Leanne’s home is beautiful! It was a great stay for our family. Great location, spotless home & lots of space indoors and outdoors. Felt like home! Would love to come back to stay again if we visit Taupo in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-equipped property. The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located—close to town yet peaceful with stunning views. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor area was great for relaxing. One highlight was the spa pool—a great addition to the property. However, the water felt a bit over-chlorinated, which meant we couldn’t stay in for more than 10 minutes at a time. That’s just a small detail in an otherwise perfect stay, and I’m sure it’s something that can be easily adjusted. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ohakune. It’s a wonderful spot, and we would happily return in the future!

The stay at this house was great! Our family of eight, including two under two, found the location and properties amenities perfect for a family night in and enjoying each other’s property! Vess’ instructions for our stay were spot on and left us without questions from the moment we arrived until we left. Her communication was amazing from the moment we booked our stay. Would most definitely recommend this home to visit when going to Ohakune! 😊

A Clean, comfortable, and quiet stay. Centred by a Beautiful solid wood dining table there was good indoor/outdoor flow in an older wooden home. Everything in working order (did not use the sauna or wood burner). Responsive and proactive host with clear instructions. Our party was sad to leave, so would stay here again.

The view is amazing!! We loved our stay here so much we want to come back! The place was better than expect with the most beautiful view and deck to enjoy it on. Ross was very friendly and helpful with lots of clear instructions. The place felt like it could have been our own with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Thanks for letting us stay.

The home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 3’s needs. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would reconsider if we were to visit again. Property managers were responsive, helpful and gracious. One minor issue - we felt that ‘there were too many rules’ - this didn’t take away from our overall strongly positive impression, however. Walkable distance to the town and good options for meals - The Cypress Tree and Osteria Ohakune were excellent.

It was very unique experience to my family. Annette and Aston welcomed my family warmly:) We enjoyed cozy, peaceful and quiet time there. Thank you!

Fantastic location and an amazing host. Jess’s beautiful house is nestled in a small cluster of houses surrounding a little lake. We were fortunate that weather played a good part adding to the joy of visiting the Skywaka and walks around the town . Jess was very helpful and prompt as a host . It’s going to be a certain repeat in winters😊
