What a perfect place to come home to each night! We found it very hard to leave each day because we just wanted to relax amongst the trees. The place had everything we wanted and needed. Super clean, super comfortable. Outdoor bath! Fireplace! Will not hesitate to book again when returning to Hobart. Thanks guys for being so welcoming.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The house is comfortable and clean and well decorated with many thoughtful spaces like the patio and the balcony. There are beautiful views in several directions including a stunning view of Mt. Wellington. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, the Rivulet is a great way to get into town, there are several great markets and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Ginger Brown! Kerry was also a very helpful and responsive host and the Airbnb is equipped with some interesting books for new travelers to the area. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to any travelers!

Das Studio-Apartment bei Anne & Terry war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Hobart und Umgebung zu entdecken. Es liegt ruhig etwas abseits vom lauten City-Trubel. Der Weg durch den Park war immer wieder schön. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es alles, Supermarkt, Liquorstore, Cafes, Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tonys place is a 5 star stay. The huge windows in the living area and bedroom take full advantage of the incredible view. Waking up to the sunrise over the Derwent River was a highlight! Attention to detail and beautiful styling create a luxury experience where all the little extras make for an effortless stay. You will need private transport to stay here but all the attractions of beautiful Hobart are only a short drive away. Highly recommended!

Lauren and Keith’s beautiful space is every bit as special as it appears in the photos and previous reviews. We loved every moment at Slow Beam, which is full of interesting art and furniture, picture perfect views from every window, and other thoughtful details including Sharon Alpren ceramics, handmade salt and sugar dishes, an Alexander Mills (Greek brass) pepper mill, Le Labo toiletries and Studio Henry Wilson hardware (to name a few)! The Welcome Book and Local Guide were fantastic, and the late check out was so appreciated! Spotlessly clean, it also included a laundry making it ideal for longer stays.

It was a delight to be in this perfect space for four days with its unparalleled views of the Derwent and beyond. Congratulations Mark and Pippa for creating such a beautiful home. Christina and Paul

Danielle was an exceptional host. She was generous and accomodating and made me feel right at home straight away. The location is beautiful, nestled in amongst the trees and surrounded by nature, wildlife and farm animals. It's a quick $10 uber into town and about a 20min hilly walk to the nearest coffee shop. The house itself is beautiful, warm, homely and simply furnished with everything you need. I couldn't recommend staying with Danielle enough, and will definitely be back.

this is a stunning and practical apartment with beautiful views in a quiet neighbourhood. just about walkable to a lovely supermarket market and, for the hill-bold, walkable to the city too. mostly we love it here because of the gentle furnishings and linen and lounging spaces and everything being just as you’d wish it to be. evenings with a cuppa on the balconies overlooking the harbour or hills. a soak in the bath. or the best shower ever. highly recommend. also, host is a sweetheart. efficient and kind.
