Silenzioso e abbastanza vicino al centro città (15 minuti a piedi circa). Consigliato!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Valentina, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Landschaftspark mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Die Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lag privat vor blicken geschützt. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben gute Unterstützung und Informationen bekommen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.Die Minimetro in Perugia und die Barrierefreiheit dort können auch Menschen nutzen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

Where do I start? If you’re thinking of traveling to Orvieto, stay here. This is the most unique and charming Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Sylvia and Aldo made us feel like we were old friends coming to visit, welcoming us into their cozy family home and sharing with us their favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and gelaterias. Aldo picked us up and returned us to the train station; the fridge was stocked with yogurt, milk, juice, and butter; they left breakfast sweets for us and a bottle of wine. We loved reading about Sylvia’s father, Valentini, and enjoyed his artwork throughout the house. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is small but has what you need to cook. And Orvieto, ahhh, what a wonderful little town. We visited in August and there were many tourists but it didn’t feel crowded. We loved our stay and want to go back!

The only downside of this part of the trip is we should have stayed longer. Unbelievable views and short drive to wineries and restaurants. Simone was a great host. We will be back.

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Lovely home within the city walls, with thought and attention given to the renovation of a historic home. While the weather didn’t cooperate as much as we hoped, the limited time we spent on the amazing terrace was noteworthy. Also rare in Italian rentals was the provision of a dryer, which was appreciated. The only drawback was the antique living room furniture, which was limited in space and comfort. Had we been able to use the terrace, this would have been less of a problem. I would recommend this rental!

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Casa Elisa, situata ai piedi della splendida Cortona. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica: una fusione perfetta tra la tradizione toscana e il comfort moderno. Le camere sono eleganti e abbastanza spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino con piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità, ideale per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto. Ma è il calore e l'accoglienza della famiglia di Elisa a rendere il soggiorno davvero speciale. La loro disponibilità nel fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti consigliati fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Casa Elisa a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza della Toscana, vivendo un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

Sono stata in questo bellisimo appartamento per natale con la mia famiglia,siamo stati benissimo. L appartamento era caldo e fornito anche di legna per il camino. Era tutto pulito e c era tutto il necessario per u soggiorno confortevole. Il fuori anche se non l abbiamo sfruttato visto il freddo è molto bello. Sicuramente in primavera torneremo.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

Daniele’s place was amazing and exactly as described. My family (2 adults & 7yr old) picked his location because we wanted to relax at the end of our 2 week trip in Italy. I can’t say enough good things about his place: beautiful & relaxing views (one living room wall is entirely glass facing a luscious green landscape), comfortable furniture, lots of outdoor garden sitting spaces to enjoy, all the basic necessities including a washing machine and dish washer with soap/detergent provided, very clean, comfortable linens, hosts/cohosts were responsive and lovely people who answered all our questions and offered recommendations. My daughter enjoyed exploring the gardens. The hosts set up a comfy cot for her in the study but we moved the mattress to the bedroom floor next to us. We made simple dinners and heated up food in the oven. One day we ordered pizza delivered to us. We had a car but don’t recommend driving inside Perugia. There’s a bus stop nearby that only charges 2 Euros.

Ho pernottato presso questa struttura nel periodo dei mercatini, ottima la vicinanza con essi e le varie piazze, La struttura sembra come di stare a casa, la cucina incantevole e particolare, bagni super puliti , tutto come da descrizione, camera da letto spaziosa e confortevole, è stato molto piacevole trovarla su due piani la casa, anche la zona comfort che divide le scale dalla parte superiore è ben piazzata e bella, bagno superiore padronale ampio e la scala posta affianco al lavandino ha il suo fascino. Super comoda dai mercatini , zona centrare e per visitare varie chiese. Se siete ad Arezzo dovete pernottare qui! Host super disponibile e sempre presente, si sta d’incanto.

We had such an amazing stay at Giacomo’s lovely apartment. Very comfortable, clean, spacious and located really close to the centre of Perugia but in a quiet location. Giacomo and his mum were very accommodating and looked after our luggage. He even collected us from the station. The kitchen was super well equipped too. Would 100% recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect for my husband and I, our 21 year old son and my mother in law. very comfortable and just like the pictures. Great location, great restaurants and close to other towns and a quick walk to the train station for a day trip to Florence. We had a fantastic trip and this was much better than staying in a hotel. Perfect!!

Acomodação top, com a melhor vista de Montepulciano, a poucos passos da área central da cidade mas ao mesmo tempo em um local de paz e tranquilidade , sendo possível estacionar muito próximo da acomodação, o que é uma raridade. Além disso, a acomodação é muito bem equipada, com literalmente todo o necessário para uma estadia confortável, seja curta ou mais longa. Recomendo fortemente

Sono certo che questo è il miglior appartamento in cui siamo stati tramite Airbnb. Marco + Michele sono padroni di casa fantastici. Consiglio vivamente per chi ha un'auto e vuole un'esperienza confortevole e lussuosa a un ottimo prezzo. Anche a breve distanza in auto dalla mini metropolitana Pian di Massiano con parcheggio gratuito in modo che il centro storico sia di facile accesso.

L’Host Nicola è molto disponibile. La casa si presenta nel centro del borgo di Castiglione. A 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il lago e nel centro ci sono trattorie e negozi con prodotti locali. Indicazioni chiare per check in e check out e accoglienza con cialde per caffè comprese nel prezzo

Christina’s place is a great base for exploring Perugia and Christina was very responsive to our requests and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby but it’s not a noisy area at all.

The house was beautiful and the balconies were lovely! Dominik was so kind and helpful answering all our questions and gave us baby friendly amenities! He even gave us free eggs from the kitchen! Thank you, Sophie
