What a beautiful villa! Seabird Villa 14 has the most spectacular sunsets! It is private and stunning while the architectural design is both simple and functional. We enjoyed all the suggestions from our private chef to our dive masters and found all exceeded our expectations. We hope to return for a month or longer next time.

Dana's house is an absolute gem. It's spacious, new, clean & exceptionally well located. It's on the Placencia peninsula, but about 9 miles north of the main tourist town. It's in a very quiet location right on the water's edge, just outside the charming village of Seine Bight. The pool was delightful to relax in & you can walk right into the shallow sea to snorkel, paddleboard or swim. The kitchen had a lot of useful extras that we were invited to use. Dana was incredibly helpful with suggestions & contacts to make the most of our 8 day stay. The beds were all king size & very comfortable If you have 5 or more guests try to reserve the entire house. If you are just a couple looking for an idyllic getaway the downstairs is completely self contained. with an additional kitchen

The house was very comfortable and views were amazing. We loved having our own oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The location is not near the main village so would recommend having your own transportation. The kitchen had everything you'd need so we didn't have to purchase a bunch of additional items like spices. Bed was comfortable and the overall living space was great.

We had a great time in Placencia. The place was perfect for our needs - spacious, comfy, clean linens, and had all the amenities we needed. It was nice to walk to the resort and have access to the pool and restaurant. Vincent was responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had what we needed and to make recommendations. The house is a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall a great stay in Belize!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was really well located, super clean with lots of outdoor seating areas. Would stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. Laura was a great hostess and communicated very promptly. Everything was as advertised. Location was a bit difficult to find and roads were less than desirable, however, Laura gave us good directions and roads are nothing that she has control over. cleaned out. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The restaurant WiFii was recommended by Laura and it didn’t disappoint. Best food we’ve had in Belize to date. Edilios cacao farm also didnt disappoint. All suggestions from our hostess.

We had a beautiful time. Everything was just as described, sitting on the terrace listening to the waves was so delightful. Herbert was extremely responsive and very helpful—not that we needed anything from him! It was a great experience.

Perfect beachfront spot on Maya Beach. One of the best Air BnBs we've ever stayed in.

I really can't say enough good things about this place. check in was easy, it was clean, great beds, great shower, well equipped kitchen. the beach! feels very private while located on a very walkable stretch. clear water with a sandbar out front. great snorkeling right in front with lots of sea life to watch. very shallow for a long way out. well maintained each day. lovely porches to sit on and enjoy the ocean, even in the rain. fans, air conditioners. close to many restaurants and activities but nestled and quiet. it was perfect for me and my husband and two adult children with their partners. probably not great for young families but so great for us. the hosts are lovely and very helpful and responsive. highly recommend.

we loved our stay private and gorgeous sunset views. Quiet location but walkable to many restaurants beaches etc. well equipped to stay in for meals if you choose. we loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

We left a previous Airbnb because the pictures were not what was described. They were gracious and very accommodating about our timing, and were immediately responsive when things in the surrounding area (out of their control) came up. The place was beautiful, clean & very spacious. Having a washer and dryer was definite plus. I have already sent their Airbnb link out to someone interested in visiting Placencia. Would definitely stay here again.

Kat was an amazing host ! We were pleasantly surprised at just how beautiful her place really was ! The space was impeccably clean and she was very accommodating. The pictures don’t even do justice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay !

Great place to stay! it's a little far from town but that's what we wanted. private beach, wonderfully home and super peaceful! There are a few reviews out there that speak otherwise but it's paradise! seriously for Belize this place is great! I would rebook without question!

This place was great. Stayed with 7 people, three kids under 7 and four adults, two different families. The set up was great for that since we rented out two levels and so families could be separate. The houses both have heat pumps so can cool the house. The downstairs does not have one in each room so having a fan on will help cool it down. Being right on the beach was great and the water is shallow so kids could play easily and not worry about them. there is a lot of seaweed which is to be expected at points, but if you walk out like 4 feet into the water there is no debris and fine. Having access to the dock is amazing as well as kind of like a separate area where you can feel secluded. We also went on a boat ride and fished and snorkeled some which was great as just took the boat from the dock so did not need to go into town. Grocery is like 10-15 minutes away that is bigger and has everything you need and one like 5-10 that has most stuff you would need. Placencia is like 30 min.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, mit einem traumhaften privaten Strand. Alles roch gut, es gab praktische Hinweise für die Anlage. Orlando hat uns stets geholfen und sogar gegen ein bisschen Geld zum nächsten Supermarkt gefahren. Denn das ist leider der Nachteil an diesem Haus: Es gibt rundherum NICHTS. Kein Laden, kein Restaurant. Man hat absolute Einsamkeit. Wenn ihr her kommt, braucht ihr zwingend ein Auto. Das wurde uns trotz Nachfrage im Vorfeld leider so nicht mitgeteilt. Abgesehen davon haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

White Sands Beach House was exactly as advertised. Minimalistic modern aesthetic which was perfect for us. The pool and ocean were perfect and the beds are extremely comfortable. We could of used a few more large drinking glasses as there were only 4 so we were constantly washing them. The only thing I can think to say about this property is I wish I owned it! Superb! Chef’s Kiss!
