The host..Mr Murakami is the best, kind and very friendly person. I really loved the house because it’s a Japanese home style. It’s also very near to Iwappara Ski Resort. The environment also very beautiful and stunning. We had an experience snow during our 2nd day of stay. Highly recommended!!

great price with good place, walking distance to a small ski resort. great check in and check out experience, if you prefer flexible, privacy check in and out. I will highly recommend this place.

房間非常舒適，兩張單人床，空間很大。衛浴在房內，小廚房還有微波爐跟冰箱。離岩原滑雪場山麓纜車超近，旁邊就有租借的雪具店。住了四晚，很方便。

また宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

非常棒的地方! 離岩原雪場走路1分鐘，隔壁就是雪具店附近也有超商！我們在這度過了非常美好的雪季，房東很親切樂意幫助，一百分！

the apartment is close to the station and everything else in town too. There is a supermarket a few minutes away. We loved having a place to ourselves with all the amenities of home.

親子4人スノボ旅行で利用。 室内は清潔に清掃されており、 部屋で調理する際も必要な調理道具は 借りられるので問題なし。 フロントスタッフの皆さんも対応が丁寧で 安心感あります。 コスパも良く何度でも利用したいです。

Check-in information is a little confusing. We followed the check-in instruction which differ depending on the time, but we were brought to an annex. The facility is fine and nothing bad for the location unless having a car.

一階にあるファミリーマートが便利すぎます！ 駐車場も豪雪でも雪解けがあり、停めやすいです！ ビリヤード、卓球とスキー、スノボの相性はパーフェクトです！

車で越後湯沢駅すぐなので便利 夏に行ったのですが、すぐ近くにそこそこ大きいプールがあり、歩いて行ける距離 冬はすぐ近くにゲレンデがあるようで冬も使ってみたい

The host/receptionist is very nice & helpful , i love the massage chair

The room was very clean, but it was a bit troublesome to fill in too many things when checking in
