This is a wonderful lakeside cabin. The yard is well landscaped and provides excellent privacy from the road and neighbors. The area is gorgeous, a short half mile walk from Long Point Park and also a nice walk from Aurora Brewing Company and Long Point Winery. The long bedroom off the kitchen provides a wonderful view of the lake through giant windows along one wall and a door right out to the deck. The bathroom off of this bedroom is very nicely designed as well, though note the water pressure is somewhat low in the shower. The other full bath had fine water pressure. The living room again has wonderful lake views with a sliding door out to the deck. Kayaks are provided and it is a lovely short kayak trip over to Long Point Park, just under 3 miles one way to kayak north to the Wells College boathouse, and about 2.25 miles across the lake to Thirsty Owl and Cayuga Ridge wineries. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are also available for some outdoor cooking. Brett’s father owns this cabin and he met us at the property for checkin, showed us around the cabin and property and gave us all of the information we needed. Brett handles communication through the airbnb app and he responds to questions very quickly. The cabin is not super fancy (hence cabin) but everything was clean and we didn’t see any insects of any kind inside. I would absolutely rent this cabin again for another weekend on the lake!

Marjorie’s Airbnb was just perfect for me! It was easy to find, the neighborhood seemed safe, getting in using the code was very easy, the unit was immaculate and beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, and the linens were high-quality and soft. Also, the bathroom looked brand new with good shower pressure, and I also appreciated the large screen TV with various streaming options and the treadmill for my morning workout. Marjorie is a very generous and sweet host, providing snacks, water bottles, and even a complementary bottle of wine. She is also very communicative and answered the question I had immediately. I felt very safe and at home at this Airbnb, and would love to come back! Thank you for everything, Marjorie!!

I really enjoyed staying at Anna's place for the last couple weeks. She was very friendly and I enjoyed the quiet location and peaceful back yard. I also really enjoyed taking runs on the quiet nearby roads passing by cornfields and farms.

We enjoyed our stay. Erika and Jeremy went out of their way to make sure we felt at home and comfortable. Erika's granola was amazing, and Jeremy's coffee satisfied my husband's coffee needs. My husband is a coffee connoisseur, so he recognized a great cup of coffee! Jeremy knows his stuff when it comes to coffee. The location of this place worked perfectly for us. We spent our days at wineries and restaurants, returning to sleep at night and then head out again in the morning. The location allowed us easy access to all the sights we wished to visit, and Erika and Jeremy's restaurant recommendations were spot on.

Karen’s place is great, private and quiet. Perfect for my long term stays when I’m working in Elmira. And Karen is simply amazing, kind, responsive, very helpful and available if I ever needed anything. Great host and great place. Highly recommended

Fay's place was perfect for my daughter and I while we visited Cornell. The location is really close to campus and downtown which made going to and from campus dirt easy. Check in was easy with the lockbox and Fay provided restaurant recommendations which we took advantage of. Fay also offered to set up an extra single bed so we could each have our own bed to sleep in. We didn't have a need for the kitchen but it was fully equipped with a stove, fridge and microwave. Would definitely stay here again when in town.

This was such a lovely little flat! The small difficulty we had getting in was our own doing due to a very long drive getting us there very late at night. But the flat itself is fantastic! Very cozy and homey, and with QUITE the little library that we absolutely LOVED! Everything was clean and orderly. Not too far outside town, and the surroundings were gorgeous.

Paula’s space was conveniently located near some of our favorite wineries. Very well maintained and dog friendly. Cozy mornings in the vineyards as we got to see our first snow of the season. The space is located directly below their family home and the only time we really heard them was weekend mornings, and she clearly states so in her listing. We personally had no issues. Would rent again.

Connie is a gracious host who is very thoughtful and responsive. The Airbnb was in a great location and beautiful surroundings. The suite itself is all that we needed. The hottub is an added bonus we thoroughly enjoyed after our adventures of hiking and wine tasting. If you want to be close to Watkins Glen this is the place. Connie greeted us shortly after arrival to show us around the place and give excellent recommendations. The Finger Lakes are magical and the stay at Suite Serenity was amazing. Thanks again Connie.

We had such a great stay at Heather & David's. The location can't be beat & the suite itself is a dream. Though the suite is obviously attached their residence, we never heard a thing. The place was spotless & we even commented on how brave it is for them to have light colored furniture in an Airbnb. They were both very responsive to my messages & Heather sent a lengthy list of restaurant suggestions when I asked. We have zero complaints & I will absolutely check this place's availability next time I'm making a trip to Ithaca!

Nancy was a very gracious and wonderful host. She was helpful, kind, and very responsive. The only issues we had were the lack of curtains on all the windows and, while the bathroom was overall clean, it could have been a bit cleaner as we found another person hairs in some places. It's a comfortable 1 bedroom. Be aware there is no kitchen but that worked out for us as we were quite busy. Also, not good if you have small children. The units are closely connected and you can hear each other if you are loud. Overall, my mother and I enjoyed our time. I would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to stay there as well. It was just fine for me and my mother while visiting Cornell University and a research conference.

Great place to crash for the night. Only flaw was I didn’t see a fridge/freezer but overall 10/10

This was our first experience with an Airbnb and it was a great experience! Spent a lovely weekend at Josh's beautiful apartment...with all the comforts of home. We didn't spend much time there however, when we were there, we had everything we needed...comfortable bed, hot shower and coffee in the morning. When we arrived Friday evening, Josh was just arriving home so we had the pleasure of meeting him and visiting for a few minutes. h He is a very nice and friendly young man :-) I must admit, I am not tech savvy, and operating the TV was a challenge as I am not familiar with Roku and don't often watch Netflix or Amazon, but I eventually figured it out (kinda!) Thanks Josh, for the warm welcome and comfortable accommodations. We will definitely be back!

Overall I Definitely recommend Julia’s place. It was clean. However, there are two exceptions: 1. There were 3-4 large spiders. 2. The guest cleans the kitchen which resulted in several dishes/glasses not being that clean. Everything else was very clean though. Julia has very thoughtfully planned the little Apartment and has things you frequently need: coffee, flavors for the coffee, paper towels, etc. I would stay again for sure. It was so peaceful and quiet and very comfortable.

Beautiful location and very clean! I would stay here again! I had the chance to explore some great vineyards and breweries nearby!

We have stayed with Dave and Sandy for 4 years in a row. Super friendly and thoughtful hosts. Accommodations have been upgraded in the past year which made the stay this year even nicer than previous visits. A spectacular property with very comfortable and homey apartment. We will absolutely be back next year, if not sooner.
