Tonfanau : locations de vacances

The hosts sent pictures of which directions to take from the village which made it so much easier to find. The accommodation was exactly as described and had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. The washing machine was just a bonus. The hosts were very accomodating and quick to respond to queries as we asked for recommendations in the local area. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting wales.

We absolutely loved St. Dogmaels, so much pretty and everyone was so friendly. Will definitely be coming back again! Louise was very easy to communicate with and her recommendations were so helpful - the weather was on our side too 😍

What can I say other than what an amazing time I had! Upon arrival Amanda greeted us and showed us the cabin and went over everything, including local restaurants and pointed out some amazing natural weather features including the famous Welsh dragons breath and how the moon rose over the mountains. We did have a go at the hot tub, but we didn’t manage to get it to a hot enough point to use (our faults!) and we did use the BBQ, all which worked great. Having your coffe in the morning with the view of the estuary was spectacular and I even got to feed her new little lambs, it was an amazing trip and I will definitely be coming back!

Lynn's house was easy to find and in a very convenient place for local amenities; a shop, places to eat and walks along the river Mawddach. The rooms were quite small but adequate for two for a weekend stay and included everything that we needed to be comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, had beautiful weather and certainly would stay at Lynn'n house again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here - it was the perfect base for climbing Snowdon and exploring the area. Ian’s recommendations and communication were fantastic throughout, everything was easy and the house itself really felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean, comfortable and cosy. The hot tub was an added bonus, and the surroundings and nearby village were beautiful. We would love to return!

The place was lovely, interior is very well decorated and comforting. The area was peaceful and private, tucked away from the main road, and was only a few minutes drive out for activities/ restaurants. Anthony was brilliant, he was very responsive and was willing to help with recommendations and any other requests\ questions. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying in Louise’s lotus belle tent! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay and our expectations were far exceeded. The space was lovely and private in its own beautiful garden surrounded by hills and sheep. The hot tub was such a nice luxury as well as the outdoor shower. We would recommend to anyone and would love to return some time :)

Our second stay. Still as incredible as ever. The trouble is that it will be hard to find a better place to stay than Melanie’s. View, ambiance, peaceful atmosphere. This is a wonderful place to stay, sip wine, and watch the sea. Everything was great.

Great static van within 20 yards of the beach onto the dunes at black rock sands. van was spotless and the site is great with bar, shop, activities and take aways. beach is great and plenty of long walks straight from the van on the beach. prefect spot if not the best on the site.
