Everything was exactly as described. Wonderful little place. The available off street parking was a huge bonus. Ty & Grace were great hosts & we were surprised with snacks when we arrived. Glad we found their place!!

This property allowed us to be very close to mom who lives in adjacent town, but with separate living arrangements. Kitchen contained necessary cooking utensils to feed six (real pots/pans/plates/bowls/cups/silverware/towels, etc.) Ate eggs/pancakes/fried potatoes/bacon/sausage everyday. Baked lasagna/pizza/chicken for dinner. Super large kitchen sink made cleanup very easy. Tall ceilings easily carries sounds from front to back.

It was a nice cozy place for 2 people. Everything worked and there were a lot of materials and appliances for our use. The heaters keep the apartment warm. Also the shower is amazing! The neighborhood is very peaceful and in a good location.

Cozy place a couple blocks from my sister, so very conveniently located. Historic downtown Maumee is cool, with a good coffee house and fun candy store. Colleen was responsive, clear and the place had what I needed. Bigger than what the pictures indicate, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great spot. Came to Toledo for poker tourn at The Reserve. This place seems to be no more than 10 minute drive from anywhere interesting. Hosts were very accommodating with my schedule and I was out by noon and in no earlier than 1am each day with no complaints. Place was very nice. Kitchen area, washer and dryer, seperate living area than rooms. It is pretty much an apartment. Very nice stay overall.

We had the most wonderful time and we felt treated like royalty. Susan welcomed us to a kitchen full of goodies (fancy ones) and Christmas stockings! We already miss her place, everything was perfect! Thank you, Susan and Charlotte!

Luxurious Loft 54

Amanda was a wonderful host and was super responsive to all of my questions! The loft was very clean, roomy and was conveniently located downtown so my friends and I could get to places. I especially appreciated the video regarding the parking garage and how specific instructions were! Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Toledo.

This was a nice place to stay. We came late at night and David sent a photograph of the front door so we knew where to go in. The bed was very comfortable and we felt right at home.

This loft was very beautiful. The decor is like something from a magazine. It was also very clean as expected. The location was perfect for walking to any restaurant or bar downtown. We would definitely stay again! Hosts respond within minutes if you have questions.

We have been living in Airbnbs throughout the country for over 2 years and wow, I can’t say enough about the hospitality and welcome that we felt while staying in this home. Having family in Elmore, this was better than perfect. The home was spacious, Christy’s corner downstairs was so convenient and welcoming, and everything we needed in walking distance. We will definitely prioritize staying here again! Thank you for everything, Kathy!

This was our second time staying with Lupita. Once again we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. It’s refreshing to know that we have such an amazing place to stay when we’re in the area. Always immaculately clean and welcoming. I reached out prior to our stay and received a timely response, which was most appreciated. Definitely the front of the list when visiting Perrysburg.
