Cute place . Clean. Somewhat tricky to get inside but we managed just fine. Close to conference and building where the medical symposium that we were attending Was being held.

what a fantastic stay in Houston ! Mike was responsive and had an easy checkin . If you ask nice he may let you stay til 3pm for check out which worked out great for me . spacious living room and comfy bed and bedding . pre war charmer for sure , close to bars and thrifting , Trader Joe’s and HEB close by too, I would def stay here again . Our visit was very comfortable. The unit is very cozy and a perfect stay for a couple. The owner is very sweet and quick to respond to questions. The view to the pool was a plus for us. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked well. The decor makes the unit very cozy. We felt safe and private. Did not experience any noise from neighbors. This will be a favorite for us and will look to book again when we’re back in the area.

Everything was good! Just what I needed. Only minor issue was tenants above were moving around a lot and I could hear their footsteps. Not a problem once I fell asleep. If you are a light sleep maybe reconsider. But other than that it was great.

They went up and beyond for us. Hit in town several hours earlier and they let us get in house. We thank you for everything making our stay terrific.

Very beautiful house inside and out. It was close to the hospital. Very convenient for since my mom was in the hospital. Felt just like home. Cody was very friendly and responsive when needed.

As always, Ryan's place was perfect for us. This is our third or forth time to stay and a favorite of ours. He's a great communicator and his place is always so clean and comfortable. Check-in and out is a breeze and we love and know the area. Very pedestrian with great coffee shops and some fun and yummy restaurants just down the road. We will be back again!! Thank you!!

The pictures listed inside the Home were Accurate and on Point 🤩. Coming in from Aldine Westfield the area is not so pleasant, although once arrive You will be surprisingly Pleased. Very nice setup not to Big not to Small just right 😉 for a Family getaway. The Patio is Cozy with just the right lighting. A big "Plus" Jose actually answers himself if there are any questions you may have 👍🏽👍🏽. My Family and I will most definitely be repeat Guess 💯.

A little hard to find in the complex but other than that the place was exactly as described and Christina was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at Khoa’s place. It was exactly as described. Internet service was good and the boys had good time with their PS5. The neighborhood was also peaceful and we had opportunity to take walks around the area.

We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend booking! Such a great home to fit our family coming in town for a wedding, love how close the location is to the venue. Very sweet of the hosts to have snacks and extra toiletries. We will definitely stay again if we come to Montgomery!

This property was just as listed, new, well kept, and clean. We like having the garage to park both cars We appreciated the host’s responsiveness and clear communication for rules upon check out.

Enjoyed a great stay at Phi's AirBb. Clean, peaceful and in a great location. The place had all the amenities I look for ....had to extend my booking a day and Phi made it easy. 5 Star host, 5 Star place...definitely recommend!!

Kelly is a fantastic host. She was responsive and friendly. They had an AC issue with our booked unit and we were leery of the spiral stairs with our toddler, and she offered us another rental unit on the spot. Mutual flexibility worked well for us both. Really appreciate the thoughtful snacks and welcome sign. Great host.

this was one of the best places we have ever stayed in... everyone was super nice and responsive. it was furnished very nice and decorated with lots of pictures and stuff to make it truly feel like a home.

Everything was very good, very clean and we had no issues. Amy's communication was very good and friendly. Location is good and safe. Plenty places to eat, if you don't wish to cook. I recommend it!
