This location was great! Was able to find the place easily and complete private access so I can come and go as it please. It was located in a perfect area with lots of food carts so if you’re a budget, this is a perfect place within a few blocks. You can find food carts everywhere.. make sure you download the Grab app if your foreigner coming in as the touchups are everywhere and if you don’t hell I’d grab they will rip you off

We enjoyed our stay with Ian a Lot. Any time we had a question, he reacted promptly and solved the issue. We also liked the interior Design a lot.

Amazing host! He went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable! Building is quite nice, high floor, peaceful location and great view of the river. Apartment is very spacious.

The apartment is absolutely as beautiful as photos on the pages. It was our first time to made a living reservation on Airbnb as well. I won’t forget how beautiful the night view from the room, how romantic the swimming pool is and such wonderful experience here. Thanks for everything.

this was our second time in this flat and I can say it's really are as promesed and even better. very spacious, super clean, great location and host is helpful.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est situé un peu à l'extérieur du centre-ville, dans un endroit très paisible. Il est très facile d'accéder au centre-ville en tuk-tuk, tout en restant éloignée de l'agitation du centre. Le logement dispose d'une super piscine et d'une très bonne salle de sport dans l'immeuble. Attention cependant, la température de l'eau n'est pas réglable (ni dans la salle de bain, ni dans la cuisine), et est toujours tiède. Merci pour ce séjour, je reviendrais avec plaisir !

His place has nice decorations which make me feel like home. The location is good and peaceful and especially the price is really affordable. Highly recommend if u guys wanna find a place for staycation or if u visit Phnom Penh.

Carie est très réactive aux messages. nous avons réceptionné les clés à la réception de l'immeuble. l'appartement est calme et très lumineux. je suis ravie d'avoir passé 4 nuits dans l'appartement de Carie.

Fantastic apartment. One of those rare finds that actually does look better than the pics and is more spacious. Self Checkin was a breeze, even late at night. Host was quick to respond to any inquiries/ requests nearly instantly. Amenities provided were comparable to a luxury hotel. A complimentary bottle of wine at check-in added that extra caring touch showing the host knows hospitality. Only caveat- the stairs that lead up to the apartment are few, but still possibly steep for those with mobility concerns / elderly All in all, highly recommended both for the place and exemplary service from host.
