The house more than lives up to the description. The view of the lake is wonderful. The interior is tastefully decorated and clean. Just a short drive to downtown Ithaca and colleges. The hosts were incredibly responsive, even though they themselves were on vacation. A perfect place for a large family for graduation weekend.

Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

We had to make a last-minute trip to Ithaca with the family. Melissa confirmed quickly and was available for any questions we had. The place is nicely situated on the lake, and very relaxing and peaceful with nice water views. I'd highly recommend staying here.

My friends and I had an excellent stay! Daniel was very helpful and responsive, and the space was clean, wonderfully decorated, and very homey. Would highly recommend!

Felt so at home with the michigan items and especially all the music nostalgia that was an adventure in whimsical wonderment and reminiscences for these professional musicians. This was my first Airbnb and Dominic made it so easy. Thank you so much and looking forward to coming back💓

What a beautiful setting! The back deck is amazing and we had a great time both nights out there. Place was clean and the location was perfect as near our family reunion. Amber was always quick to respond to any questions. Perfect for what we needed.

This was our second stay and I would move in today. The house feels like a home. A combination of old character with all the modern amenities . The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms are the same. The beds and linens were very comfortable and well coordinated. The downstairs is so cozy and relaxing including a great turn on fireplace. I would highly recommend staying and Jess and Cate were great to communicators!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this dog-friendly and family-friendly Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was easy to get to and situated in a lovely area. One of the highlights was the beautiful, large backyard—perfect for walking our dog and enjoying some outdoor time. Communication with the host was excellent, making the entire experience seamless. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

Suzanne’s place was super clean and comfortable in a lovely setting. Saw gorgeous sunsets every evening and appreciated the views of birds and a young buck out the kitchen window over breakfast. Very comfortable beds and cozy bedding. Suzanne was very welcoming and helpful.

Three of us stayed at Peggy’s place for a weekend and my only regret is not booking for longer! The location is a dream—right on the lake and only a few minutes drive from the farmer’s market and other must-see places in Ithaca. I hope to come back!

Jenna’s penthouse apartment is gorgeous. It is light, spacious and beautifully furnished. It provided a perfect home base for my daughters, one of their partner, and me to enjoy a quick getaway and visit to Ithaca College. Downtown Ithaca is at your doorstep with fun shops and great restaurants. We will be back if we find ourselves in Ithaca

Me and my friends stayed in Gregory’s place while visited cornell, and the experience was amazing! The house is nice and clean, it also has beautiful LED lights. Gregory is such a nice host, always responsive and even had great recommendations of places around the house on a paper! Definitely a 10/10 experience, all my friends and myself enjoyed this trip :)

We absolutely loved it here! Ithaca is a beautiful city and Branka made our stay so effortless and welcoming! We were looking for home away from home and she definitely provided that! The space was clean and well decorated. She went above and beyond to offer certain amenities such as snacks, a sound machine, and toiletries! She was also very communicative and made sure we had anything we needed or wanted! We will absolutely be staying there again during warmer months to explore the city more! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable, homey space for their trip.

This place was just perfect! I can't think of anything wrong with this listing. My wofe and I spent the weekend for our daughter's Track and Field meet at Ithaca College. It was 11 minutes away. Every time that I return to this area i will hope that its not already booked. We will be back! Thanks, Carole!
