Jackson’s Cabin is the perfect place for a mini break. Warm and cosy, despite the howling February winds outside. Magnificent walks straight out of the front door, with useful maps for guidance and a lovely fire (with a generous supply of kindling and logs) to come back to. The torches provided were very handy for our walk to the Sussex Ox for dinner. Alison and Charlie were the perfect hosts.

The space was exactly as listed, with all amenities and more. The hosts were friendly and available if we needed. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and these dedicated hosts!

Great stay at Barry's place. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. leaving some eggs and bacon in the fridge was a nice touch and solved what to have for breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Claire’s place was super clean, cozy, calm and had everything we needed. Claire was really welcoming and gave great tips for the area. Such a great stay—we’d definitely come back!

Very comfortable and welcoming. Parking easy at local car park. Library lovely as was lady in the shop . Fish and Chips very close by and very tasty. Shame about the Chinese takeaway. Cath very friendly and helpful.

We loved the place. We felt like we were at home. The house itself has got that welcoming feeling that when you’re inside you just wanna stay indoor. It was warm and cozy. We loved the scenery outside as well.

Amy’s place is perfect - clean, quiet and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was just two of us, but we could see how much attention had been given to providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for a family. We loved our stay, and would definitely return.

Wayne’s place is perfect for unwinding and recharging in a warm, comfortable and relaxing space, surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Loved sitting out on the deck watching the sun go down and stargazing. Already looking forward to going back!

This place is ideal if you want a really easy walk (literally a few minutes) to all the restaurants and shops in Crouch End. It's a great neighbourhood, clean and the Victorian houses are so attractive. It's also really quiet too as hidden off the street with parking available if needed. Thoroughly recommended and so much better to have a lovely lounge and kitchen area, than taking a hotel room. It makes for a a really relaxing stay. The shower is lovely and the fittings etc all good quality.

Sweet studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thoughtfully designed and generously equipped. Peaceful and private. Close to Tankerton seaside, 25 mins walk to Whitstable.

Our second visit to Lawrence’s garden studio and it was excellent as before. We received friendly welcome back to this very comfortable space and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in this attractive location. Lovely to have a few provisions to make a light breakfast/hot drinks. Nothing is overlooked by these thoughtful hosts, and very comfy bed too.

We had an amazing stay at Sonia and Steve’s beautiful barn. Set in a peaceful location, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The barn was spotless, and we were welcomed with lovely touches like fresh bread, butter, milk, and marmalade, along with coffee and tea. Sonia and Steve were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We visited with our dogs and loved that we could go on stunning walks right from the barn, no need to drive anywhere. Evenings were spent playing games while listening to the fire crackling in the wood-burning stove, which made for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We also took a trip to Smarden and stopped by the local shop, where we found everything we needed, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway.

Good communication and instructions from Joanna. From our arrival to when we left. Small area but cosy,and nice an quiet. We did run out of milk: but Joanna brought us some within 15 min: Good host would stay again. Thanks:J .

What a beautiful retreat from the world! Shawn was a perfect host from start to finish and we couldn’t have enjoyed our time here more. The place is stunning and Shawn was both on hand to help but also incredibly respectful of our privacy, and helpful in organising canoeing for my boys despite it being out of season. The cheeky bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch for a tired mum after the drive down from London. A wonderful stay thank you

Lovely stay with Melanie, whose Studio annexe is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I had come prepared with drinks and snacks but needn’t have worried too much as Melanie is very generous in supplying plenty of basics to get you by. Melanie was such a friendly host, quickly responding to my possible checking in early request at the last minute! A lovely private/safe parking area, ideal for workers with expensive equipment in their vehicle. Will definitely be happy to stay there again and would definitely recommend to all.

The Mill was a great historic setting for a lovely family Christmas. Neil & Jenny were very responsive & welcoming with essentials in the fridge on our arrival. Everybody in our party enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Extremely flexible self check in option. Beautiful property and once inside the chalet we instantly felt right at home. The place was clean and beautifully setup with a delicious breakfast provided. If we’re ever back in the UK we will definitely stay here. Thank you!

Our second stay in Penny's wonderful place. The accommodation is cosy, spotlessly clean, well presented and all you need for a perfect short stay in the beautiful, peaceful village of Firle - and ideally located for the many paths that stretch alongside and up and over the South Downs. Penny's instructions and communication were spot on. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a unique stay, most enjoyable. As previous reviews have mentioned, the garden path is steep, but then again we all need the exercise ! A little short on storage space, especially if staying for longer periods. All that said, we had a great time, thank you Anna Maria. Michael & Linda.

Great place to stay. Excellent space. Very clean. Great kitchen area and big bedroom area. Everything you’d need.

Vivienne was absolutely lovely and Nelly and I had the best, most relaxing stay. She helped us with everything we needed and directed us to a lovely walk to the local pub. Really dog friendly and just so relaxing and homely. The food provided was delicious and really high quality and everything was clean and well thought out. Would definitely recommend, regardless of the weather! Her dogs are little darlings too!

We love The Pavilion! Second time here , this one for an airport overnight. It’s perfect. Super close to Horley station for fast train ride into Gatwick. Comfortable, clean, private and homely 🥰
