We had an amazing time staying in this place,we enjoyed it so much. So clean, so comfortable, so peaceful. 15 min walk from the Venice beach. We'll definitely come back again!

Great location close to all the main atractions that LA has to offer. Quite neigorhood and felt very secure also. The apartment a little bit on the old decor but very clean and well kept. I would defenetly recomend it and if I have to go back to LA will be back here too.

With 3 kids, I’ve become a germaphobe when it comes to them. I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Truly immaculate!! The open space and cleanliness of it all made me feel so good about our stay. Communication was on point with any questions that we had. Definitely recommend this place to everyone staying in the LA area!! Thank you!!

Mona’s place was amazing. It felt better than home to where I did not want to go back home. Mona’s Place is very cozy and relaxing. Service was excellent. I would definitely get again!!

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joseph's place. Joseph makes entry into the unit super easy and it is so nice to simply close the door and go, at check out (He takes care of everything). We were grateful to be so close to the freeway as we could visit our son in North Hollywood with ease. The bed was especially comfortable with a very cozy comforter and pillows. We will be back for sure !

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

My best friend and I stayed at Michael's place for a girls trip. The place met and exceeded all expectations. A safe, private location and a short Uber ride to tons of attractions, restaurants and shops. It totally felt like home. Michael was also very easy to communicate with, almost like talking to a friend. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the next time I'm in L.A., I'll be sure to reserve a stay at his BNB.

The perfect place for our family of 6. Great location with easy access to the 5 and valley attractions/studios. Safe and quiet neighborhood. It's in the flight path of the Burbank airport but it's a low traffic airport and not busy at night. It was a bonus for us cause our kids loved watching the planes from the backyard. We had a great time and all we needed to be comfy and would definitely recommend and return!

We loved staying at Elias’s listing. It was a perfect location for the activities we had planned. Plenty of stores and places to eat. It looked exactly like the pictures and was easy to check in. There was more than enough ample street parking and the neighborhood was relatively quiet minus the occasional airplane flying over. The WiFi was acting up on the bedroom television but wasn’t that much of a setback. The bed was very firm but not unenjoyable. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great weekend home for us and our 14 month old. It had all the amenities we needed and it was extremely quiet as well. Walking distance to all the cafes and stores on Glendale, very short drive to Silver Lake and Griffith Park, excellent location overall. The weather was stunning so we got to spend time in the back yard and pick some lemons and oranges. A SoCal California special!

Irina’s house exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, spacious and comfortable beds and linens. The location was perfect! Right in town and close to everything but on a quiet peaceful street. It had a several outdoor sitting areas to eat or enjoy the birds and amazing weather. It was secluded behind a locked gate with Bougainvillea and privacy fencing for a cozy feel. We hardly felt the need to lock the doors when we left (although we did of course). I don’t think I could have found a more perfect house! I would definitely return again!!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Great place to stay! Very clean. Location was amazing. It was a short drive to everything. It was a little overwhelming when first pulling in, but check in directions and video were very clear and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Sam’s listing was great for my 2 week stay. It was quiet and conveniently located in Santa Monica. The bed was very comfortable. The parking space was also a huge bonus. The front building door key is a bit difficult to use and you have to put it in just so to get it to open. Also it’s a bit confusing to get to the apartment from the parking space. Overall this was a great choice for a long term stay in Santa Monica.

Great downtown LA apartment! For starters, the main living space has pleasant modern decor and is spacious with high ceilings, and lots of natural light due to large windows. Appreciated the convenience of washer/dryer and the free parking garage across the street. The rooftop pool area is also very nice with great skyline views.

Amazing location with a legit and full view of the ocean! It would take a week to enjoy the wonderful combination of restaraunts and bars within walking distance . (Try The Strand upstairs for an amazing view and food) Perfect for my last minute business trip , highly recommend!!

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Modern and clean apartment in great condition. Furniture in great shape, beds were comfortable. Very nice unit. We did have a couple people in their 80s and getting in and out of the shower was a bit of a challenge as the tub walls are very high.
