Ottima casa con ottima vista!

abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni con i nostri due bambini, Oreste e la zia Adele sono stati molto gentili dandoci molte informazioni sulla zona, spero di ritornarci presto per visitare la zona circostante.

Host Francesca e Thomas molto disponibili e attenti ad ogni necessità. Check in flessibile. Appartamento come da descrizione, ottima posizione per le attrattive della zona.

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und konnten schöne Ausflüge in der Gegend unternehmen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, aber aufgrund der sehr schlechten Wetter Vorhersage waren Ausflüge mit unserem alten und blinden Hund nicht mehr möglich.

Die Unterkunft hat eine richtig schöne Lage, zu Fuß ist man innerhalb 10minuten am Ufer von Riva del garda. In der Umgebung kann man viel erkunden & viele lecke Restaurants. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem ans Herz legen, der gerne etwas Ruhe braucht aber trotzdem schnell im Zentrum sein möchte, aufgrund des privaten Parkplatzes muss man sich keine Gedanken machen einen Parkplatz zu suchen. Uns und unseren Hündin hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen, wir würden immer wieder kommen! ☀️ Die Kommunikation sowie der Check in verlief reibungslos.

Great place

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sehr sauber. Die Kulisse und Außenanlage sind wunderschön, man hat einen großen Pool mit genügend Liegeplätzen, einen Whirlpool & Sauna zur alleinigen Nutzung. Fabio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Riva del Garda, wodurch man die Stadt- und Seenähe hat aber trotzdem in der Natur und im Ruhigen lebt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, auch für ihn war es toll! Große Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder! ☀️

Thank you so much for providing a safe, clean and beyond expectation. For our very special family as we gathered from Ireland and Australia. It surpassed all of our expectations From the moment we booked the communications was always very helpful prompt and friendly. Adding 2 X cuts and 2 X cribs was no drama at all. Beds were amazingly comfortable and everything very clean and tidy. The balcony absolutely next level fabulous. Views of everything. So recommend this beautiful place. And thank you to all that made it so.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub verbracht. Vielen Dank an Valeria und Elena für die freundliche Betreuung.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, es war groß und hell wie auf den Bildern. Sehr praktisch mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Das Elektroauto durften wir bei Sonnenschein über den Hausstrom sogar etwas aufladen. Andrea war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Ein Highlight waren für uns auch die tollen Fahrräder! Die Straße vor der Tür ist zwar stets hörbar, aber wir haben uns schon nach zwei Nächten etwas daran gewöhnt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft trotzdem sehr!

Hemos pasado una semana increíble en la casa con nuestra familia!! Super recomendable para disfrutar, relajarse y hacer un montón de actividades. La comunicación con Robin fue perfecta y estuvo muy atento con nosotros. Repetiremos sin duda!!!

The appartment is located in a beautiful villa surrounded by a wonderful garden. We really enjoyed the quiet, small swimming pool in the garden and there was a sauna next door which we also used. It is a special place and we will certainly come back. The garden is fenced which was convenient for us because we came with a dog ( you have to watch out for bees). To the centre about 15 minutes walk, to the beach a little further. The host is very friendly and responds quickly to messages. It was really great to spend time there.

Super Unterkunft. Barbara ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin.

The position is remarkable. The views from the lounge, terrace, main bedroom and pool are stunning. It’s as simple as that. The location is great. You are a maybe two or three mins walk into the centre. But secluded from the bustle. The apartment is delightful. Large. Clean. Bright. The bedroom AC is so good! Plenty of towels and bedding and loads of places / room to sit in the lounge or terrace. The private pool/ tub easily accommodates guests. The quality of the terrace furniture is great. Only issue for me is the place is listed as having an iron. When we requested the iron we were told one would be made available to us ‘tomorrow’. That isn’t convenient. It also never arrived. The pool water was leaking all over the terrace and stairs and when I raised that, it wasn’t acknowledged or acted on. So I’m afraid the communication was a bit of a let down. That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this place. It’s great!!

Miejsce z widokiem na stok, prosto z sypialni. Najważniejsze akceptujące psiaki :) do tego blisko sklep zoologiczny, restauracje psiolubne, sklep spożywczy i gondola. To wszystko w cichej okolicy. Wejście do budynku oraz mieszkanka na kod tak samo do prywatnej przechowalnii sprzetu.

Unica pecca: soffitti molto bassi, appartamento non adatto per persone più alte di 1,80. Per il resto tutto super: appartamento ampio e pulito, zona tranquilla ma vicino agli impianti sciistici (15/20 min a piedi) e host super reattivo e disponibile!

Gerne wieder, unschlagbare Aussicht und tolle Gastgeber!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het mooie huis. De rit vanaf het dorp duurt ongeveer een kwartiertje en was bochtig en smal. Vanaf het huis en vooral vanuit het dorp zijn heel veel wandelmogelijkheden makkelijk te bereiken. De foto’s laten een perfect beeld zien van het huis. Verwacht geen luxe douche en geen internet. Verwacht wel rust en een lekkere houtkachel. Verbeterpunten voor het huis zijn wat ons betreft: iets betere matrassen, een wat makkelijker trap naar de vide/slaapkamer een lekkere bank naast de fauteuils en waar mogelijk een iets betere warmwatervoorziening. Ondanks de verbeterpunten gewoon heerlijk!

Casa molto accogliente, vista meravigliosa e in posizione strategica. Lontano dal caos del centro ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 min percorrendo una fantastica strada panoramica. Cinzia, sempre disponibile per qualunque necessità e consiglio. Super consigliato!!!!

Tiziano e Luisa sono dei super host! Ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremo sicuro. Posto ideale per andare in vacanza con il proprio cane. Letto super comodo e casa pulita, bella ed in ordine. Ci hanno anche portato le chiavi la sera in cui ci eravamo chiusi fuori, super gentili!

Abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è molto confortevole con una vista spettacolare. Posizione ottima per chi vuole avere un po’ di pace ma essere comunque vicino al centro (5 min a piedi). Mary è stata molto gentile. Consiglio vivamente.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Sollte vielleicht nich die Regel werden, aber wir durften aufgrund von Verzögerungen sogar um 03:00 Uhr nachts einchecken, was uns wirklich den Hintern gerettet hat. Angereist sind wir zu dritt mit einem Auto, einem Anhänger und 2 Motorrädern. Diese durften wir auf dem kleinen, aber feinen Parkplatz abstellen. Ansonsten wurde sehr freundlich mit uns umgegangen, wir bekamen Tipps für Touren und Restaurants und bei der Abreise wurde uns nochmal etwas Wasser zu Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung war bestens, sehr schönes Bad und gemütliche Küche mit Gasherd und guter Ausstattung.
