チェックインした時には薪ストーブに火がついて、お部屋を暖めてくださっていてとても有難かったです。全てが清潔で真似したくなるような素敵なキッチン用品や食器などが備えられていました。寒い時期だったので備え付けの湯たんぽも使わせていただきました。 今回はスキーが目的だったので、お部屋や周辺地区を満喫できる時間が限られてしまったのが残念でした。 オーナーはお隣でこちらもまた素敵なカフェをされていて、丁寧に作られるパンやケーキは絶品です。

Great location near the train station. A very comfortable home with all the amenities you could want. The host was conscientious, communicated well and we felt she truly cared that we enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance to groceries, lots of good restaurants, a community onsen and fantastic local museums (i.e., Tokomachi City Museum TOPPAKU and Echigo-Tsumari Satoyama Contemporary Art Museum MonET).

Best sleep we had so far on a 4 week tour of Japan! Place smelled on incense which absolutely lovely. Very cozy and warm yet spacious despite windy and rainy outside. Beautifully kept place, feeling more like someone’s home vs a transactional residence. Museums right outside the door of the property. Masaki-San helped connect us with a taxi which was super helpful as we lacked telephony and it was storming when we left. He was also kind enough to offer recommendations for restaurants which was much appreciated given our rather late arrival on a Sunday night. All-in-all a wonderful and too quick a visit for an off-the-beaten path village.

We had a very pleasant stay at Eiko House! Although our stay was brief, Mari was very welcoming and made sure we had a good stay.

すごく清潔感のある家で、ほのかにアロマの良い匂いが各部屋でしていて、心地よい滞在ができました。家族6人での宿泊で部屋に入ったときにみんな歓声をあげていて、気持ちが上がりました。私たちには丁度よい広さの空間で、移動しやすく快適でした。とにかく新しく綺麗でした。 夜遅くまで、音量には気を付けながら家族で設置されているカラオケを楽しんで沢山歌いました。 ちょうど雪が降ってきて外は寒かったですが、綺麗なバスルームで体を温めて、夜も暖房をつけて心地よくベッドで子供たちもみんな熟睡できて、翌朝晴れた朝に近場を散歩して、気持ちよく朝食をダイニングで食べました。 車で少し移動したところに「那須千本松牧場」があり、3月という事でいちご狩りができて、ミルキーベリーという白いイチゴを楽しめました。 オーナーさんにも勧められて、そちらの千本松温泉という源泉掛け流しの温泉に入りました。情緒ある温泉でとてもお湯が気持ちよく、すごくリラックスできました。 チェックアウトしたあとにオーナーさんから連絡があり、手帳の忘れ物があるとの事で、用事を済ませた後に取りに伺うと宿泊所にオーナーさんがすっと待ってて下さりました。御挨拶して周りの施設の情報も頂けて、とても丁寧に色んな事を教えて頂けました。 また、泊まりに行きます！

とても使いやすくて清潔でした。 駐車場は階段下ではなく裏側のところの方が広くて止めやすいと感じました！

チェックイン時間に立ち会いしていただき、丁寧な説明をしていただきました！ 初めて暖炉を使わせてもらいましたがとても暖かくて心地よかったです！ 部屋も清潔で遊び道具もたくさんあり快適な滞在期間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

大人2人子供2人の仙台旅行で利用させてもらいました。施設は綺麗で、事前問い合わせにも丁寧に対応いただけました。アートグレイスの結婚式に家族で参列し、ベニーランドで遊んで帰りましたがアクセス抜群でした。また利用させてもらいたいと思います。

タオルや歯ブラシなどのアメニティもしっかりあってよかった。 コンビニも近かった。

Awesome place and felt like home. the road is noisy and it's a really busy highway so just a warning if your a light sleeper. all in all though it was nice and definitely worth it.

A nice, spacious apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to find and just a fairly short walk from Sendai train station.

A group of 5 of us had a lovely couple of nights staying here. Wish we could’ve stayed longer as it had everything we needed, was very spacious, clean, and in a good location being a short walk from a train station and a Lawson mart. It was great being close to the park filled with cherry blossoms during the season and a food market. Ayu was a lovely host and will be happy to accommodate your needs. We were able to drop our bags off before check-in which was very helpful.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and even provided a heated blanket, which made it extra comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Taku’ s place was spotless and had all the amenities that one can want. It has a very comfortable bed, nice large bathroom, and a great deck for BBQ. It is very conveniently located downtown with a huge variety of restaurants within easy walking distance and the street it is located on is quiet with little traffic. I would highly recommend staying here!

Ryuta’s place was a very good option for staying in Yuzawa. The space has enough room to breathe, the facilities are nice and convenient and parking is a plus. He is also a very responsive host.

住宿體驗非常愉快，餐廳窗戶外的雪景看了幾天都不膩，晚上睡覺時被子非常暖，浴室與洗衣空間都非常寬敞，推薦。
