I can't say enough about Mr. David and his place. We felt right at home from the moment we got there. David is a great host and his place is the perfect place to stay for a week of fishing toledobend. We look forward to staying there again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Mark's place! from the moment I arrived i felt right at home. the place was clean, cozy and you could not ask for a better view! I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for that little extra! Will definitely be back!

This was a bar set so high with his excellent customer service. My dad and I enjoyed our short time here but now have found a spot we will come back every time when we visit Sam Rayburn to fish. Extremely helpful and excellent service. I would give a higher rating if it was possible. Thanks Bob!

Laurie was an excellent host during our stay for a fishing tournament. The bunkhouse was incredibly convenient for fishermen, featuring garage parking for our boat, which was a significant advantage, especially given the rain we experienced there. We will stay again! Laurie also made great suggestions for local attractions and was very flexible with the check-in and checkout procedures. Overall, our experience was fantastic!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! You can truly tell that so much thought and care went into every aspect of the home. The attention to detail is evident throughout, and it made the whole experience feel so special. I loved reading the guidebook, which included fascinating history about the area, the owner and Roxie Point, it was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel even more connected to the place. Jill was absolutely amazing, and her hospitality was beyond anything we could have expected. We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay! The home itself was incredibly clean, relaxing, and the views from every room were breathtaking. Listening to the sound of the waves at night became one of my favorite parts, it was so soothing and peaceful. We will definitely be back! Thank you for providing such a beautiful oasis and for making our stay so memorable.

Jessica is a Great Host! She is very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Goes above and beyond to make sure you are Happy and everything is in place…. The house was perfect and we had no issues with the home. I missed communicated to my employees on the check out day ( 2 hours after check out time) this out her is a bad position but she was very polite and courteous. I highly recommend and will stay there again.

This is a wonderful spot on Toledo Bend. Really nice home with a fantastic view of the water. The afternoon sunset, framed by cypress trees along the water's edge, is beautiful. Spent both of my evenings on the deck. But what I really appreciated about the place was how welcoming it was. The house is generously stocked with everything you need. We honestly felt more like guests in the home, rather than renters. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed for my Son’s Bachelor Weekend get away. With a party of 12 there was plenty of room for everyone. The game room is amazing with plenty to do. Walk to lake is not the best but very doable. We were visited morning and afternoon by Whitetail deer!! I highly recommend this place to anyone! Host is Amazing and very quick to respond. “A+” 💯

Cynthia’s place has the best view and we throughly enjoyed the decks. Living room furniture was very comfortable. We were a little too early to catch fish so we will have to return. We did miss not having wifi or internet. Cynthia said they are working on getting it. We took our old dvd player and movies for the roku tv she had. We did some hot spot, too. We really enjoyed our time there.

Everything was great! Place was amazing had everything we needed for a relaxing trip on the lake! Right next to a boat launch only sad this we couldn’t cast off of it 😢 but nothing to ruin the trip over! We had a great time by the camp fire and cooking lots of food!

We have stayed at this Air B&B several times and always have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Kristi has always been very responsive and quick to fulfill and request we have had. It is a perfect place for a family gathering. The kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance you would want. The beds are comfortable. It’s always clean. You can’t find a more beautiful lake sunset on Toledo Bend. We enjoyed sitting out on the massive deck and playing dominos and Uno. I highly recommend staying with Kristi. We will definitely be back.

Amber is a great host. She’s very responsive and helpful. The house looks as nice as the pictures shown. They have all kinds of board games for kids and adults. Also, they have a kayak, tubes and a water pad for the water in the back yard. The kids had a blast with them. I would definitely book this place again. I would recommend this place to any small/large groups.
