Very well equipped and comfortable accommodation . Communication was great with an added touch of a video to show how to find it . It is definitely cosy and a great location to explore the Peaks will definitely revisit if back in the area Pub 50m away is quirky but can recommend the food

The photos, don't do the bungalow and the grounds justice. The owners have done everything to the highest possible standards, no corners have been cut! The bungalow is absolutely perfect. It's, tasteful and modern, bright and clean! The outside area is just as good. Hot tub, outdoor cooking area and games room, all clean and well maintained. This place is well worth the money! We didn't want to come home. I loved having a few drinks in the pub up the road, that's completely unique, and then jumping in the hot tub. The hosts left us alone (but let us know, they were available if needed) and allowed us to enjoy their lovely bungalow and tub! We will 100% return. Unfortunately this venue has set the bar very high for all future venues that we stay at and I don't think that will find better or even to this standard. Thank you Simon and family.

We had such a lovely time staying in Emma’s Airbnb. It is beautifully decorated and felt like such a nice place to come ‘home’ to after a day exploring. Emma was such a helpful host and the extra touches and flexibility made all the difference to our trip as we were celebrating a family birthday and also had a baby with us. Thank you Emma, we would love to stay again.

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pingle Nook Farm Guest House. The place is ideal for families wanting a peaceful location. My boys loved feeding the chickens everyday & collecting the eggs. The house was well equipped and clean with everything we needed as a family. We will definitely be back!

Matt’s house is lovely and we had a really pleasant weekend. 2 bedrooms have en suites and the downstairs bedroom has a shower room/toilet next door. The kitchen is well equipped, all cleaning products provided, as well as semi skimmed milk in the fridge. There is a large shared back garden with a small table/plenty of seating for 5/bbq directly outside the door, and a picnic bench at the far end. We fit 2 saloons in the parking space easily. The water pressure is high, even upstairs. Board games/dominoes/cards are provided. The adjoining walls are a little thin so we could hear the neighbours when it was quiet but wasn’t an issue as we seemed to be awake at the same time. We went for a climbing trip to Horseshoe Quarry and the location was perfect. We tried Fat Pig BBQ (delivery) and the Meat Sweats would have been enough to feed 5 of us with average appetites. The hosts are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lucinda was a fantastic host and the property was beautiful! Even down to the finest details, we had everything to hand and couldn’t have possibly needed anything else, the surrounding area was so peaceful and beautiful, we will definitely be returning here! The host even helped us when we had car trouble, going above and beyond to support us!

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!
