El alojamiento es tal cual como se describe en la pagina y fotos subidas, un lugar muy bien ubicado de caracteristicas hogareño con todos los implementos necesarios para una estadia placentera, el anfitrion muy preocupado me contacto para darme las indicaciones del funcionamiento del hogar, envió videos descriptivos del funcionamiento ademas de enviar un archivos con datos a visitar de lugares turistico , retorantes y supermercados que estan muy cerca del recinto, la ubicacion del departamento está en pleno puerto madero en un sector muy tranquilo, limpio y seguro, tiene una vista increible

Roo is very communicative. Every small issue which arise during our long visit in her apartment was taken care of in very short time. The best part are the trees outside the balcony. That green " wall" gives a lot of comfort.

I had another excellent stay at Silvina's place. She and her team are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment as well as the one next to it. It's a great location in Palermo Soho with everything you need to feel right at home.

We enjoyed staying in your home. I loved the security aspect of getting into the building as we always felt safe and the employees were kind. There was a bit of a language issue as we only spoke english and they spoke spanish with a little english but it all worked out and they were very helpful. It took us a while to figure out the key to open the door to our unit but once we figured that out, it was simple. The home was clean, with enough space for both myself and friend. Although we ate out most of the time, the kitchen seemed to be stocked with all items you would need. The view from the balcony was amazing both during the day as well as night. The only issue was they were doing work on the road in front of building when we were there, so it did get loud for a few days but we knew that was temporary. Very walkable neighborhood with many places to choose from. Host checked in with us several times and answered any questions we had very promptly.

Unfortunately, there are not 20 stars to rate this place. It was magical, amazing, huge, wonderful, clean, etc. etc. We were 6 adults and we absolutely LOVED this place. It was everything we hoped for and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were well designed and had room for our toiletries, the kitchens(s) were well stocked and the living areas were huge. The ground floor had an enormous family room with a bar and kitchen and laundry. The next level held the master suite. The third level had another spacious living area with a stereo system and two more bedroom suites, and the top level had yet another kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. I've never been to such a luxurious Airbnb. If you're going to Buenos Aries, this is the place to stay! The only drawback (not fur us) would be the steps. We had no problem at all but if you're elderly or otherwise impaired and can't walk up steps, this is not for you. It was also very secure with a double gate and entry

I just completed my second stay of about 3 weeks each in Laura's place, so I obviously feel comfortable, there. This time, I had a chance to meet and get to know Laura, which a bonus. She is a very responsive, attentive, and kind host. The apartment is pleasant, clean, well-ordered, and had everything I needed. It's situated in front of a small park, above the trees, so the view is green, open, with a large expanse of sky overhead. The street is one block long, so there is no through traffic. No traffic noise, no buses. You do hear noise from the children's park during the day, but it's welcome noise. The location is one of the main reasons why I choose the apartment. It's at the edge of Recoleta with buses, metro, and ample taxis all one block away, and easy walking access to Palermo, Microcentro, as well as Recoleta. I look forward to my next visit.

Tuvimos una muy agradable estadía , la ubicación del alojamiento es excelente , fue sencillo coordinar check in y check out y los anfitriones fueron muy amables y se mostraron muy predispuestos ante cada consulta nuestra . El departamento es hermoso y muy cómodo . Tiene balcón y también lavarropas que como veníamos de viaje nos resultó muy práctico . Sin dudas lo elegiríamos en otra ocasión !

Alojamiento en el corazón de Palermo, a 5 minutos de restaurantes y supermercados. La casa es muy acogedora, con cuadros, libros, y cocina equipada, algo que hace que te sientas como en casa. Eduardo fue muy amable y hubo buena comunicación con él.

I spent 5 months here what a wonderful place to stay peaceful location, near bus stops, grocery stores. You can’t go wrong staying here. Weekly cleaning is top notch. Very responsive to any issues needing attention.

This is the most elegant home available in Buenos Aires. At 100 years old, Caroles "house like" apartment is elegant, cozy, fully renovated, decorated and more spacious than photos can convey. After searching every AIRBNB apartment in the city, my fiancé and I can officially state that it is the only "truly classy up-scale rental " available. in town. With beautiful 14' ceilings in the living, dining, and master bedroom you and your friends will be transported to a royal past of sophistication and ease, located the center of BA, it's a safe, walkable neighborhood teaming with pedestrian life at all hours of the day and evening. You are close to everything, restaurants and even a very fancy mall. The size and quality of her renovated, light filled kitchen is truly rare in Buenos Aires. We considered an apartment with a view. Don't. An unloved, sparsely decorated box is too big a sacrifice for this GEM!

Muy cómodo y muy práctico. En mi caso trabajo remoto y en todas las habitaciones había un escritorio. Amplio y completo. La terraza muy espaciosa y linda. Hernán y Paola estuvieron muy atentos todo el tiempo

Great place fast Wi-Fi, super quiet, felt right at home host did a great job communicating with definitely stay there again it’s a little tricky to check out because you need someone to hold the door while you return the key to the apartment.

Andrea foi uma excelente anfitriã, solícita e pronta a nos atender em tudo. A hospedagem é muito bem localizada perto de metrô, mercados, farmácias, restaurantes etc. O apartamento é muito equipado e limpo. Foi uma ótima experiência, recomendamos.

The apartment is located at a central point, beautiful area, next to metro, supermarkets, cafes and attraction points, such as the San Telmo fair and Plaza de Mayo. The building is classy, and also features a roof pool, gym, sauna and parking. The room is also elegantly decorated, well equipped, spacious and warm. Though there was a technical problem at my arrival, Lilian took care of the problem and made sure my stay ran smooth and comfortable. I highly reccomend this place and would love to return next time I am in Buenos Aires.

Increíble casa ubicada en una zona muy tranquila de la capital, a tan solo un par de cuadras de la zona de bares y boliches. La casa es un sueño realmente como se ve en las fotos. El único detalle es la parrilla que está muy mal diseñada. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y flexibles. Sin duda volvería alquilar de nuevo esta casa. Saludos

Ambiente cómodo con un lindo balcón. La ubicación es buena (cerca de restaurantes, cafés, supermercados e incluso un gym al frente) y fácil de llegar. Además, el anfitrión respondió rápida y oportunamente.

100% recomendado! El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo. Euge y Lucho fueron súper flexibles para el check in y el check out.
